Expert opinion and analysis.

Mark is a great service technician. He was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Mark evaluated the problems and concerns of both our plumbing and water heater systems. Mark found that there was a great need for a replacement to our hot water heater system. Showed me the things that were faulty and offered fix options. Decided to upgrade our system. Mark gave us three options to review. Considered two of the three. Chose the one that best suited our needs. After working up a breakdown of the costs, Mark explained the needed repairs and the cost of each stage including installation, parts and labor. I agreed with the work and the cost involved and Mark scheduled a quick turnaround time to get it done. We have used Comfort Experts for our heating/AC needs for 14 years now and have never had an issue and all of the technicians have been top notch. I’m sure you can get a cheaper price from one of their competitors, but service, reliability and quality will not come from saving a few bucks.

Blake has serviced our units before. As always, he is prompt, polite, and provides an excellent evaluation. He doesn't push repairs that are unneeded. He does keep us informed as to the status and condition of our units and gives us an expectation of what repairs will become so and a ballpark of how far out the needed repairs will occur.

Is panel was very well done all of the connections were tight he did not have a search protector and he did not have a GFCI in the kitchen but all of the other plugs tested great

Tech arrived at a warranty service call. Upon inspection, the outside system was not running. The panel was removed and there appeared to be some fire damage. The capacito, compressor saver and multiple wires were damaged. The wires and capacitor were replaced and the system regained functionality. The customer was informed that due to age and condition, it is recommended that the customer pursue replacement options. She will start budgeting for it and will wait until her home warranty company condems the unit. The system was left functioning at this time.

Tech arrived at a membership tune-up. Upon inspection, the capacitor was within specs. The contactor board was functioning. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The filter was dirty and replaced. The drain was clear and bleach was poured. The UV bulb was expensired. The customer was informed of recommendations today. They will hold off today. She was informed of the disadvantage of leaving the bulb in this condition. The system was functioning upon departure.

On arrival both systems ran and cooled producing adequate deltas. Both indoor units were clean and the drain lines flowed when flushed. Both outdoor units passed all electrical testing. Systems running and cooling as I left.
