On arrival system running and cooling producing a 20 degree delta. Indoor units filter was bypassing dust and the machine had no water safetys. Outdoor unit was in good shape but the dual run capicator was well out of tolerance and the compressor was overamping on start up. When I left system was running and cooling.

I was informed to just pookie the supply box and ducts to help prevent air flow leak Recommend doing a IAQ 200, drain switch, re insulate vapor line, and membership Customer okayed poookie, drain switch, insulation and membership Have the office collect the payment
Upon arrival found upstairs compressor internal bypass was open, system was bypassing at low pressure indicating it has failed. Customer purchased compressor under manufacture warranty, will also install two compressor savers when I return.
Install Goodman 48k condenser only with pad, disconnect and whip
For this evaluation the customer stated her system was not cooling and she had a family friend come and look at it and they said she had no refrigerant and had a leak somewhere. When I got there the air handler was running but the condenser was not. When I gauged up the system was completely flat showing 0 PSI. I added a touch of refrigerant and could hear it leaking out from the suction line, as a hole had been rubbed in the line from the adjacent copper distributor line. I explained to the customer what I found and discussed the price of repairs versus replacement and vice versa and she said she would think about it but wants to repair. Customer will call the office once she decides. Ryan will be the Tech to come back out and repair
The service fee is void as this was a problem we made at the installation of the generator I also checked out an issue with her oven but could not recreate the problem so I asked her to call us out at the first sign of issues
Arrived rec works Pulled and cleaned Blower Treated Evap coil Instants IAQ1000 System running in cooling at exit
Ran auger and cleared the lavatory drain located in master bathroom. Tested after repair was made everything draining properly,
Came out for a double cooling tune-up found both dual run capacitors out of range and both compressors over amping on start up as well as the upstairs unit low on refrigerant recommended replacement of both dual run caps installation of two compressor saver kits and a pound of 410A customer paid for the pound of 410A and declined the other recommendations I adjusted the refrigerant levels to normal operation and it is no longer freezing
For the evaluation I showed up to the customer's home and he stated it seems like their unit was having a hard time keeping up. Outside amp draws were fine, however I had a 22° subcool and 8⁰ superheat with a 16⁰ Delta at the Airhandler. The coil was feeding improperly when I took a thermal image, as well as the capacitor was out of tolerance on the condenser. It's hard to the customer about everything I found, as well as insulation would be key in aiding and efficiency.
For this estimate I looked at the ducts and return/supply grilles to give an estimate for a duct cleaning and Anti-Microbial Mist.
Place evaluation I showed up to the customer's home and he stated there was a loud grinding noise coming from the outdoor unit. When I got out there and turn the unit on I did not hear anything obvious besides the fan and compresser running. I waited 15 minutes and never heard any noise from either units. I tightened all the screws on the condensers and amp draws all look normal. I recommend a hard start kit as the customer States the lights in the house flicker while the system is running and turns on.
