04/06/24 Tyler - waterheater is new and was expecting an AC check up.
I was told that felt very hard and was causing issues replacement should fix that I also was told of an issue where if he starts up his vacuum a few of the lights dim in the house that one would require a minor diagnostic and I have made an estimate and sent it to the email on phone

Tech arrived at a tune-up. Upon inspection the system has a low side sat temp around 32 degrees and the pipes were freezing. The Superheat was 1 degrees indicating a possible overcharge. There may be a restriction in the lines. The contactor was scorched. The ductwork and blower area was very dirty. The furnace control board had dust on it. The heating system reached complete ignition. The flame sensor was scorched. The filter was dirty. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He is not able to move forward with repairs or replacement at this time but decided to add a Home Budget Membership. He would like the plumbing evaluation to be performed as soon as possible as he is having lighting issues. The system was left in the off position to avoid further damages. He will call back in at the end of summer to approach further system needs.
On arrival both systems were running and heating producing a 20 degree delta. The indoor unit had clear drain lines and a clean blower and coil. The outdoor units passed all electrical testing and were running when I left.
Quoted on tankless and electrical tank waterheaters. Insist on having tank installed on risers. Water supplies will have to be moved up in order to reach. And have an air gap with the T&P drain line.
After arrival I was able to use the homeowner. Step stool to get on the counter where they recently cut open the sheet rock for a previous leak on the same pipe. Luckily, the pipe was already exposed so there was no need for a diagnostic fee to search and locate. But after I gave the home owners the price for the fix, they did not seem interested in moving forward and said that they will take care of the leak themselves. I did refer our restoration company for the water damage and told the homeowners if they changed their mind to give us a call. Thank you
