Arrived for STUx2 Filters fine Drains clear Upstairs system already had biological growth in it but functionally is fine Downstairs system completely covered in biological growth Dual run cap is out of tolerance and compressor is exceeding LRA UV systems, replace the capacitor, and add a hard start kit or upgrade the downstairs system to a heat pump for utility savings Homeowner will discuss with spouse then get back to us
