Excellent service!

Jose G and Pablo installed an entire unit and we’re in and out in just over two hours! I’ve used other companies in the area and they’re a joke compared to comfort experts! I won’t use anyone else for hvac needs

Continued great service from Hobson Heating & Air.

Mark has been our service tech the last few times, and he’s been great. Very thorough, explanation of maintenance available and service provided. And, Hobson was able to work him in on an impromptu scheduling scenario that worked for all of us.

Outstanding and Thorough Service

Our propane furnace would not start up on one of the colder days this winter. Justin P. found that condensation had built up and prevented the lighting of the unit. Not only did he fix the immediate issue, he climbed deep into my attic to find the p-trap that was preventing condensate from draining. From now on, I want Justin to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on my two heat and a/c units -- because I know he will take the time to ensure that this equipment remains failure free. Justin P, Comfort Experts, has my trust.

On arrival coil was 90% frozen. What was not frozen was fully impacted. Recommended a cut and clean for the coil to fully remedy the issue.

Techs Cody and Mark arrived to customer's home and met the homeowner. First thing we found was a outdoor unit fan motor had seized bearings, due to age of system we performed a courtesy electronic leak search but we're unable to pinpoint any leaks at this time. While performing leak search noticed header plate of indoor coil was heavily corroded (pictures attached). Also noticed heavy biological growth in the unit, unit blower wheel, and blower assembly housing(pictures attached) . Located a 8-9 inch hole on the back side of the return air can open to attic allowing the unit to suck attic air. Shared pictures and explained options to customer, it was strongly recommended because of age and condition of the unit to replace the home comfort system. Customer chose minimal fix at this time, which was outdoor fan motor and a patch of the return air can. Once minimal repair was performed, I was able to check the refrigerant circuit. The suction pressure is low and the super heat is high, ind

Techs Cody and Mark arrived to customer's home and met the homeowner. System would not turn on outside, diagnosed a failed auxiliary motor starter, inside the blower and coil were clean and the system had a 20 degree temp split. We shared our findings with the homeowner and recommended he replace the auxiliary motor starter and install a compressor. He wanted to domthe repair and install the compressor saver, he also mentioned to us that his other unit had needed refrigerant put in in the past and ask us to check if it needed anymore. We hooked up our Guages and found the system to be critically low on freon. We conducted a courtesy leak search and found the system had a leak in the indoor coil. The homeowner did not want to speak with a comfort advisor and wanted us to just fill up the unit even though it has the leak. Both systems were cooling when we left.

06/07/24 TS- upon showing up at the front door, the customer created me and opened the garage so I could examine the waterheaters. After taking pics of the year and model I went to the nearest bathroom to check the sink and toilet. That's when i discovered that the house had no running water. The customer was with me 100% of the time to prove I didn't tamper with anything. The well had no pressure on the gauge. The customers husband will look I to the fix because it's electrical related. If they want we can reschedule a week from now

The alarm was due to a wet switch I installed. I cut open the drain lines and blew them out. The system is back online and ready for cooling.
