Tyler did a great job, was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get it repaired.
Would prefer using a better rated equipment such as Ruud, Daikin or Carrier brands such as bryant, Comfortmaker etc.
Zac was good. I am waiting to get report from him on heater. Will be able to share my opinion after that.

06/22/24 TS- upon arrival I was meet with a tankless instead of a tank and informed the customer that the promotion is for tank only. I discussed pricing for tankless flush
06/21/24 TS- thermostat was not allowing any volts to pass to the elements. Bottom element resistance was off the charts. I replaced both thermostats and elements. Popped breaker back on and upper element booted up with 240 volts.informed customer it will take about 90 minutes to fully heat up tank
06/17/24 TS- customer wanted a waterheater flushed when I arrived but the unit is 12 years old and the T&P valve wouldn't open ( I didn't feel comfortable pushing it). Instead of flushing the unit due to age, I put in a water alarm in the drain pan and gave the customer options to prepare for, when the waterheater gives out. She declined any repair or replace at this time.
Performed inspection wrote some recommendations. Customer said he will let us know if he wants anything done.

For the super tune-up I inspected the air handler and condenser, all equipment was measuring with the manufacturer specs.
