Way to go Zac~

Zac is the MAN! after being ripped off by a different hvac company, Zac came out, checked EVERYTHING completely. just as we were about to conclude i needed a new compressor....he caught something i don't think anyone else would...the plug from the capacitor to the compressor was partialy UNPLUGGED!! its so tight in there, and no way for an animal to get in.....but yet it got unplugged and a dangerous situation existed. so TY Zac from me, and my entire family for your profesional attitude, and the great job you did! (note to the owners....ya'll better give that man a RAISE, cuz if "I" were in the business, i would snactch him up in a heart beat to work for me!!

Excellent Service, with a smile!

They have always come to my rescue when I had a problem. Of course, most of the time, the problem wasn't discovered until after work. They have always come on the same day and had my system running before they left. The Technicians are always very nice and polite. The call center always makes me feel as if I'm the most important person to call that day!

Tech arrived at a tune-up. Upon inspection the capacitor was within specs. The contactor was in working condition. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. There was no observed surge protection. The drain system was clear. There was no observed drain safety. There was growth in the system. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He decided to move forward with a drain treatment strip, drain switch and Copper Membership. He will budget for an #IAQ 200 System/Air Cleaner and a Whole home surge protector in the future. The system was functioning upon departure.

On arrival the system was running and cooling. The indoor unit produced a 14 degree delta. It had a dirty blower and biogrowth and dust in the coil compartment. The drain line had no water safety. I recommended a duct cleaning to treat all the above cleanliness issues and a water safety to prevent water damage. The outdoor units fan polarity wires were reversed and the fan was running in the wrong direction. The fan itself was improperly mounted. The outdoor unit otherwise passed all electrical tests. I recommended a compressor saver kit to extend the life of his compressor and a level two repair to address the fans mounting and wires. Thanks for choosing comfort experts and have a great day!

Upon arrival found system off. Turned system off and system ran perfectly. The compressor turned on right away and the pressures were perfect. 42 saturation over 90 saturation with a 20 delta. System is cooling fine and what probably happened was the thermal blanket over the compressor made it thermally overload. Poured water on the compressor for good measure and cleaned condenser coil.

Arrived at location and spoke with home owner. Inspected indoor unit. Upon Inspected of indoor unit a temperature delta of 0 was observed indicating the unit was not cooing. Inspected outdoor unit and found compressor to be faulty. Spoke with home owner about options of compressor or system replacement. Home owner decided to replace compressor under terms of system warranty. Compressor must be ordered and scheduled for installation. Before leaving, I installed two window AC units the home owner had available. One in the kitchen and one in the bedroom, in order to keep the home comfortable until installation can be completed.
