Replaced low pressure switch inside of the heat pump. Replaced filter drier in the liquid line and pressure tested the system at 300psi to check for leaks. Pulled vacuum to 500 microns and released the refrigerant back into the system. Both systems are running normally at this time.
Need a high pressure switch for a Lennox heat pump Model : ML14XP1-030-230A01 Serial : 1922A77235 2 system home. Low voltage short was causing bedroom unit to not run. Found the short in the high pressure switch. Needs to be replaced. Second system is a 2 zone system. One dampener was always open and the main bedroom was always closed. System is designed as a 3 wire system and was only running on two wires. Ran a third wire so both dampeners can open and close as they should. Will return at a later date to install the pressure switch.
Justin P. completed two annual hvac tune ups.

05/04/24 Ts- Richmond tankless waterheater shorting out. Checked breaker box and outlet and they both have normal voltage. More then likely it needs a new circuit board. Advised on replacing unit
Upon arrival system was not running, Condenser was going out on low pressure. Leak searched outdoor Condenser and Evaporator coil, found no leaks. Added Refrigerant and leak tested again still found no leaks. Added locking service caps, system didnt have any service caps on arrival. notified Customer of issue. Got system up and running told Customer to call again if issue occurs
Upon arrival Customer stated lineset would freeze up. After evaluating Refrigerant levels and Dual run cap. Washed Condenser and Checked filter. Filter was completely blocked with dust and dirt. Not enough air was getting to the coil causing coil to freeze. Left coil out of system, Customer stated they are getting filters right away Recommended cleaning Blower, Evaporator coil and replacing Blower capacitor
During inspection I found that the indoor unit has lots of biological growth build up Duct work is also extremely dirty Recommend lvl 2 duct cleaning Rose bushes covered the outdoor system, cleaned and raked around system
Common line to to coresense was severed coresense was tripped and would not reset. Replaced common line and coresense sensor. Fuse on control board was blown replaced now system is on and cooling.

Customer said unit made a loud noise 2 days ago and has been working since then. System was on and cooling properly upon arrival performed an inspection on the outdoor unit to try and recreate the sound no sound out of ordinary was made during my inspection. I advised the customer to record sound if it happens again that way we can have an idea of how to diagnose.
