We were very dissatisfied with our recent service call- the technician reported that there were several issues with our unit, including an expansion valve, reversing valve, and coolant, totally over $3k in repairs. Even suggesting a new unit might be a better option since we were going to be 3 grand in on repairs. However, what he was reporting did not match the issue we were having with the water safety device. We contacted another company for a 2nd opinion, they had a technician here within hours of yours leaving and reported none of those issues, even stating all the test came back within normal ranges, pressures were spot on. Your company advertises to be honest with consumers and that your technician are not paid on commission, this is the exact opposite of our experience.

Today I showed up to assess damaged caused by a faulty plumbing repair installed new decking today everything is secure homeowner is happy
On this job I made a repair to her plumbing under the sink due to a faulty repair done bye our plumber. I'm pausing this call so Ryan can get with jarred about making the repairs under the sink.

Today we showed up on a complimentary plumbing evaluation. Upon arrival one of our AC text was out there performing a diagnosis, and figured out there was a clog in the connection to condensation drain. The unit was not fully backing up, but it was draining very slowly. I took apart the fittings underneath, and replaced them . Put everything back up, and tested. Everything was working well I left. Upon arrival for Tune up system was on in cooling and thermostat was satisfied at 70° I asked for homeowner to show me to thermostat and indoor unit and asked if he had filters and container of vinegar, homeowner provided both I started tuneup with checking Delta, system was cooling at an 18° Delta I then checked blower motor which was clean and in good condition I then checked Evaporator coil which was also clean and in good condition Checked and secured any loose electrical connections Lastly I tested drain line, at first I had a small backup but as I poured two gallons down I flushed out the small clog and had no more backups I then installed new filter and put all panels back on and moved to outdoor condenser unit Outside I started with checking disconnect condition and operation, in good condition, flipped disconnect to kill high voltage Removed condenser fan and checked, it's in good condition I cleaned condenser coils from the inside out then rinsed off the sides to clear debr
Cleared condensate line under sink setting lead for HVAC for flow stop
On arrival upstairs system was off and hasn't been used. Found system low on refrigerant and the emergency pan had sitting water in it. Customer had downstairs system installed a year and a half ago and it is continously dripping out of the secondary drain line because previous company tied both lines together. Will follow up Friday with customer about seeing a comfort advisor for system replacement.
