He quickly took various measurements, went up into my hot attic, and then was able to describe perfectly what’s happening in my situation. Highly recommended.
Colby Finch came out to do a check up that turned into a maintenance as I had a bad capacitor. He was very patient with me, answering all my questions and explaining everything he was doing in detail. I know some techs get annoyed when the customer hangs around but Colby seemed excited for the opportunity to teach me a bit about my existing system. Very happy with the overall experience.

The technician (Preston) was very professional and respectful. Got an awesome promotional price for a tune-up on my 2 A/C units. However, I had a thermostat that needed to be replaced. They charged my $500 to replace it. I found the exact same thermostat online for under $100. It took about 15 minutes to replace it so I calculate that to be about $1600 per hour for labor.
Upon arrival system was not functioning inside or outside. Proceeded to check fuses, capacitors and breakers on the system. No parts or found out of capacity or broken. When returning inside noticed saw "IDL" on inside board. Set thermostat to fan on, fan turned on.tuened off the fan and set to auto. After the delay the system began to function wnl. Checked 3 times turning system on and off, no abnormalities noted. Left system running on 70 cool, thank you for choosing comfort experts.
On this job I performed they called me tuneup on both systems. Noted on the older of the two systems it was over camping even with a hard start kid installed. Recommended easy start kit for longevity. Owner approved install. Caught initial out draw from 131 down to 29 showed homeowner picture proof left thermostat on original settings. This system has a bad blower motor. I'm ordering oem motor and pasuing the call until parts arrive.
Arrived onsite customer had the hot side water line leaking at the top of water heater. Went ahead and replaced the hot side water line going into heater. Tested after repair was made everything working properly. Customer said dispatch told them service fee would be waived with repair
