Danny Barack did a complete check up of our AC and furnace units to make sure it would withstand this summers brutal heat. He cleaned the AC unit and pointed out the capacitor reaching its last days. Overall he answered all questions and explained new items in stock to make your AC run more efficient. Did great job.
Scheduled quickly. Arrived promptly worked quickly and efficiently. Was polite and personable.
Troubleshooter‘s name was Jake, it was very friendly knowledgeable and new what he’s doing. Not only identified the problem but also helped us with another issue. Completely satisfied!
I had to suffer in the heat with no AC for 17 days, cooking all my meals out on the grill even when it’s raining to not increase the temperature in the house from cooking in the oven or on the stove top. I have been a customer for 20 years and I feel that I was not taken care of and they should’ve provided a temporary window AC while waiting for the compressor part to arrive. Our technician, Mike did a great job installing the compressor when it arrived and none of this is his fault.
Although I didn’t get the original plumber that was supposed to come, the quality of service provided was still excellent albeit a bit off schedule.
The whole team was very helpful. They answered every question. They did an excellent job.
I really don’t do many surveys, but I must say the service and professionalism that I get is remarkable!
Garrett and Danny came out and provided a 2nd opinion on our unit we thought was dead. Explained everything they were doing and got it up and running.
Toby was very informative and answers all our questions. I would 100% use and get other systems in the future.
for this job I did a cooling tuneup. everything was to code on the indoor unit. Delta looked fine. At the outdoor unit pressure and temperature on refrigerant was good. Capacitor was in tolerance. In rush was about 20amps higher than suggested LRA. Recommended a hard start or soft start kit. Homeowner declined cleaned out the condenser and unit was running when I left.
Today we returned for recwork of replacing the existing x13 motor with a universal however it turns out the universal was actually not compatible we discussed options with the homeowner to go OEM or if she would like to reconsider the replacement option presented by the Comfort advisor we are going to pause this call so that she can talk with her sons and make a decision then call us back
For this job I performed a evaluation. The secondary drain line was dripping on the side of the home consistently per owner. Homeowner was not sure how long it had been going on but stated that the house was under contract and it was a issue that needed to be addressed. The primary drain line was clogged, I unclogged it and tested it with a gallon and a half of water. Homeowner addressed a few other issues while I was at the job site. Homeowner stated that the condenser fan was making a loud noise when on, that the condenser coil was dirty, and that the flood safety switch did not activate even though there was water in the emergency drain pan. I cleaned the condenser coil, fixed the noise on the condenser fan, and showed the homeowner that the flood safety did work however the water levels had not gotten high enough to activate it. I provided video and picture proof of all work done. Homeowner mentioned he was told that the system was not cooling efficiently. Once the condenser coil w
