Lisa was exceptional. She consistently went above and beyond for me as a customer for over two decades. Lisa's empathetic nature was truly remarkable and genuinely cared about my needs and concerns, and took the time to listen attentively. Her ability to understand my circumstances and offer helpful solutions was invaluable. One of the things that I appreciated most about Lisa was her commitment to valuing me as a customer. She always went the extra mile to ensure that my needs were met and that I was satisfied with her service. That, in and of itself will be the reason I always will work with Comfort Experts for all my home issues. Thank you Lisa!
Tyler did a great job, was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get it repaired.
Would prefer using a better rated equipment such as Ruud, Daikin or Carrier brands such as bryant, Comfortmaker etc.
Zac was good. I am waiting to get report from him on heater. Will be able to share my opinion after that.
For this job I performed a cooling tune-up on one system (trane) and a evaluation on the second system (Goodman). All areas for the cooling tune-up were within normal spec limits. During the evaluation on the Goodman system, I noted that the system was very low on refrigerant. I did a complimentary leak detection, I was not able to find the leak. I spoke to homeowner about being low on refrigerant and having a leak somewhere, the homeowner said that the system was too new to talk about repair or replacement through us. The homeowner stated they will reach out to the company that installed the system to have the issue resolved. I offered a membership for benefits and discounts, homeowner declined at the moment. No further suggestions were made for any of the systems, thank you for choosing comfort experts have a great day!

Customer wants to talk to an electrician about the outdated panel in the house before making a decision.
For this evaluation the customers system was not running because the thermostat has failed and was reading the internal house temperature was 11⁰F. The thermostat was set to 67⁰ however with how low the thermostat was registering the house temperature it was not sending a call for cooling. Two of the customers condensers were from 2008 and the other one from 2013 and one of the furnaces is from 2000. All the systems are r22 refrigerant and were not cooling efficiently. I told the customer the thermostat would need to be replaced because even after I reset it the temperature continued to drop and my psychrometer was reading that the house temperature was 80° but the thermostat was reading in the 60s and dropping. The customer would like to speak with a comfort advisor about replacing the systems to get a quote. Customer has an uninsuranble Sylvania electrical panel in the garage as well.
