Alex d 12/26/25 Found outdoor unit tripped due to high head pressure adjusted refrigerant charge unit is now functional
Extended and hung multiple duct also added dampers to the majority of ducts on the supply plenum to correct airflow to two bedrooms Also replaced pigtail to furnace
Completed a return visit and replaced the indoor blower motor on the heat pump air handler during post install testing the blower fan wheel was wobbling likely a wrapped wheel or damage hop housing to ensure save quiet operation with ordering you blower wheel and blower housing and return to install and retest.
Responded to a no-heat call. During diagnostics, the indoor blower did not start. Measurements confirmed the blower motor has failed. The homeowner is covered by parts & labor warranty—we’ll order the replacement blower motor and return to install and test. Heat will remain off until the repair is completed.
Talked with Joe we will be returning to add manual dampers to the system as well as extend and hang 5 ducts that block the path of the attic walkway advised customer we would contact them when we had the materials and extra man power will need to have Duct 2-9” 1-10” 3-8” 1-5” 1-18” Dampers 5-10” 3-8” 3-9” 1-6”
On this job I looked at both heating and cooling. After adding a new cap and new soft start the system test in tolerance. TD 20° Inrush 29 Suction line 120°
11/18/25 Came to house for solar panels being off and not reading and got here and there is a breaker that went turned on trips the entire solar breaker and it controls 11 panels and there is something underneath that causing it to trip the whole panel and will have to take panel off by panel to figure out the issue But will be coming back out here with Zach or Nate on Friday morning the 21st

Spoke to the customer on 10\24\25. I sold him his new system in October of 2024. He is a platinum plus member and has been paying for that since 2012. He said he didn't get a spring tune up and just now received his fall tune up. He wants to know if he can get some sort of refund for paying $32 a month the past year without getting the service he was due. I told him I would speak to my boss and see what we could do.

Today I showed up for a membership tune up however upon arrival the homeowner expressed his concerns about the system not running like it should it was cutting out intermittently this was due to a clogged drain line tripping the water safety switch homeowner agreed to have me unpause my assessment of the system after finding a failing capacitor on the blower motor indoor I shifted outside and realized that the system is severely low on refrigerant it has a TXV and is only showing 0.7° of subcool superheat is about 18° and Delta is between 17 and 18 degrees at this point homeowner expressed his concerns for needing to leave for an appointment I tried to lock in a time that would work for his schedule for us to return however he says he needs to sit down with his wife and figure out what works for them and then call us back customer has been made aware of my concerns and understands that he may experience failure in the meantime before we return due to the time constraints I was unable t
