Upon arrival customer stated that the system was set to heat but the Heatpump would not run. During evaluation Heatpump came in and ran as should found no issues on the electrical side and had 110 degree temp split from ambient and lineset temp. Customer also stated the temp in the house never dropped below set point. Customer most likely had the thermostat set to emergency heat. Left with system running in heat
Arrived to no cool. Found that 45/5 dual run capacitor and the compressor saver had failed. Replaced both parts under warranty. Performed function check n system running and cooling upon departure.
2022 Amana Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical Customer did not have filter for changing at this time Drain was clear and draining at this time Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Blower plugs have Biological growth build up Evaporator coil was acceptable UV system is functional UV lamp is burned out and needs replacement 2022 Amana Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run capacitor was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Waxed the top of the unit Recommended UV lamp replacement or UV system upgrade

Install 36k upflow heat pump with standard filtration, code kit and duct cleaning. Use customers old thermostat, customer is going to have new supply vents there for us to put up after we do the duct cleaning, if not put the old ones up.
Found capacitor was completely dead Replaced cap and verified system was cooling.
215 ft trench customer is wanting power ran to shed in backyard and only wants two plugs a light inside and a light outside
Emailed estimate to install portable generator interlock outlet and kit. They are shopping around.
Upon techs arrival tech started with the air handler where tech did find that the evaporator and blower wheel are getting dirty tech found all electrical connections to be tight and and no corrosion on them at this time refrigerant levels are perfect at this time system is cooling properly at this time Tech left with thermostat set to 73 in cool mode
For this job, the Customer would like an estimate to run new sewer lines from a new workshop being built to tie in to the existing septic system. Will work this estimate up with Mark and send over to customer Thursday morning 7-17-25
