Hunter did an excellent job servicing my my air conditioning unit. He was polite and very thorough.
Hunter and Zachary were both very professional and personable. I appreciated how they honestly explained an issue I had but were not pushy about telling me I needed a part replaced (which I gladly did after getting a detailed explanation). If all of your technicians are like them, you clearly have a great company. This is the first time I used your company and will continue to do so in large part to these two outstanding gentlemen.
Great Technician with excellent feedback and explanation.on the system
Took his time. Identified a few problems, answered some questions, helped me prioritized what needed to be fixed. Very helpful. Did a good job.
I have spoken with the customer about estimates on a generator inlet and replacing a bunch of his switches with smart switches he needs to talk with Dawn first before he makes any decisions on the things that we talked about

Never registered. 2 second was out on high pressure found capacitor completely dead. Replaced capacitor and found high pressure switch was stuck. Bypassed swith and system started cooling. Watched pressures for 20 mins and verified system was not in danger of high pressure. System 3 noticed compressor kicking on and kicking off was going into thermal overload r-22 system.
