Pricing for all plumbing seems to be high these days…but it is what it is I guess

Mark showed up quick, told me what needed to be done and did it with minimal interruption and quick. The only negative, and it wasn't Mark's fault, was that I had scheduled the service the day before and it never got scheduled. So I sat at home for a day waiting on someone to come and nobody every did.
Mark is a real professional, courteous and was able to answer all our questions. Comfort should be proud to have someone like Mark representing their company as he truly represented what service is about.

A Goodman rectifier is less than $5 bucks on Amazon I paid Hobson over $200. Hobson has done this more than once. Shame on you. Technician was fine

System had a bad disconnect breaker. I changed just the breaker. I washed the condensor because it tripped on high pressure. After all that found the system low on 410a. He wants to talk to home warrenty to make repairs from here.

For this evaluation the customer system was not cooling and when I gauged up the customer had a 1⁰ Subcool. A previous company had come out and added a refrigerant to the system 2 years ago and the customer stated she paid $100 for that however they could not find a leak. I like search the evaporator coil for well over an hour and eventually found the leak at one of the capillary tubes that was rubbing against the coil plate. I showed the customer what I found and she wanted to just add refrigerant because right now she cannot afford to replace the coil and also does not want to replace the system because they are putting the house on the market for sale as is. Customer wanted to get another quote for refrigerant as I quoted her for 2 lb of refrigerant since her system held close to 8lbs.
Showed up for an evaluation primary was draining fine however water was dripping out of the secondary level of the unit was fine tested everything that I could ended up adding a positive flow vent to the primary drain line let the unit run for a full cycle to verify water only flowed out the primary and not the secondary before I glued the secondary back on I never turned the unit off while I was working so the unit is still on and running in cool mode set to whatever temperature the homeowner had it I recalled the service fee as the solution provided by Colby was not the ultimate solution and I did not charge to add the vent to the primary because Kellen previously charged to rebuild this drain line there is no charge to the customer today and we appreciate his patience and loyalty

4/9/25 Pausing call, need second set of hands to adjust furnace Call Ryan to schedule. Returned and adjusted system level and fixed the draining from secondary issue. Dispatch to call and collect payment.
Came to house for fan making noise and looked up fan and almost convenient.It's the motor everything's tight Insecure that I could see without taking the entire fandelier down Talk with customer about getting motor and coming back to do that which we can do. But customer was having trouble find the motor as well to help out with getting the job done bit's an old. Fan and will probably be hard finding parts. But still gonna try
Tune up on 2015 trade gas system checked all components and operation of equipment filter was changed recently gas flex runs through furnace cabinet secondary drain doesn't cover the entire 90% furnace some biological growth on coil case door safety switch is bypassed checked charge capacitor was low customer approved to change part washed condenser

Diagnosed this system pretty quik. I knew it was flat as soon as I gaged up. Also the cap is bad. He will be talking to a comfort advisor this Sunday at 10 am
Arrived onsite customer had a 2” frost proof installed in front of home. Need to return with correct size went ahead and repaired temporarily for now till I can return with correct faucet. Need to return Wednesday of next week to bring correct faucet and install. Customer requested Wednesday.
No heat on 2022 Goodman gas furnace found unit running with fault display F02 removed and cleaned pressure switch tubing and ports ran furnace could not reproduce failure.
