Service was excellent. Only thing I would change is giving a morning/afternoon/evening time frame for arrival.
Honest although there was a slight attempt to up sale me on work not necessarily needed.
Mike was very professional and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. The warranty went out on my unit one day before the service call to see why the unit was not cooling and we found out that the Freon leaked out of an old connection. Not happy about that but so be it.
I was very impressed with Mike Robles! Very Knowledgeable and had suggestions on how I can improve my AC system and possible maintenance issues in the future! Next time my unit needs servicing I will ask for Mike by name! Thanks, Clyde Whittle

Arrived for Rec work Installed IAQ 100 System was working before I left.
Arrived to change faulty metering device and change the filter drier. Upon installing a new TXV this technician found that the coil was leaking at the nut where the metering device attaches. Removed old coil and installed coil under warranty. Pressure tested with nitrogen, pulled vacuum on the system and recharged system with 410a refrigerant. System is running normally at this time.
During inspection verified that system was working properly Spoke to customer about uv bulb being out and also talked about a whole home surge protector due to power surge taking out tstat during our previous visit Customer said he wanted to hold off for now
Arrived for CTU Replaced filter Drains clear but water safety is failed and not wired into the system Drain pan is rusted through and needs to be replaced Blower and coil are dusty Coil rusted Washed Condenser coil Fan motor and compressor is operating much hotter than it should be at these temperatures Cannot be 100% accurate electrically due to faded data plate Refrigerant is very low and coil is not above freezing Recommend not running AC until serious repairs or replacement Customer will follow up with us next week to schedule another visit
Performed plumbing inspection customer thought I was there for hvac inspection. Wrote some recommendations on the plumbing inspection. Customer said she will call us if she wants to get anything done will probably be next week.

I returned and added 410a to the system. When I left the subcool was an 8 and the system was functioning as intended.

On arrival system was running and cooling producing an 18 degree delta. Indoor unit had a clean blower and coil and clear drain lines. The value germicidal uv systems bulb was not on on arrival but once i turned the machine on and off it turned on. The outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. I recommended upgrading his uv system to an iaq 200 due to the bulbs lifespan and its increased effectiveness against biological growth, viruses and bacteria. When I left the system was running and cooling.
