On arrival system was heating, but unable to cool. While testing to determine where the low voltage short was the transformer blew. I replaced the transformer and the contactormonce I determined that was where the short was located. When I left the system was back on and cooling with no issues.

Arrived on site greeted customer thanked them for continued membership and business. Customer said the thermostat was set to 73 but hadn't gone below 75 all day. Upon moving to the outdoor unit it wasn't on initially I believed it to be a dual run cap then the unit cut on for 3 minutes and would then shut off again. Checked the indoor unit for switches. Drain switch was tripping advised the customer drain line was clogged and clearing was not covered by warranty. Customer understood and agreed to repair cut and cleared line both ways. Disassembled P-Trap and washed out with hose. Reassembled and tested drain line. Line is now draining properly.

Came to visit with system down. Furnace disconnect switch had surge hit and was burned and not giving correct voltage to unit. Replaced disconnect and system is in working order. Both system inside blowers and coils are good. System 1 needs duct clean and blower clean. System 2 drain pan is corroded. Talked to customer about drain switches and new drain pan. Outside unit amp draws are within ranges. Capacitor tolerances in range. Cleaned both outside coils. Both systems left in working order

Went to house for super tune up on Goodman gas furnace. Checked indoor unit first in heating, blower is clear, uv bulb out upon arrival, unplugged and plugged back in, uv bulb turned on. Filter is OK, ducts are ok, electrical connections stable. Recommend replacing uv bulb, evaporator coil working well. Went to outdoor unit and checked operation. Fan amps looking good, compressor amps high on startup, recommended compressor savor. Capacitor is within tolerance, coil is clean, all electrical wires look good. Recommended whole home surge protection to protect all appliances. Customer is not interested in energy audit. The system is functioning well.

Customer having issues with high energy bills, thinks it is related to the solar, I let him know that solar does not use electricity it creates it, I look over the system and found that it had only a 10 degree delta and the compressor is pulling half of its RLA this meaning that the compressor is bad, ordering parts
