Daniel came to my house to install a new filter into my equipment and show me how to do it in the future. As we talked about the types of filters I would like due to my asthma and the pets I have, he suggested a IAQ 200 UVC Germicidal Unit to add into the new HVAC system they had installed last October to increase the air quality/safety in my home. Bottom line......I was surprised that he could do it right away so I made the decision to go ahead. He had installed and up and running in about 45 minutes and I couldn't be happier. Great job!!!!

On arrival system running but not cooling. Found compressor locked out by core sense. Reset core sense and found compressor over amping on start up. I added a compressor saver kit to address this and then noticed the system slightly undercharged at a 6 subcool. Added a small amount of refridgerant to get us to an 8. When I left system running and cooling producing a 20 degree delta.
Arrived for STU All components working and in tolerance Recommend IAQ 200, 1000, blower and coil clean, microbial mist, insulation, compressor saver, drain pan, breaker, insulation, duct cleaning and membership Customer would like to talk to husband.
This is a 4ton straight with gas furnace in the attic. The system is low on 410a freon. I discovered this after i check all possible air flow issues. The gage read a 20° evap coil. I would recommend system replacement.

Replaced all angle stops in bathrooms and kitchen also replaced the frost proof in front of home. Tested after repairs were made everything working properly.
