Mr Brockelman was extremely professional. Explained everything and didn’t rush me to make a decision. He left the area clean and next time I have a plumbing issue I will be requesting Adam Brockelman!
Once again Daniel was quick to respond to the issue I had. Again extremely professional and polite. I will request Daniel every time I have an HVAC issue.
Daniel and John were wonderful to have in my home. They were both very professional and polite. Answered all my questions
Preston was extremely professional and answered all my questions.
Jonathan did a great job and worked hard to fix the issue. Happy we have heat again 😀
Adam is very professional and goes above and beyond the call of duty! He took care of my project quickly and also double checked everything to make sure all was perfect. He and his helper were really wonderful and very helpful and you have undying gratitude from me! I will be using your services again for a new water heater in the near future. Thank you! All of your people are way, way above the standard! One more mention, your company also installed my complete HVAC system and I am thoroughly happy with that as well. Great company, fast service!
Colby provided great service and made suggestions on upgrading my system which I did take those suggestions and put them into action. I'm happy with his service, his professionalism, as well as his knowledge of my HVAC system and performed the work quickly and efficiently. Totally happy.....
I believe Colby means well but is gaining experience as a tech. The problem was not solved but worsen. I contacted another tech and he came and solved the problem. I would appreciate if you cancel the membership. Which is $20 monthly. Thank you
Technicians were prompt and professional. Work was done quickly. Final invoice matched the estimate. Technicians cleaned up when the work was done.
Performed evaluation System max high PSI pressures on gauges do not hit for system to turn off in heat - turns off due to error code related to performance System operational in cooling Homeowner will go through paperwork and look into pool repairs No reccomendations for repairs System left off at exit
Stappagecin grate only. Hair trap was full. Removed per customer request
For this evaluation the customer's indoor system was running however the condenser was not because the dual run capacitor was dead. Replace that capacitor under warranty and talked to the customers about installing a hard start kit to keep amp draws low as well as extend the life of the capacitor. We installed the hard start kit and it lowered the inrush amp draw from 147 amps to 99 amps. System was cooling blowing out at 51°.
Left estimate options for customer he just wanted to know a price range will let us know
Arrived for rec work Replaced coil and condenser fan motor Pressure and decay test passed Left system with a super heat of ~19 System cooling at exit
Arrived for CTU dual run cap failed Replaced Fan motor overheating System low on refrigerant due to evap coil leak Ordering fan motor and coil and will do both on return visit Ductwork to the upstairs is sized adequately
Initially customer wanted estimate on duct replacement but after visiting about a whole system replacement plus duct replacement he wants to talk to his son which is co-owner of this property. I want to follow up tonight with this customer.
Paused job we will schedule for Thursday or Friday depending on excavation
Arrived onsite went ahead and replaced the 50 gallon water heater located in the garage. Tested after repairs were made everything working properly.
For this super tune-up I inspected the customer's air handler and condenser. I discovered a number of issues with number one being that the customer only had a 13° Delta from return to supply indicating there is a leak within the system. We came out in 2022 and added refrigerant to the system and today my superheat was 42⁰ with a target of 20⁰. Additionally the customer only has an R-value of 23 and a recommended R-38. Tue compressor is staring loudly and hard, and is in need of a hard start kit to keep those amp draws low on startup. Lastly the Defrost control board and contactor are both at risk of failing. The DRCB has hot spots and the contactor is buzzing and pitted and those are both signs of potential failure in the future.
Came to job to change out breakers that Tyler had given a price to this guy a while back and just changed out the breakers
Today i added 1lb for 410a to his heat pump. This should be enough to improve efficiency.
Scheduled for Saturday the 29th Approved by GoodLeap
