Cooper did an excellent job of fixing everything that I needed completed below the sink with the condensate line and the plumbing trap. Everything was cleaned up, done in a timely fashion, and was very professional throughout the whole process!
Wade said my water heater seemed to be in good condition. He took a picture and showed me how to read the info that showed it was made in 3/2015 (I moved in 4/2015). He said that insurance companies will not cover and house damage done by a water heater if it leaks and does damage. I called State Farm and they said that has never been true.
We liked Justin and he did good work. We did fell that $400.00 for each item that he fixed was a bit strange. After doing some research we do believe that you are high on your pricing.

Customer just wanted estimate for customer supplied water filter under sink installation
On arrival system running and cooling. Customer complained of a musty smell. Found return duct strap broken off and return duct allowing musty attic air into system. Resealed and strapped duct with customers permission.
Today we return for recommended work. On our previous visit the homeowner wanted the condensation drain hard piped in instead of the flexible pipe. We had to order a fitting, once it arrived we called the homeowner and set up the schedule to return. We ran the condensation drain, tested and everything was working well when we left. There are no leaks. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Came out on a complimentary visit to look at water heater. Water heater is 10yrs old and out of warranty. Explained that home owners insurance will not cover damage caused by 10yr and older water heaters. Customer stated that she did not believe water heater needed to be replaced
On arrival both systems were not running due to a drain line clog. Customer cleared his own drain line while I checked refridgerant on his downstairs system. Added a pound and a half of 410 a to the downstairs system with the customers permission bringing the superheat down from 24 to 3. Both systems running and cooling as I left.
Today we set up for a complimentary plumbing estimate. Up on arrival the trouble with her AC backing up p-trap in the upstairs bathroom. The fittings that were used previously had rusted out and the drain piece actually broke away. He would have to give a brass condensation tee, and rerun condensation line. He would also replace the supply lines and add quarter turn shut offs underneath as well. We have to order this part, we will contact the homeowners once the part arrives and schedule for the install. Thank you for choosing Comfort experts!
On this job I insulated 2 p traps. The system current make a 20° td.
Emailed estimate for multiple projects. Offered membership. Service fee waived with competitors estimate. Customer has a couple other estimates scheduled. Scan.
