Lisa was exceptional. She consistently went above and beyond for me as a customer for over two decades. Lisa's empathetic nature was truly remarkable and genuinely cared about my needs and concerns, and took the time to listen attentively. Her ability to understand my circumstances and offer helpful solutions was invaluable. One of the things that I appreciated most about Lisa was her commitment to valuing me as a customer. She always went the extra mile to ensure that my needs were met and that I was satisfied with her service. That, in and of itself will be the reason I always will work with Comfort Experts for all my home issues. Thank you Lisa!
Tyler did a great job, was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get it repaired.
Would prefer using a better rated equipment such as Ruud, Daikin or Carrier brands such as bryant, Comfortmaker etc.
Zac was good. I am waiting to get report from him on heater. Will be able to share my opinion after that.
Colby was phenomenal. Quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything very thoroughly, restored my cold air, and even left me with some helpful pointers for the future. Greatly appreciated!
Heat tune up on. 2008 Goodman gas furnace with zoning blower capacitor is low 17.2 out of 20 UF. Ignition components showing some carbon build up one of the zoning dampers is disconnected. Supply plenum is held together with lots of tape.

Tune up on 2024 Goodman ac and 2005 Goodman furnace checked all components and system operation recommend new flame sensor and level 1 duct cleaning the ac portion of the system was replaced last year the attic access is inaccessible and the locking caps on the unit take a different key than I have to remove them. Customer has to discuss with his son before making any purchases.
Today I performed a super tune-up on a 4-year-old gas furnace unit checked everything indoor and outdoor running and heat mode and in cool mode changed the filter flushed the drain line with white vinegar safeties check out no reading of carbon monoxide Flames look clean no signs of biological growth at the outdoor unit the capacitor is in range fan motor is just fine however the compressor is over amping upon startup likely culprit of this is the excessive dirty filter as well as outdoor coils thoroughly washed outdoor coils today and changed filter recommended compressor saver kit but the homeowner would like to hold off as we are in the heating season they signed up for the home and budget protection plans so that we can come back out in 6 months to provide them another opportunity to install the compressor saver kit left the unit running in cool mode as I had it nice and toasty while testing the furnace thank you for choosing Comfort Experts
Came to job for electrical tune up and everything was fine except didn't have surge protector so talked about surge protector
For this heating tune-up I inspected the customers upstairs and downstairs furnaces. Both systems are in rough shape and in dire need of replacement. Both blower capacitors are out of tolerance, the inducer motors are also over amping which can lead to those motors failing leaving the customers without heat. Additionally both systems flame sensors are extremely corroded which can also lead to that flame sensor not detecting a flame and shutting down the system. There is no water safety on either primary drain lines and there is quite a bit of rust and the secondary drain pans indicating the primary drain lines have clogged in the past and also dumped water into those pans. Both furnaces heat exchangers were extremely rusted which can compromise the integrity of the heat exchanger leading to CO gases getting into the home. My primary concern is carbon monoxide leaking into the home mixing with the Supply Air, because when I used my CO detector I was getting over 9 PPM, and the longer
