Long wait for relief

I called at 0645 when I knew something was wrong. Told a tech would be here btwn 0800 and 1200. Hoped to avoid the hottest time of the afternoon. Tech showed up at 4pm and was great. Long long time customer and expected quicker service. Disappointed for the first time

Prompt, Experienced & Competent

Mike installed two hose bibs, one of which required cutting into drywall and adapting the new piece into a troublesome prior fixture. He adapted well to the unforeseen issue, solved it and put in both bibs with the care and attention to detail of a dedicated craftsman. I was very impressed and appreciative of the quality of his work and, of course, the final end product was what I had wanted.

Knowledgeable plumber!?!

Mark is researching parts we need to repair instant kitchen sink hot water dispenser installed new this past Spring by another plumbing service. Past plumbing service repairs have not lasted. Comfort electrician Brady did a fantastic job on exterior landscape lights around our pool. Mark appears to be equally as knowledgeable in his plumbing specialty. Sue Tejml

Electrician Brady was incredibly knowledgeable and competent and willing to work with us to solve multiple electrical problems!

Brady stayed many hours into the evening to complete projects and made special trips to Lowe's for unusual parts. He remained patient and kind - until he finally left for a 1.5 hour drive home to his kids in Mineral Wells at 8 p.m. That is service with a capital "S" !?!

Tech arrived at a service call. Upon inspection, the system was functioning. The filter was dirty and replaced. The contactorless board was showing no errors. The condenser coils were dirty and hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The electrical was tightened. The capacitor was within specs. The system was functioning upon departure.

Tech Cody arrived customer's house, I meant Mrs Ready and she directed me inside to the thermostats and then showed me the attic access to the indoor units. She told me about her concern for some hot and cold spots in the home, from my inspection I found that to remedy this all we had to do was adjust the dampers on the supply vents. I started my inspection with the indoor unit for the downstairs, first thing I noticed when I opened up the unit was microbial growth inside, the homeowner did not have a filter for me to replace the old one with, the blower wheel look clean, and there was corrosion on the indoor coil. I then moved over to the indoor unit for the upstairs, again the first thing I noticed when I opened up the unit was microbial growth inside, the blower wheel look clean, the filter was in need of replacement, the evaporator coil was heavily corroded and also had microbial growth in between the fins. I showed Mrs ready the microbial growth inside the units before heading out

I found out why the fountain would trip after a minute of being on and by turning the lights on at the same time, the outside electrical box was filled will water so I vacuumed it up and it works perfect but the box most likely needs to be replaced

Tested all components all measured within ratings and specs. Refrigerant level is normal. Washed and cleaned condenser. Changed filter. (Claim information) Condenser pad is cracked due to a recent storm reducing structural integrity eventually will lead to sag and cause potentially condenser and compressor damage/failure. Recommended air quality repairs. Water heater flush was done today. Emailing estimates to customer.

The filter was dirty and replaced. The ductwork and blower area was dirty. The heating system reached complete ignition. The Delta was within range. The customer was informed of recommendations today. She decided to move forward with installing an AprilAire filter upgrade kit and a drain treatment strip. The treatment strip was installed today and we will order the 16*25*4 AprilAire upgrade kit. The system was functioning upon departure.

After arrival the homeowner explained to me the issues they have been having here with their backflow backflow irrigation valve. I noticed that one of the shut off valves was still open so I shut that before I left because I noticed it was still leaking. It is broken in two places, the first place is the pvc pipe so that will need to be replaced, and the second area is on the actual backflow valve itself, which will be needing to be replaced. The homeowner is going to talk about the estimate with her parents and is looking forward to my call tomorrow. Thank you

After arrival I went to the backyard of my sewer machine and began running my sewer cable through the exerior clean out on the wall. After about an hour, I was able to finally get everything unclogged and what I noticed is that the homeowners sewer pipes underneath the home were frozen. I then ran hot water in the bathtub for about fifteen minutes and then ran my sewer cable one more time just to make sure everything was clear. Thank you.
