I have made my estimate for the panel change out which includes changing out the panel itself putting in a surge protector and a outside disconnect this is a single day job

A different airhandler is making a harmonic noise when running, blower is unable to be pulled due to support beams infront of door.

Showed up for a membership plumbing evaluation homeowner was most concerned about the mainline leading to the street though we discussed various items throughout the home and the need to flush their hot water heater after running a camera down the main line I found sludge building up throughout the length and showed the homeowner she has interest in hydro jetting I gave her an estimate for the main line only and for the whole house if they go with the whole house I offered them a complimentary water heater flush she would like to run all of this by her husband and call us back to schedule
On this job helped him with the door plate. The system is online and he has installed thermostat. Not interested in membership plan. Or any other services

On this job I looked at both heating and cooling sides of the system. I'm happy to report that it test in tolerance on both sides. The td 20°. Filter is clean and condensor is washed. System could benfit from a easy start to reduce inrush of amps by 75%.
Heater has small leaks and was not lit when we arrived. I lit it and it might last one day or 10 years but the leak is definitely going to get worse. Recommend replacing water heater
