His system has time delay on the 10kw heat strips. The fan is set to kick on demand. Causing em heat to blow cool for a period of time. Today I put the fan in the slowest speed.

Arrived to customers house for filter swap Customers also stated weird smell through out home asked for me to check unit for possible causes my opinion is burnt oil informed customer they are looking into warrentys.

Gas to his new furnace was shut off. Once gas was turned on the system ran with no issues.
On arrival system running and cooling producing 16 degrees of cooling. Raining intermittently during visit. Indoor unit very clean and working as intended. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. Recommended surge protection as existing surge protection is not functional.
