Adam was chill. Which actually relieved the stress I was feeling. We had a slab leak which Adam diagnosed immediately, he also walked our property and came up with a game plan. Daniel was really cool. We had an issue with what turned out to be a slab leak. But the leaking water tripped the flood sensor on the A/C unit. He diagnosed this and then helped us get in touch with a plumber which helped get things care for in a timely manner!??

We have a very tricky three story house with a single unit but different thermostat S on each floor. We have had multiple HVAC companies and Technicians “fix” the problem for some pretty hefty invoices. Michael came out today and after over a year of challenges was able to diagnose and properly repair our Air Conditioner.great Job! Ask for Michael!

We found out Tuesday evening our air conditioner wasn’t working. Called Comfort Experts at 10 PM and set up an appointment for a service man to come by first thing next morning. The Comfort Experts pro arrived a little after 9 AM and the problem was fixed within an hour. My wife says give them five stars because we could’ve been facing no air conditioner went outside temperatures will go above 100°. Thanks!

Came to job for electrical inspection found neutrals that were bundled up in his panel so it talked to customer about separating those neutrals and what that could cause and how it's a pretty common issue but not correct and also talked about adding a surge protector which customer was very interested in and customer was also interested in getting a whole home generator quote and also would like to just know a little bit more about it and what would be needed to fulfill running his entire house
Today I showed up for a complimentary Plumbing evaluation set by another trade there was a main water supply leak in the front yard just passed the meter on the homeowner side homeowner opted to make the repair today and applied and was approved for financing homeowner also chose to take advantage of the financing in order to get a level 2 duct cleaning and upgrade her germicidal UV system to an IAQ 200 the plumbing repairs are done and verified the hole is filled I am pausing this call for financing and then the office needs to call the homeowner in order to schedule the duct cleaning and UV installation this duct cleaning also needs to include the dryer vent being cleaned
Today I performed a membership super tune-up on a 6-year-old gas furnace system I was actually out here a couple of weeks ago servicing the AC side everything still checks out today wash the coils filter didn't need to be changed drain line is fine and tested everything on the gas furnace I have no concerns at this time

On this job I looked at both heating and cooling. I'm happy to report after replacing defrost board and adding easy start the system test in tolerance. TD 20 Sh 17 SC 8 Condensor is washed filter is clean. System ready for heating.

Came to job to look at plugs in front of house not working when I got here customer stated they weren't working but then they started working before I got there and I checked everything it was on a GFCI and it was resetting and turning on everything looked okay right now Customer also wants a HVAC tech to come out and take a look at her ducks and see if she needs a duct clean customer would like it set for Wednesday morning the 8th if not then then any day except Tuesday in the morning
