One of the serviced units stopped cooling after the technician left. It turns out that the beaker for the condenser was not plugged in and the walk in attic door was left open

Replaced tub spout in hallway bathroom also pulled toilet to reset in master bathroom. Had to chip out flange and replace flange so I could reset toilet. Tested after repair was made everything working properly.
Customer was contacted via phonecall she decided to move forward replacing the compressor under warranty and adding an AprilAire filter upgrade. Materials are added. Customer gave permission to charge the card on file. The parts will be ordered for installation when they come in.
Tech arrived at a service call. Upon inspection the system was running but not cooling. The capacitor was within specs. The compressor was receiving power and was not compressing. The compressor failed the windings test. The filter was dirty and allows for unfiltered air to enter the system. It is recommended that the filter be upgraded to an April Aire filter. The customer was informed that we will check on warranty information and will call them back.

Customer said as soon as I arrived that the unit we're servicing was not cooling at all. I advised that I would inspect the system to narrow down what could be the cause. After troubleshooting I've determined the 18 yo 2.5 ton r22 system compressor has grounded itself and is tripping the breaker on start. I demonstrated the problem to the customer and advised his options were to replace the compressor or for a little more and a better resolution the entire system. Customer agreed to speak to comfort advisor set for tomorrow 12-3pm. Emailed estimates for repair. Tuneup could not be completed system down.

Found inducer port plugged. Bored out port and cleaned inducer wheel. Operating properly. Had to have office collect payment, would not allow me to input customer information.
01/30/24 - 2 waterheaters in attic space. Only issue was the upstairs toilet fill valve needs to be replaced. Customer stated he willhold off and replace whole toilet when he's ready
