A week ago Fire Department ESD 1 responded at night to ADT alert of “Fire in Attic” in my home in Copper Canyon. Thankfully leaking gas in attic had not yet ignited. As previously Mayor of Copper Canyon for 14 years and on the Fire District Board, I knew how valuable and dedicated these firefighters were!!! They responded in a precious very few minutes. Comfort’s Ian Conrad, expert Mark Watkins had just been in the attic 2 hours earlier fixing a lose pipe or the extra leaking gas might have ignited. The comfort team came back the-next day with new rigid pipe to replace the old flexible pipe on all 3 AC flexible pipes that had vibrated off. Comfort had NOT installed the 3 AC units originally. They were atmy home to do other electrical work. Manager Mark Watkins gave me an emergency number to call in the future to reach him quickly. A week later my daughter went into the upstairs attic to retun luggage. She immediately smelled gas. Ian Conrad was miles away and had finished his shift, but he came immediately!!! His bubble gas showed a 17 segment pipe swing loose with each segment leaking gas. Ian spent over an hour tightening each segment and checking other pipes for leaks. Mark Watkins and Ian Conrad will be. Back soon to re-install prior shoddy maintenance work by an unnamed firm. Having used Comfort Experts Mark Watkins and Ian Conrad for years for electrical and plumbing, will add them for AC/Heat maintenance too! These guys are phenominal !?! Former Mayor Sue

System is on and operating efficiently, the supply plenum needs to be replaced so that air can disperse properly. This area of the house was 67 upon arrival and I insured that room reached temp and shut off and came back on properly.
2/18/25 Rec work is partially completed, compressor savers installed, blower wheel cleaning complete, relays fasten down and ready for Halo cells to be replaced. When working on duct repairs on system 3 I had found that there had been air leaks for a while causing condensation build up and biological growth throughout supply plenum, recommend replacement of plenum cst agrees Need to order 20x20x3' supply plenum, also need to order 20x25 flat face grill. Need to return next week when all materials are in.

STU completed on all three systems I have multiple recommendations for systems Sue is not here at the moment need to set up a phone call for me to go over these repairs and recommendations, All systems are operational when going through systems air handler number two had loose low voltage wires tightening secured, also found that none of the duct taps were not secured properly. air handler number one had loose high voltage wires tightened and secure, blow motor has a lot of build up recommend cleaning. System 3 has multiple recommendations. Found exposed high voltage wires from disconnect box, box also will not close and has improper breaker installed on it. Duct work is in need of attention found multiple duct leaks on return and supply ducts. Recommending compressor savers and surge protection throughout. There are Halo air scrubbers installed on all three furnaces, these air scrubbers are wire to be on all the time, air scrubbers should only activate when blower activates. Due t
