Great service

The technician was professional and knowledgeable. We appreciate his attention to detail during the visit. He was conscious of our time but did said he wouldn't rush. Afterwards, he explained the worked performed and provided advice on other services.

Above and beyond

Jake was friendly, efficient, and helpful. My fuse box had 4 bad breakers. He explained it was a fault with the box itself, and covered by warranty. He gave me all the detailed information for getting free replacement breakers, and will come back out to replace them all once they arrive. I had a breaker go out previously, and fixed by another electrician. They never mentioned the warranty coverage, and I paid more for that one breaker replacement than all 4 will cost thanks to Jake’s honesty, and integrity. How often do you truly see someone go above and beyond like that?

Came out for an evaluation found a melted primary unit electrical control and high voltage feed presented options to the customer he has chose to go with full replacement of the heat kit with lifetime warranty this part is paid for and being ordered lead time expected 2 days homeowner works from home and will be available as soon as we are ready to install it pausing this call for parts and the parts manager will reach out to the homeowner as soon as we have the part in hand

Came out for a membership super Tuna on a 15-year-old heat pump system I found several points of concern and discussed options with the homeowner for repairs including replacing a heat kit and having a duct cleaning installing a soft start kit for the condensing unit but she has opted to sit down with a comfort advisor and compare repairs versus replacement this appointment needs to be set for tomorrow morning 10:00 to 12:00

Came to house for breaker not working and healthy kitchen not working and found Burger that wasn't working it was bad and talked to customer about replacing it and they wanted to do it so we did it and everything is working also looked at customer's meter and riser and it up saying that it is damaged really badly so talk to him about repairing that and also doing a panel change as well to bring everything up to code and email it all to him

Came out for a membership heating tune up checked everything indoor and out as this is a heat pump everything appears to be operating within manufacturer's specifications my only concern is indoor air quality did find some biological growth in the indoor supply plenum brought this to the homeowner's attention as well as offered an Innovative new option for longevity of the system as we are approaching 6 years of life now and knowing the issues we've had with manufacturers and warranty parts we just want to make sure that we're offering preventative options ahead of time this being a soft start device unfortunately the homeowner did not take any recommendations today he is waiting for the email to come through so that he can discuss these options with his wife thank you for choosing comfort experts!

Talk to customer about issue and found a disconnect on the outside of condominium that was causing house to not have power but still don't know why it's not getting power so they will be calling power company out here to check behind meter and why it's not getting power or if it's on the power company side they will be reaching back out to us once they figure it out and we'll call us to get us back out here to fix it

For this job, I worked on a heating tune-up on this heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. As I was going through the system I noticed the drain with a lot of buildup, I notified the customer this would eventually cause a clog, customer approved to clear drain and also to add pan strip. Adding on, system was amping higher than normal, I offered customer an easy start, customer was already informed of the benefits and approved to install it. Today I performed a membership heating tune-up on a 6-year-old straight Electric System all components check out per manufacturer's specifications however I do have similar concerns as previous technicians about the indoor air quality unfortunately she just replaced the roof the water heater and dealt with a flood in the kitchen she would like the estimate email to her so that she can prepare for our next visit she is interested in the level 2 duct cleaning

Came out for a plumbing evaluation there was a leak and a hot water line upstairs in the wall located at isolated it and we will return tomorrow to make the repair I am pausing this call so that it can be scheduled first call tomorrow morning I need to get specific fittings from the supply house

Today I showed up for a membership super tune-up on a 3-year-old gas furnace system installed by a Minuteman air conditioning checked everything in door and out for the most part everything is functioning as it should except the outdoor unit is drawing too many amps upon startup recommended a soft start kit to remedy the situation also made some indoor air quality recommendations due to the age and health of the homeowner however I was not dealing with the homeowner today I was dealing with the neighbor and she has chosen not to go with any recommendations today should they change their mind they need only call us back
