Derek was considerate and professional in explaining his evaluation and options to me.
Zac was knowledgeable, professional and efficient throughout his time at my home.
Zac is the MAN! after being ripped off by a different hvac company, Zac came out, checked EVERYTHING completely. just as we were about to conclude i needed a new compressor....he caught something i don't think anyone else would...the plug from the capacitor to the compressor was partialy UNPLUGGED!! its so tight in there, and no way for an animal to get in.....but yet it got unplugged and a dangerous situation existed. so TY Zac from me, and my entire family for your profesional attitude, and the great job you did! (note to the owners....ya'll better give that man a RAISE, cuz if "I" were in the business, i would snactch him up in a heart beat to work for me!!
Blake was very professional and thorough. We appreciate his efforts in keeping our system functioning properly.
They have always come to my rescue when I had a problem. Of course, most of the time, the problem wasn't discovered until after work. They have always come on the same day and had my system running before they left. The Technicians are always very nice and polite. The call center always makes me feel as if I'm the most important person to call that day!

Made an estimate for 2 new outlets in a kitchen and will make a follow up phone call on Tuesday to find the outcome of their decision
For this evaluation customer stated her system was making a squeaky sound and he's stopped cooling. When I showed up the blower was running so I switched it to cooling and the system was running fine. The capacitors were within tolerance and refrigerant levels were good however the fan motor was overamping and getting really hot. With this customer being P&L I swapped out the fan motor for a new one. After doing so the system was functioning well and The system was blowing out at 62⁰ upon departure.
Tech Cody arrived to customer's home. The system was running but not cooling when I arrived, it is a 26 year old gas system. My guages showed that the system was critically low on refrigerant, I performed a leak search on the outdoor unit, and a partial leak search on the indoor unit, I couldn't get to the back of the coil and I couldn't leak search the part of the lineset that ran underground. I shared my findings with Rick and advised him to talk with a CA about replacing the system. We booked a CA appointment for Tuesday 28th from 12-3.

Arrived for service eval Compressor not coming on Compressor plug is not in all the way Properly inserted plug System running fine Compressor over amping at start up and should have a hard start kit Water safety recommended as well. Either wet switch or drain switch Customer will discuss with his wife and call us back out once they reach a decision
Tech arrived at a tune-up. Upon inspection the capacitor was within specs. The contactor was in working condition. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. There was no observed surge protection. The drain system was clear. There was no observed drain safety. There was growth in the system. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He decided to move forward with a drain treatment strip, drain switch and Copper Membership. He will budget for an #IAQ 200 System/Air Cleaner and a Whole home surge protector in the future. The system was functioning upon departure.
On arrival the system was running and cooling. The indoor unit produced a 14 degree delta. It had a dirty blower and biogrowth and dust in the coil compartment. The drain line had no water safety. I recommended a duct cleaning to treat all the above cleanliness issues and a water safety to prevent water damage. The outdoor units fan polarity wires were reversed and the fan was running in the wrong direction. The fan itself was improperly mounted. The outdoor unit otherwise passed all electrical tests. I recommended a compressor saver kit to extend the life of his compressor and a level two repair to address the fans mounting and wires. Thanks for choosing comfort experts and have a great day!
