For this super tune-up I inspected the furnace and condenser, all equipment was measuring with the manufacturer specs and running well. The customer stated it has been close to 10 years since they have had a duct cleaning so I recommend a duct cleaning to help with allergies and dust levels. I also recommend a float switch as they have had drain line clogs previously and a float switch will alert them sooner than the wet switch on the floor is able to.

Her panel is a federal Pacific and does need to be replaced but at this time she is not sure if it's a good financial investment for the amount of time she plans on staying

09/20/24 TS- cut AC drain line so I could access the drain below. Poured water to test drain and it backed all the way up. I ran my snake down the drain and cleared the clog. Afterwards I repaired the drain line with a union piece so it can be serviced easier in the future
