The breaker that tripped was connected to a tablets in the garage that were mainly used to charge the golf cart and they're putting the charger on the golf cart and on the plugs and handled the boat is fine so I advise him to keep it high on it and to call us if anything happens

Arrived for evaluation Upon arrival outdoor unit was able to operate - indoor unit blower not operational Emergency heat strips now show consistent failure that was not present at previous evaluations Replaced thermostat under warranty to restore system communication Reccomended heat strip kit Reccomended replacement blower motor for indoor Due to age of system and system build up parts of operation will continue to malfunction - replacement thermostat would not be overall fix Homeowner scheduled to meet comfort advisor today 12/30/24 5PM System cooling and heating functions are operational
Returning tomorrow to complete work Install 2 in ball valve shut off on incoming water line. Had to cut out section of about 8 ft and replace. Insured no leaks and good water pressure water line is acceptable. Found lots of stuff built up inside of water line and is PVC water line buried, recommended water filtration possible water line replacement. Mark W will follow up with cst about water line
On this job I cleaned up the blower wheel and condensor coil on a mini split system

Arrived onsite customer had water showing up near water meter box. Went ahead and dug up area and found a leak at the front of doublecheck valve box. Went ahead and cut out bad section of piping and replaced. Tested after repairs were made no more leaks on system.
Need to return tomorrow after meeting to make underground water line repair.
