Technician is very pleasant and knowledgeable. However, $1000 cost for brief installation pf 1HP kitchen sink disposal was outrageous!!!
Ryan was very prompt on a July 4th Saturday! We were sleeping and feeding 19 people 4 days in our home for our annual Family Reunion. Two toilets quit flushing and poop water was backing up into the shower! Ryan took care of all problems with a grin and left all bath areas spotlessly clean! You are very fortunate if Comfort sends you Ryan!
A week ago Fire Department ESD 1 responded at night to ADT alert of “Fire in Attic” in my home in Copper Canyon. Thankfully leaking gas in attic had not yet ignited. As previously Mayor of Copper Canyon for 14 years and on the Fire District Board, I knew how valuable and dedicated these firefighters were!!! They responded in a precious very few minutes. Comfort’s Ian Conrad, expert Mark Watkins had just been in the attic 2 hours earlier fixing a lose pipe or the extra leaking gas might have ignited. The comfort team came back the-next day with new rigid pipe to replace the old flexible pipe on all 3 AC flexible pipes that had vibrated off. Comfort had NOT installed the 3 AC units originally. They were atmy home to do other electrical work. Manager Mark Watkins gave me an emergency number to call in the future to reach him quickly. A week later my daughter went into the upstairs attic to retun luggage. She immediately smelled gas. Ian Conrad was miles away and had finished his shift, but he came immediately!!! His bubble gas showed a 17 segment pipe swing loose with each segment leaking gas. Ian spent over an hour tightening each segment and checking other pipes for leaks. Mark Watkins and Ian Conrad will be. Back soon to re-install prior shoddy maintenance work by an unnamed firm. Having used Comfort Experts Mark Watkins and Ian Conrad for years for electrical and plumbing, will add them for AC/Heat maintenance too! These guys are phenominal !?! Former Mayor Sue

Replace main house unit with 60k hz hp with high efficiency filtration, uv system with oxidation and code kit
Pausing call, installed txv and replacement x 13 fan motor. Fan motor will not push correct cfm. Comfort advisor visit set for 10-12 tomorrow.
Came out for an evaluation on an 11-year-old unit the system was freezing due to a restricted TXV unable to guarantee lead time on the TXV so the customer wants to talk to the parts department first before making a decision to replace the TXV or sit down with a comfort advisor
This estimate was for a new build no existing equipment at all he's wanting a complete system install with construction for less than 10
8/6/25 Called and spoke to customer is not a call back needs new disposer. Gave customer eta about an hour in a 1/2 from current job. She said was fine if I came by tomorrow anytime
Replaced delta shower valve cartridge in upstairs bathroom. Also unjammed disposer in kitchen. Tested after repairs were made everything working properly.
Replaced doa condenser. Pulled vacc down to 193 microns and adjusted refrigerant levels to an 8 subcool. System producing 20 degree delta as I left Per Robert- No refrigerant charge Thank you for Choosing Comfort Experts- Have a great Day
7/29/25 On arrival condenser fan motor was running but pulling a large amp draw. Txv metering device was restricted and my leak detector did pick up refrigerant around the back side of coil. Customer opted to replace fan motor and add a compressor saver kit to help compressor start easier. Pausing call, will return once fan motor comes in.
Condenser Board was giving P0 code, Compressor went into thermal, washed the compressor down to cool When compressor started again it gave a loud sound as if it was breaking internally Automatically went into thermal again Diagnosis- Bad compressor Needs new compressor
House was not cooling, charged it up with refrigerant hopefully that was the case. If problem persist, please call back so we can look deeper into the problem Thank you for choosing comfort experts, Have a great day!
For this evaluation the customer's system was throwing an L1, Low Pressure Cutoff fault. When I gauged up and the system was in second stage cooling the system had a 16⁰ superheat and a 10⁰ Subcool indicating the system was appropriately charged. Amp draws on the compressor were within range and the filter and condenser were clean. The furnace was also throwing a fault code saying that the blower motor was operating outside of limits. Ductwork looked good with no kinks, and there was nothing obstructing the evaporater coil. As a precaution I went ahead and leak searched the evaporator coil however I was not getting any hits indicating the coil was leaking. Unfortunately during my testing I was unable to replicate what may have caused the low pressure fault. I updated the furnace as it was due for a software update as well.
Today we showed up for a free plumbing evaluation, we did work back in November of 2024 on the main water line between where the irrigation connects at. Upon arrival the boxes were filled with water, we pumped out the water that was inside the meter box and the meter was not spinning. We open the valve back to the irrigation system and the meter still was not spinning, we had to be homeowner run the irrigation system to find out a sprinkler head is leaking down into the box. He will need to contact irrigation company for that. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Pricing on this estimate is to clear the branch arm on the guest restroom on the first floor. The toilet would not flush without backing up, and when flushed would back up into the shower. Comfort Experts will access the backed up line through the toilet. We will put the sewer machine down the line to break up the stoppage. Once the stoppage has been broken up and flushed out, we will test the fixtures affected to ensure proper functioning and that no further Stoppages occur.
New home runs from attic sub panel to each of the three separate air handlers in attic. Installed new disconnects. Blanked off all existing j boxes. On arrival customer stated they were no longer interested in installing 3 in line disconnects in hallway. Adjusted invoice accordingly. Replaced single pole 30 amp breaker with appropriate 20 amp breaker in main sub panel feeding the majority of second floor loads. Job complete. All units running. Repaired low voltage landscape lighting wire.
