Zak is very professional and highly knowledgeable in his expertise of air quality for my HVAC system Custom Experts installed for me about 2 years ago. I am asthmatic and am looking into added air quality options for my system, especially now that Fall and Winter are on their way along with the crud that comes with them. Zak explained everything to me so I will be able to make a wise decision. By the way, all of the techs that have helped have been fantastic as well. Colby is also fantastic! For this job, I worked on a super tune up on this heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Filter was changed and outside condenser was washed. Refrigerant levels were on point. UV Bulb was recommended for her second UV system that customer has, customer rejected and mentioned she will only keep the UV system she recently bought. For this call I performed an evaluation. The door was loose making a the unit shut off. I firmly placed the door and the unit began to run within normal limits.

On this job I looked at both heating and cooling. I'm happy to report that the system functions with tolerance. How ever the stair case is falling apart and is unsafe for use. The disconnect is out dated and now crusting over. The system does high inrush as well. Recommending 1 easy start 2 new disconnect 3 new staircase Td is 20° Subcool 6° Superheat 15°

On this job I looked at both heating and cooling sides of the system. Both system are in tolerance. TD in cooling is 20°. Filters are clean condensor are washed. System are ready for cooling. I did a drain clear for the evcon system.
