Joe and Angel were thorough in the install, answered all my questions, and addressed all my concerns. Toby was a great source of information, and his customer/communication skills were a huge factor in sealing the deal.
Great service! Ian was very knowledgeable and knew right away what our issue would be. He was correct, and got repairs in place quickly. Service took less than 45 minutes!
Mark is a professional who knows his work and doesn’t mind explaining what we don’t understand
Very helpful and knowledgeable on looking at our unit at 10pm on a Monday!!
Hobson AC/Comfort Experts service exceeded my expectations and believe me with Hobson being my last name we are our biggest critics. Brian, Brady, Joe, Jose, Daniel and Jonathan all showed up and within 3 hours had the new Generac generator set, hooked up and professionally installed. I could not be any more pleased. I’m not looking forward to another electricity outage but if we have one we are a little better prepared. Thank you gentlemen on a job well done. Mr. & Mrs. Hobson Peaster, TX.
The technician was very helpful and explained everything and told me what I needed to do the next time it happened
