Knowledgeable on product and services and inspected our ac/heater
Dakota’s was. Dry accurate and was able to rectify the work completed by Jonathan’s annual service agreement! The heater unit was functioning properly prior to Jonathan’s service inspection. The heater was working as designed! The next day the heater was needed because of the drop in the temperature, the fan ran continuously for the entire night and day. A call to the office and an appointment of next up was scheduled! I do not understand why Dakota needed to go out to discuss his actions and his interpretations of the situation; was something said to the that Supervisor that was not accurate?

Today I showed up for a membership super tune-up on a 6 year old heat pump unit for the most part everything checks out everything is functioning as it should I have some concerns about the cleanliness of the ducts some bio growth in the indoor unit defrost control board showing signs of burnout and compressor drawing too many amps upon startup presented my findings to the homeowner left estimates thank you for choosing comfort experts!
On this job i installed a new disconnect. After turning the sytem on i tested everything. Ssytem is now ready for cooling.
For this job, I did a super tune up. Customer has a heat pump. Suggested IAQ for the mold and possibly new filter (April air/electrostatic.) The drain line has a restriction on the primary, I suggested they get it cleared and add a pan strip. At the outdoor unit, it is DC Inverted, As such I didn't check for inrush, etc.... When I went to wash the coil I pulled out the disconnect and half of it remained in the box. I immediately let the customer know that their disconnect had failed and needed to be replaced. Finished cleaning the coil, Left the disconnect unplugged, and turned off power at the electrical panel.
Sold two systems level 1 gas unit for upstairs and one level one gas unit for downstairs.
Completed cooling tune up amp draws good electrical components good Freon levels good temperature split good filters good cleaned condenser spoke with customer about home protection plan left literature for them to read customer did not sign up at this time so whatever
