I have finished the electrical inspection and found that they do need whole home surge protection but currently dont have the space for it, the conduit for the service is pull out and needs to be replaced and there is a lot of corrosion just on the main lugs of the panel. We talked about these issues and I informed him that contacting his service provider for the conduit would be best but it seems he needs to think on the surge protection

Today we showed up for a complimentary plumbing inspection. Upon arrival the only concern the homeowner had was with a puddle in the front yard. We opened up the meter box and pumped out all the water to find out that it was just caused by the rain, leaky hose bib that he already fixed. It is a two bath house everything seemed to be working, flushing, draining, and shutting off perfectly fine. A kitchen faucet had signs of prior leaks but he has said that he has already done the repair. We installed the water heater and 2022, he just did a water heater flush for months ago. And all the house was in good and working condition when I left. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!

For this job I performed a evaluation. Homeowner stated upon arrival that there was water dripping everywhere on their floor in the morning and the system shut off they weren't sure what happened. I tested the primary drain line and it was slightly clogged, the clogg appeared to go away during evaluation after testing with water. I gauged up and checked refrigerant levels, no significant abnormalities were noted. All electrical components of the system were within normal limits. Left the system running on 76 cool. Thank you for choosing come for experts, have a great day!

I did an evaluation. I was at the house earlier and condenser was not running so I replaced the cap. System had turned on compressor was running before I left upon arriving again. The compressor would not turn on it went into thermal lock. I washed the condenser off and turned the system back on, and the condenser kicked back on for a few seconds before immediately thermal locking out again. Homeowner was outside with me to witness the issue and we suggested a comfort advisor. Come out for unit replacement.

For this job, I performed a super tuneup. During the tuneup noted that the LRA was right at maximum capacity. Recommended either soft stad or a hard start kit for longevity of the system. Owner opted to have hard start kit installed. Brought down initial amp draw from 107 to 77.6. No further recommendations were made. Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts.

For this evaluation the customer stated her system was only cooling even when set to heat and with the temperature set to 78⁰. Then randomly the system stopped responding at all. I turned the thermostat off and manually jumped the system to bypass the thermostat however the reversing valve had constant voltage, even with a call for heat so it is only cooling. This indicated the thermostat is the culprit and sending a constant call for cool. I replaced the thermostat under warranty with a new one and the system started working like it should.

For this evaluation the condenser was showing an L2 Fault "HPCO Lockout". I reset the board and gauged up where the high side pressure was only getting to around 350 PSI and holding steady, not close enough or over to trip High Pressure cut off. I ran the twice and both times the system reach temperature with the same result not hitting head pressure. I disconnected the high pressure cut off switch on the board and use the jumper to close that circuit and bypass the high pressure cut off switch.
