Customer chose not to go with any of the recommended repairs today compressor is over amping upon start up and will not be able to handle such strain for very long
Arrived for eval Customer stated that daughter had put the upstairs on heat Ran test and nothing was broken. Everything was working. Recommend membership and compressor saver Customer okayed work System running before I left
Installed one flood light and adjusted as needed record complete
Returning on Saturday the 13th as the second call to install two lights outside both due to old age have been damaged
04/09/24 Tyler s- repaired rubber gasket inside, outdoor frost proof bibb in order to stop leak.
Tech arrived at a tune-up. Upon inspection, the duel run capacitor was within specs. The contactor was in working condition. The Delta was low. The filtration system was broken. The drain was clear and bleach was poured. The blower capacitor was out of tolerance. The indoor coil was rusted and leaking (refer to video). The attic insulation was low. There was a leaking exterior faucet. One of the flood lights were not functioning. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He will monitor the HVAC system through the summer and will call us back if it breaks down. He would like a plumber and electrician to come out and evaluate the corresponding problems. The system was functioning upon departure.
03/12/24 Tyler S- tightened up the kitchen sink from underneath. Charged 15 min
Tested all components all measured within ratings and specs. Refrigerant level is normal. Washed and cleaned condenser. Changed filter.
Arrived for STU #IAQ 4 year old carrier furnace Flame sensor degraded and should be replaced before Blower wheel very dusty and should be cleaned Drains clear Filter fine Biological growth present in the supply plenum Washed condenser coil Running amp draws fine Capacitor is fine Hard start kit recommended due to high starting amp draw Customer wants a follow up in a couple weeks to schedule UV and blower wheel cleaning
