Best Service We’ve Ever Had

New Install

We had to have a new system put in and they did an outstanding job. They came back on a call in because we were worried it wasn't cooling correctly. They checked everything and explained how the newer high efficiency systems worked. No muss no fuss.

Upon arrival system was off with fan on During inspection turn system on and verify that outdoor unit fan motor was not turning on but compressor is running and this was caused due to the capacitor being below tolerance and not allowing the fan to stay on and compressor is running only due to the fact of the compressor saver Spoke to customer and got a new capacitor installed and talked about a maintenance agreement he said he would need to think it over before committing to a maintenance agreement Left customer sound for system operating properly and cooling

On this job the thermostat was the issue. I installed a new one got the system back online. Ssytem heats and cools in both functions. The tD is 18. Filters are clean.

Tech Cody arrived to customer's home. Inside the coil and blower were both clean, the homeowner did not have new filters for me to install. The heat strips functioned properly and I poured a gallon of water into the drain. Outside the compressor and fan motor were running properly, when I hooked up my guages I found the refrigerant charge to be correct. I washed the coil and finished with a waxing of the unit. Customer joined our home and budget protection club and booked an appointment with CA. PLEASE PUT MEMBERSHIP AUTO PAY ON CARD USED FOR THIS INVOICE. Address that maps takes you too is incorrect, customer in on the corner of Lanark Drive.

Main unit 4 ton 2005 electric. Secondary unit 3 ton 2005 electric. Systems are functional at this time. Due to age and refrigerant availability it is highly recommended to replace. Home was empty upon arrival, grounds keeper wanted a report. Home is listed for sale and selling "as is".

Customer had thermostat on fan on which is reason unit did not turn off. Outdoor did not turn on. Checked wiring and seen everything was fine and turned on system. Outdoor turned on. Seen refrigerant was a little low so went ahead and added some and let customer know unit is cooling again.
