We were scheduled on 4/24 from 2-7. They called at 7:20 and said they could not make it. Rescheduled 1 week later. "First in the morning" meant they arrived about 10:30. Tried to "upsale" us on 2 things (costing about $2,000 total). Said system was fine but "recommended a couple of things." We left the home for 5-6 hours. When we returned the AC was running but a message on the thermostat said there was a problem. Bottom line - the technicians did not turn on the outside unit when they completed their work. Thus, all we were getting was the fan blowing for 5-6 hours. This is a pretty bad review but it clearly defines our experience. We have been a customer for 5 years! We expect better.
Came by for "electrical inspection." Went quickly. No issues. Suggested we insert a "surge protector" that is now required on new construction. We declined.
Blake was super. Very courteous and knowledgeable . Comfort should be proud to have an employee such as Blake
While service is very good, reserving a 7-hour window for when the technician will arrive is a bit much.
I called after midnight last night when my a/c didn’t turn on. Ryan came in to help out the team on his day off. (I asked him) I greatly appreciated the quick turn around on our service. We probably prevented a future call by having our other unit checked at the same time. Thank you for making this happen and thank you for the sweet lady answering the phone last night she was so helpful in telling me I could buy a membership even though you guys didn’t install these units. I never knew that before. I am sorry I don’t remember her name. I am having trouble receiving the emails so I need to check on why.
Casey did a great job or checking both of our systems. We’ve used Comfort Air for 2-3 years and are very pleased.
The technician, I think his name was Paul, knew what he was doing. Very satisfied with his work. However, I realize Paul is young and still has to learn a few things, just like all of us. The initial visit Paul entered our home dressed appropriately. On this final visit, he comes in with his pants and belt at the bottom of his butt cheeks and about 8” of plaid underwear hanging out. This may seem appropriate to him on Saturday night, but it was very offensive to my wife and I, especially when in a business trip to our home. Paul is good at what he does, but his clothing display needs to be addressed. Tom Sibigtroth

Marshall was very thorough, friendly, and explained what he was doing very well! Comfort Experts overall did a Wonderful Job!
This system is over amping out side. The cap tested in tolerance and the fan motor is running at 1 amp. The system could use a hard start kit and uv system to keep system Evap coil clean and air fresh. Sustem is cleaned and ready for cooling.

Tech arrived at a warranty tuneup. Upon inspection, the capacitor was within specs. The contactor was in working condition. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The drain was clear and bleach was poured. Tech filter was dirty and replaced. The blower area was a little dirty. The Delta was within range. The heating system reached complete ignition. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He would like a quote for a panel replacement and whole home surge protector. Office was contacted but it was after hours. The system was functioning upon departure.
After arriving and getting to the electrical panel I checked and tightened all connections including grounds neutrals and mains I checked plugs in the kitchen dining room and wash room and all of them were wired correctly and gfci's were present in the proper locations, I did talk to them about a surge protector but they were not interested in getting one at this time
Tyler L completed an electrical etu when I opened up the panel I found no particular problems all of the connections were tight he had gfci's afci's no search protector but it was all wired correctly and then I tested plugs inside of the home all of which tested correctly he had GFC eyes in the correct spots I also tested the asci and talk to him about a surge protector he did talk about how they probably weren't going to be in the house for far too long so he wasn't very interested in getting one I did rebuttal with how they are becoming a mandatory thing nowadays so he might have to put one in if you would ever sell the house
On arrival the system was running and cooling. The indoor unit had a clean blower, coil, and clear drain lines. The unit produced a 20 degree delta. The outdoor unit passed all electrical tests. I recommended a drain treatment strip so that the customer would not need to treat his drain lines monthly and a whole home surge protector to protect his new house and ac system. Thanks for choosing comfort experts and have a great day!

Refrigerant levels are acceptable. Could benefit from compressor saver but rejected work. Cleaned unit from inside out. Left system in working Condition. Thank you for choosing comfort experts.
