Electrical inspection. System looks great. No issues. Replaced flood light and added grommets to existing outside fixtures.
No active leaks, recommended replacement of the upstairs laboratory. Faucet does need to be replaced Customer supplied estimate sent Pressure test completed
Upon technicians arrival technician was greeted by homeowner. Technician was shown to the thermostat where the thermostat was not coming on. Technician added upstairs to make sure he was getting a 24 V call at the unit. Technician went back to the thermostat to see if the thermostat was getting 24 V technician confirmed thermostat was getting 24 V. Technician tried different thermostat without batteries and it came on immediately. Thermostat unit has failed. Our owner would like to go to Best Buy to buy another thermostat. Thermostat could have internal issues, causing it not to come on home on claim that they have had no power outages in the past month. Homeowners would like the summary to be sent to the email that is listed.
Duct cleaning at a residential home. Upon arrival, removed accumulated dust, debris, and allergens. Ensured the system was thoroughly cleaned, improving air quality and energy efficiency. After completing the task, I inspected the ducts to confirm optimal airflow and provided maintenance tips to the homeowner.

04/09/24 Tyler s- repaired rubber gasket inside, outdoor frost proof bibb in order to stop leak.
Tech arrived at a tune-up. Upon inspection, the duel run capacitor was within specs. The contactor was in working condition. The Delta was low. The filtration system was broken. The drain was clear and bleach was poured. The blower capacitor was out of tolerance. The indoor coil was rusted and leaking (refer to video). The attic insulation was low. There was a leaking exterior faucet. One of the flood lights were not functioning. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He will monitor the HVAC system through the summer and will call us back if it breaks down. He would like a plumber and electrician to come out and evaluate the corresponding problems. The system was functioning upon departure.
