Very friendly and knowledgable. Came right out same day. Thank you!
Easy schedule and technician was prompt, did a great job and explained what he did
Prices for work is high. They try to up sell for things every time they come out. I know they have to make more and more money to stay in business, but it gets a little irritating.
Response from Comfort Experts Inc.:
Thanks for the glowing review!
Ryan did a great job! Helped us get ahead of some minor issues we were having. Changed the filter in the attic. He was fast and friendly and knowledgeable! Will use them again in the future!
The AC tech was knowledgeable, and did inform me of what needed to be done. I learned what might be done with my system to improve it, which is nice. But not for $108. The fan was dirty, so Im going to clean it. The capacitor is failing, so Im going to replace it. One of the drains was dangling, so Im going to tie it up. There are exposed low voltage lines that are exposed, that I will cover up. I guess I expected a slight tune up, but there wasn't really anything done to the system other than advice. I do appreciate it, but I most likely would not pay for the service again, based on cost.
On this job I did a cooling tune up. I checked freon levels changed the filter and changed iaq 200 light bulb he provided. I also installed an easy start to his system to help lower inrush by 75%. The system is back online and ready for cooling.
Super tune up performed today on a Daiken heat pump with air handler installed in 2017. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Highly recommend adding a compressor saver to the outdoor unit to help with the effigy and reliability of the system.
Technicians arrived to customers home. Technicians talked to homeowner and asked questions about their home. Technicians grabbed tools and started in inside unit. Technicians checked blower motor and saw that was dirty. Technicians checked filter aswell as coil and was in good condition. Technicians took blower motor and squirel cage out. technicians cleaned squirrelly cage and put back into place. Technicians moved to outside unit and started to check electrical readings, they where all in range. Technicians started to take refrigerant readings and were in range. Technicians cleaned coil and bottom of unit aswell as waxing it. Technicians talked to customer about compressor saver and it not being on the system aswell as uv bulb replacement.

No heat on 2019 amana gas furnace system running upon arrival diagnostic codes are normal 2nd stage heat and 1800 cfm fan. Functioned furnace and tested components filter is clean. No problem could be produced. Customer may want to replace thermostat.
Came To house for Tune up had gfci ProtectIon where it needed it And they had no issues but talk to customer about surge protector and a outdoor pipe that's rusted out and that might need to be replaced soon
This is a 2700sq ft house cooled and heated by 7 9000btu mini split 2 have cracked face plates and make loud sound when blower kicks on. This is due to dust build up around the blower wheel. I recommend replacing this with 5ton heat pump system for the whole house. Or replacing the to mini split system that have issues.
2019 Amana gas furnace Checked and tightened all electrical connections Changed Customer provided filter Drain was clear and draining Ignition system is functional All safeties are functional Blower Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable Uv system is functional
Arrived for CTU Filter fine Drains clear Delta is good Blower and coil slightly dusty Washed Condenser coil Motors capacitors and refrigerant fine Moved soft start kit to underneath the electrical cabinet to prevent water damage
This is a an elder couple thinking something was wrong with the system. After checking filter freon amp draws and caps everything checked out fine. System is less then 2 years old. It could use easy start and uv system but didn't qualify for financing.
I quoted a le1 48k straight cool horizontal for $9736 Customer wants another quote then decide on repairing or replacement
Arrived to no cool. Customer states that the system is freezing up. Evaporator coil and blower wheel are both very dirty and causing very poor air flow. Customer is upset that the previous technician sold him a soft start for the outdoor condenser without addressing the air flow issue. Coil is very corroded as well. Customer would like to speak with a comfort advisor to get an estimate for a new system before deciding whether to fix this 14 year old straight electric system or replace it.
8/17/27 This system had a out of tolerance compressor cap. Reading 40 should be 45. Today I replaced it under warranty. I returned today and install iaq200. I could not install the easy start because I do not have the correct size. I need / icm easy start 16A. Pausing call again until I receive icm easy start 16a
