I have always valued this company and its employees as not only best in their industry but best in all services across the board.
When Brock was out here in November, I expressed how my bedroom would be almost 5 or 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. When he came out today for the service call, he was thorough with all temperature readings, checked and double checked everything. We agreed to the possible, probably the best and easiest fix. He also advised that different vent covers may also make a difference and showed me online what he was explaining, and also made sure I knew the correct measurements of any new vent covers. Brock is very thorough, a wealth of knowledge, courteous and polite. He even remembered exactly what I told him in November what my issue was. Thank you Brock. And thank you Comfort Experts!
I originally hired Comfort Experts to replace my AC Unit when my old one went kaput (broke). I was extremely impressed with Comfort Experts with the techs and process that went along with that process. Sometime between then and now, they added Plumbing and Electrical to their business, which is also covered with my Membership Plan. Being a first time, female homeowner (even though I bought my house 8 years ago), I did a lot of research in finding an HVAC Company. When I learned that electricians and plumbers were added, I was so very excited and a bit relieved. The last thing I wanted to do was having a find plumber in an emergency situation. Not only did I have one of their plumbers come out about a month ago for a clogged up bathroom, it was same day service because of my membership plan, and the issue was completed the same day and the tech was very thorough and explained and answered all of my questions. Yesterday was my yearly plumbing tuneup (something that I had never heard of), but I was and am for tune up. Even though I bought my house brand new and I have been the only owner and occupant, he pointed out all of the major points, areas, and equipment that were most important to keep an eye on, and to check in case of an issue or or problem. When it came to questions about how long certain appliances last and how long they usually last before needing to be replaced. And was honest about pricing and different options I had that would be most convenient and less costly for me. Tyler was able to answer all of my questions completely and confidentiality and honestly. And as a first time homeowner, he taught me a lot about plumbing in general and I just learned a lot when he walked me through what he checks on during the tune up. I am grateful for Comfort Experts adding these additional services to their business because there were questions and certain things that I want to add or update in my home. And now I don't have to do any additional research to find a credible plumber and electrician. Thank You Comfort Experts!!
My mom was here when Brock arrived. She stated that he was very polite and courteous to her. He also did a good job of explaining to her what he was doing and his observations.

Zack had awesome people skills, he took time to explain to me what was going on during the service as well as gave me added tips I truly appreciated the visit.
Our tech was very professional. His explanation of the services rendered was excellent. He answered all the questions I had. I really like the professionalism all employees of the company displayed that I enteracted with. From the initial phone call to working with Zak and the other two gentleman prior to Zak and his team installing out equipment.
For the evaluation I showed up to the homeowner's house and he informed me the upstairs was blowing only warm air when the thermostat was set to 73°. On inspecting the air handler I noticed it was not running at all and the five amp fuse was blown. I replaced the fuse and moved on to the condenser where I gauged up and was getting negative one PSI on the low side and 23 PSI on the high side. This is an r22 unit that is 22 years old and has a significant leak somewhere in the EVAP coil. I formed the customer of his options and pricing of refrigerant as well as replacing the coil and he elected to set a meeting with a Comfort Adviser for tomorrow 17 April.
Upon arrival the system drain line was clogged I cut both ends blew out the line and washed out p trap. Sink and system now drain properly. I installed the iaq200 to tackle biogrowth and improve overall air quality. The system is in tolerance and ready for cooling.
This system and house have awesome insulation the supply side box is spray foamed very neatly. The system does have bio growth on the Evap coil drain pan and rust build up. I would recommend a UV system to handle this issue. The system is now cleaned and ready for cooling. Td is 18
04/13/24 Tyler S- master bathroom sink is draining slow. Customer declined fix at current time.

Completed STU x3 systems First system was for master bed and bath, system was operating efficiently but I found that the insulation levels on this portion of the house was low. R value of r26 explained to cust that we should upgrade to r49 so that home will hold temp better, cust agrees wants me to follow up in two weeks about doing r29 insulation upgrade to master bedroom side of the house . Second system was for the main living area down stairs, I found a little rust on the evaporator coil but nothing extensive. No refrigerant leaks in coil. System is clean and Amp draws are acceptable Third system was for upstairs, this system was very clean and operating efficiently Refrigerant levels on all three systems was acceptable Deltas acceptable No hard starts No surge protectors Need to schedule follow up phone call for Ian on April 3rd.
Ran Stu On unit. All heating and cooling components tested normal. Found unit needed low voltage protection and a compressor saver. Found no other issues at this time.
Estimate to repair water line where it ties into meter. Line is diving down after meter connection so will need to dig box up make repair and reset box. Performed repair tested after repair was made everything working properly.
