I called about my A/C blowing warm air and the young lady I spoke to was very helpful. She made arrangements for a technician to come to home. Got dispatched to customer through the phone Spoke with Bret and told him that the water is because the primary is clogged Customer said they would try to de clog it them self and if they can’t do it they will call us I told that keeping the system cleaning is a big factor act keeping the lines from clogging Called dispatch and let autumn know too

7/17/24 Arrived for eval Customer stated the system stop working this afternoon Ran test and outside was running and inside was too. Looked at the coil and it’s completely clean iced up and the filter is extremely dirty Recommend rescheduling for Friday so the ice can melt and I changed out the filter Recommend to stop smoking in the house and to get on the H&W plan Reschedule for Friday morning first call.
This system a good size leak in the evap coil. I've gased up the unit and Riley will be taking care of this customer from here.
For this evaluation, customer stated his system was only blowing hot air and it was set to 72⁰. At the condenser you could hear the compressor trying to turn on, the capacitor was out so with the customers permission we replaced it. Once replaced the system started running like normal. I do recommend a compressor saver as customer stated he's replaced the capacitor twice within the 5 years he's lived in the house.
On arrival system had a u4 error code. I did a hard reset on the system and it began running and cooling.

Performed Plumbing inspection made some recommendations husband said he would call to schedule on a time crunch today.
3 ton Condesner for upstairs system. Ryan will install either tomorrow after 4pm or Wednesday morning depending if ryan will be able to tomorrow or not Paying with card I will go to do paperwork either tomorrow or Wednesday depending on Ryan’s schedule

Downstairs unit indoor cap and inducer motor were out of tolerance but working Recommend duct cleaning, IAQ 200, indoor cap for downstairs, inducer motor for downstairs, compressor savers, and membership Customer wants to wait but will get stuff done later
