Cody came to undertake a regular service of the HVAC system. He was friendly, professional and well presented, and went through what the service involved, and the results, making sure I understood and was happy with everything. Excellent job, thank you!
Unbelievably thorough, well documented review of both my 8 year old system and my 17 year old system picking up a freon leak and heat exchanger degradation in my 17 year old system. Also informing me of the Jan 2025 EPA requirement of new type of Freon 454 which is flammable resulting in more expensive future systems and elimination of current 410a (non-flammable) system availability. Given parts availability on my 17 year old system is poor, it would be the best time to install the last of the 410a systems before they are gone.
Lisa is the heartbeat and the face of this company. Not sure if everyone else realizes that, but she sets the tone, delivers and more importantly, follows up. That’s a 5 star service right there. Sets the tone for client from beginning to end.
Presented issues with my HVAC system. Some need to be addressed. Some are just issues.
Great person, easy to speak with and understood exactly what I wanted
This is a call back on technician
Tech found smell was coming from heat strips tech also found house needs duct cleaning replacement UV lamp and pan strip drain is close to clogging tech installed replacement UV lamp and pan strips
Technician was shown to the thermostat attic and condenser. Technician started with the air handler technician found build up on the drains there is a UV system in the air handler that is working properly and taking care of biological growth technician told homeowner about the buildup in the drains technician move to the condenser where technician found it was over amping on the in Rush technician did talk to the homeowner about it homeowner is aware everything outside seem to be running up to standards
Performed plumbing inspection. Gave options for diagnosis/repairs
Found unit on high pressure lock out with indoor running constantly Also found customer only has one high voltage run going to indoor so only half of the heat strips are currently being used unit also only has one 14” return duct Filled hole behind tstat with spray foam to prevent cold air from affecting its readings inside the home, built estimate for customer on a new return cut in and adjusted refrigerant charge left thermostat set to 72
Gave estimate to install customer supplied lavatory and faucet. Declined work at this time
2 system super tune up performed today. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Blower wheel in the main system is dirty and should be cleaned. Customer did not have filters. Refrigerant levels are in range. Both compressors and condenser fan motors are acceptable. Both outdoor units were washed and waxed.
Right side - 2017 3t hp. Left side - 2021 3t hp. UV bulbs needs replacement. Needs insulation. Filters changed. Drain lines clear. Condensers washed. 45/5 dual run capacitor replaced on 2017 unit. Inrush amps exceed manufacturers specifications on 2017 unit. Current attic tent was falling apart, client asked me to remove it - was not stapled down. Sat with client at the table and shared all video/photo evidence. After discussing the needs of both systems, it was agreed upon to replace the 45/5 capacitor and start a membership on the 2017 system for now. Client is aware of the compressors behavior and the needs of all aforementioned items to ensure quality. Client was interested in our plumbing inspection. Plumbing inspection set for Wednesday 1/8/25. Systems fully functional at this time.
12/30/24 Holes have to be drilled on counter top before I can install spigot and pressure switch. Cust is getting sediment filters to install sent price for customer supplied work. Could not install RO without holes drilled.
Need to return January 7th first call to install customer supplied lav faucet
