Ryan was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient w our questions. We definitely recommend him for all service calls, even though he is a supervisor. We trust him, which is high praise.
I’m so Glad that Jerred showed up to service my AC System. He is Friendly, Efficient and Professional. I really do Appreciate him taking Photos of My System to show me how it looks. Plus he Sold Me on your Monthly Subscription to Protect My System for the Year.
Derek was cool, very friendly kind and respectful of my wife, property, my dog and me. Went about his inspection and made me aware of all the issues. He did a fine job on the exterior faucet install and was done.
All of the techs were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Very happy with the work provided.
Justin came out and got air back on in short order— a great tech
I was never happy buying a new unit from this company 10 year ago. It was overpriced and now I found out it is the wrong size for my house. I am not happy that I don’t get a real discount on parts even though I pay for the membership- service maintenance- whatever it’s called. $800 for a fan replacement is absolutely ridiculous. I have someone else coming out today and will probably cancel my service.
Daniel came out to do an annual tune up on the HVAC system. He did an excellent job, and explained everything to me. Excellent customer service. Thank-you!
Zac arrived and fixed the problem with the HVAC unit. The air conditioner is working great. Thank-you!
Micheal was professional and personable, explaining our issues and what could be done to resolve them. He then was very thorough in his repair work. I am very satisfied with the results and ongoing customer support!
I replaced a 45/5 capacitor. System is now cooling
The system was tripping on high pressure cleaned the condensor sensor and solved the problem. Unit is located between fine and was clogged up.
Removed and replaced evap coil drain pan upflow unit in the closet in the hall also talked to the homeowner about the new membership and left her with the information I will add the conversion to this invoice so the office can make the transition at the next billing cycle
Tried calling customer to talk about the April air filter media upgrade Customer didn’t answer so I called the office to let them know. I will email my estimate to customer
Arrived for rec work Installed in the new x13 motor System running before I left
On this job I cleared the drain line by cutting the p trap under the sink and blowing out the line from the top down. I tested the drain line to insure the system drains properly.

Arrived to no cool. System is low on refrigerant. Performed leak search and was not able to find a leak. Customer recently had another company come out to service the equipment. Customer says everything was working fine before the other company came out. No repairs were made at this time.
Arrive for service Eval Filter line dryer obstructing refrigerant line Replaced System cooling fine at exit
For this evaluation I showed up to the customer's home and she stated neither the indoor nor outdoor was running and the thermostat was blank. When I took off the faceplate of the thermostat the R wire was not connected and not giving power to the indoor or outdoor units so there was no call for cool. At the condenser I could hear the contactor buzzing loudly indicating the electromagnet is starting to fail and once that goes the compressor or fan will turn on. The homeowner has passed away so the neighbor and sister of the late homeowner or the ones looking after the home until it sells.
For this evaluation customers condenser was not running, there was no call at the contacter so I moved to the attic. At the air handler, the customers ex-husband attempted to make repairs to the air handler and has ruined the squirrel cage and blower assembly. A whole new re-wire of the air handler would need to be done to make the system work properly. Customer wants to replace however does not know when she'll be back from out of town and will call into the office to set up a time for a CA to come amd discuss replacement.
Customer would like for an electrician to come and provide an estimate for a plug in the bathroom set for next Wednesday the 24th
Arrived for eval Customer stated the system has been working, but the husband has noticed the system sometimes struggles to come on Ran test and found out the blower motor is going bad. Talked about refurbishing the unit vs replacing it Customer would like to talk to a comfort advisor Customer stated that they do have other things going on but are more incline to do a new system if the interest rate are good.
