We have a very tricky three story house with a single unit but different thermostat S on each floor. We have had multiple HVAC companies and Technicians “fix” the problem for some pretty hefty invoices. Michael came out today and after over a year of challenges was able to diagnose and properly repair our Air Conditioner.great Job! Ask for Michael!
Had Zak and Alonso come out and they were able to get my ac unit working same day on an after hours call. Would call comfort experts again.
To be a long term customer. To tell you the truth I'm not too happy with you guys on what i had to pay. I think your prices are little bit too extreme {overpriced for the work i had done.}
We found out Tuesday evening our air conditioner wasn’t working. Called Comfort Experts at 10 PM and set up an appointment for a service man to come by first thing next morning. The Comfort Experts pro arrived a little after 9 AM and the problem was fixed within an hour. My wife says give them five stars because we could’ve been facing no air conditioner went outside temperatures will go above 100°. Thanks!
Absolutely impressed with Ryan! He came in, immediately got right to work replacing the damper. Quick, efficient, and clearly experienced, he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s such a relief to have someone who knows what they’re doing and doesn’t waste time. Highly recommend his services!
Hobson rep called me in May to set up appt for summer check up. I am a member of their club and I get this done for no charge at the time of service. I called them back the 1st of July and said I would like to have my unit serviced. They set me up to fit me in when they could. Joshua came by on the 5th. He was professional and sent pictures. He cleaned the leaves out of the base of my AC unit which was above and beyond my expectations. He showed up in the morning around 10 which I was very happy about.
Adam was great but the inspector who came out wanted something else done. He was able to come back out pretty quickly and got it up to code. I’m very happy with the company and the installer Adam!
Danny Barack did a complete check up of our AC and furnace units to make sure it would withstand this summers brutal heat. He cleaned the AC unit and pointed out the capacitor reaching its last days. Overall he answered all questions and explained new items in stock to make your AC run more efficient. Did great job.
Performed plumbing inspection on home did not find anything needing immediate attention. Believe the house is some kind of home or halfway house. Has multiple tenants inside home.
Upon arrival for super tuneup I found that home has two units but call was only scheduled for one so I asked homeowner if he wanted both units serviced to which he replied that he did want both. I called the office for them to correct. I asked homeowner for filters to which he replied that he wasn't sure if he had any that he would have to look for them. Homeowner showed me to attic access and upstairs thermostat Homeowner also mentioned that he had a water leak from the unit causing a leak on his ceiling in one of the bedrooms and asked for me to take a look at it. I began with the indoor unit for downstairs where I found water built up in the pan and the pan leaning to the left causing water buildup to drip over and leak onto drywall. I found cause to be a slow draining primary line causing water to come out of secondary into drain pan I then checked delta for unit and it was cooling at 20° Checked blower motor which was a little dirty but in good condition Checked Evaporator coil
I came to seal indoor unit it was leaking a bit of air
Customers home is under construction just wanted options on mini splits for the future when they're construction is completed

Need to refund the defrost control board to customer
The ac unit in closet is dripping water down the side of it believe that water is getting into water heater pan via the condensate line that runs over the top of pan behind unit. Need to send ac tech out to figure out what’s going on with it. Water heater was installed by us while replacing their ac unit.
Clogged drain line, cleared and flushed with 1 gallon of water Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day

for this job, I did a super tune up. Delta was good. Filter is OK. Homeowner will Have a replacement filter later. Drain line Tested good. Put bleached down drain. UV bulb still on. Heat strip amp draw good. At the outdoor unit Capacitor was good. Running amps were good. In Rush high suggesting, soft or hard start. The unit surge protector appears to not function. Suggesting replacement. Homeowner, Will look over the options with her husband, declined replacement today. Washed out coil. Backyard water spigot sprays. Everywhere, they would like a plumber to give them a quote on replacement. Scheduled plumber visit. unit was running and cooling when I left.
On arrival system running and cooling producing 20 degrees delta. Indoor unit clean and in good condition. Outdoor units dual run capicator was out of tolerance and compressor overamping on start up. Replaced dual run with customers permission. Once replaced compressor went from pulling 90 amps to 79 amps on start up and is rated up to 72 amps on start up. Recommended adding a compressor saver kit next year. System cooling as I left.
