His system has time delay on the 10kw heat strips. The fan is set to kick on demand. Causing em heat to blow cool for a period of time. Today I put the fan in the slowest speed.

On arrival system running and cooling producing 16 degrees of cooling. Raining intermittently during visit. Indoor unit very clean and working as intended. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. Recommended surge protection as existing surge protection is not functional.

how’s your performing super tuneup poured bleach down drain line changed out filter. System has biological growth growing in. It has progress since last time we were here heat strips and intolerance, capacitor and intolerance. All amperage are good refrigerant and range clean condenser. I added a PAN strip. And changed membership to a home and budget
