Upon arrival system outdoor system had a hpc cut off activated Reset and operated system, at first refrigerant levels showed over charge, removed dirty filter and refrigerant levels went back to normal. Also had a fault code of wet switch activation, customers drain was backing up per the looks of it, they Snaked and cleared themselves before I arrived, checked drain with 3 gallons of water and drained acceptable. System is operating efficiently explained to cust they need to change their filter asap System was cooling as I left them home cust agreed
Tech Cody arrive to Mr and Mrs Neal's house. The system was a heat pump and I started at the indoor unit. When conducting my inspection I swapped out the filter and found the blower wheel to be clean with very minimal dust buildup and the indoor coil was clean as well. There was signs of microbial growth but the homeowner had an IAQ system installed. The heat strips we're pulling proper amperage according to manufacturer specifications. I then headed outside and conducted my inspection of the outdoor unit. I started with a washing of the coil, and then let it dry for 15 minutes. The refrigerant readings came back within three degrees of the target subcool. The electrical test came back high for the inrush amp pull for the compressor, the unit did not have a hard start kit installed. The running amp test for the compressor in the fan motor both came back well below manufacturer specifications according to the data tag. Lennox heat pump with air handler installed in 2019. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. PSC blower motor and capacitor are acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Dual run capacitor and primary electrical control are acceptable. Compressor and condenser fan motor are running as they should. Refrigerant levels are in range. Compressor saver and a panel mounted surge protection were installed on this visit.

Upon arrival for service system on and cooling. Primary drain line clogged. Cleared drain line and tested drain. System running at departure. Noted no drain line saftey on system. Recommended installation of saftey. Left system on and cooling.
Upon arrival for tune up system on and cooling. Inspected indoor unit. Blowers and coils have dust buildup. Drain line clear. Inspected outdoor unit. Fan and compressor amp draw within unit specifications but high. Capacitor within tolerance. Refrigerant pressure good. Recommended cleaning of system. Left system on and cooling.
Need to tunnel under home to fix brake under home. It's about 20 ft from outside wall. To break. Could be a little farther then the 20 ft will not know the full price or how much will have to be fix until we get it uncovered Will need to call customer Wednesday 6/7/23 at 7pm to see how we want to proceed
Completed 49 AHC tuneup on 2019 Payne 3 Ton electric heat cool only Electric heating working ok. Heat strip amps ok. Electrical connections ok. No obvious issues. Indoor blower and cap ok. With in manufacture specs. Indoor coil clean with minimal growth or dirtiness. No major blockage. Indoor coil drain pan needs attention. Recommend to customer cleaning and eliminating biological growth in primary drain pan to prevent further issues. Customer will address issue. Drain passed 1 gallon of water with no blockage. Indoor unit working ok. Outdoor unit had an audible sound issue. Further inspection showed the duel run capacitor was no longer working on fan side and out of tolerance on the herm side. I made the customer aware of the issue and the capacitor was replaced. The audible issue was gone after replacement. Comp amps, fan amps, cap, and fan motor with in tolerance. Thermostat wire will need replacing in the future do to wear and tear of outdoor elements. Refrigerant levels ok. 21 d

Upon arriving smell wasn't present after running water for about 5 minutes strong odor came out, I sold a camera run to see what can be found bur nothing concerning was found in main line, I ran camera in vent pipe clean out located in exterior wall, and found that there was a large gap in the vent pipe and pipe was offset, she stated she's had foundation issues before and new cracks appeared in wall which was why she suspected pipe may be broken. After running camera determined vent detached need tunnel to fix customer paid half
