Our technician Michael was outstanding. He was very helpful and thorough in his prognosis and recommendations. He had photos to show us and gave us details about his findings. He stayed on the job until he had all the information he needed. He kept his manager informed every step of the way. Above all he performed his job with integrity and honesty. I will be requesting him for future jobs. Thank you for Michael. He is definitely an asset to the company.

For the super tune-up I inspected the furnace and condensers, for the most part all equipment was measuring within manufacturer's specs and running well. I replaced the compressor capacitor as it was out of tolerance and the fan motor was slightly over amping by .02 amps. Other than that the equipment was running just fine.

On arrival system was off due to out of tolerance capicator. Contactor less board gave a 06 code. Capicator was reading 4 out of 35. Once the capicator was replaced the system ran and cooled as intended.

For this evaluation the customer stated one of the bedrooms seem to have less airflow than the rest. When I measured it was blowing out around 64 degrees, however in the attic I had an 18° Delta. Due to the long stretch of ductwork I believe the CFM is reduced because it is so far away from the unit itself. All the ducts were intact. When I gauged up refrigerant levels looked good and the system was in good working order.

For this evaluation I showed up to the customer's home and they stated the house was not getting to the desired temperature they set. I started at the furnace where I was barely getting a 2 degree Delta. While gauged up at the condenser I was getting a negative degree saturation temperature. I checked RLA and it was pulling 7 amps, however while inspecting the condenser, the compressor was shutting off. My superheat was more than triple what the target was. I spoke to the homeowner about what I found as well as their options and they decided to talk to a CA, however stated they wanted to speak with their home warranty and see how much that would cover if anything.

Upon arrival customer had system turned off During inspection discovered that at the air handler the blower motor was not turning on but the compressor was pumping refrigerant around the system causing the coil to freeze Discovered that the 24 volts inside the air handler to the blower was loose upon tightening at the wire nut and the blower immediately turned on was able to cycle the system a few times to ensure the blower would turn on, checked and verify that system had good refrigerant levels Left with system supplying 57° air

For this super tune-up I inspected both furnaces and condensers, the downstairs blower capacitor was out of tolerance. Additionally the compressor capacitor was out of tolerance and refrigerant levels on both systems appear to be low. The downstairs unit had a below freezing saturation temp, and was pulling higher amps than what I would like to see.

Upon arrival system was off Turned system on and everything turned on properly Refrigerant levels within manufacturer specs and no codes on either unit, verified that system was getting proper airflow and made sure drain line was draining properly Let customer know that system was cooling properly and working and that he possibly had a power surge that killed power for a little and that everything was working properly Let customer know to call us if something happens again and that we would need to send out the head installer Alex D to check out the system
