Excellent Service

Mark showed up quick, told me what needed to be done and did it with minimal interruption and quick. The only negative, and it wasn't Mark's fault, was that I had scheduled the service the day before and it never got scheduled. So I sat at home for a day waiting on someone to come and nobody every did.

Great Service- Trusted Provider

I contracted with Hobson Electric to have a full home generator installed early this summer. We have struggled with multiple supply chain/product availability/ Covid related issues, but I have always been impressed with any of their team members that supported us during this timeframe, and that is doubled for members of the Hobson family such as Brian who personally executed the generator installation , electrical hookup, and our connection to wifi.

Tech arrived at a 2 system membership tune-up. Upon inspection, the main system capacitor was out of tolerance. The contactors were in working condition. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The filters were clean. The ductwork and blower area was dirty. The heating systems reached complete ignition. The drains were clear and bleach was poured. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He decided to add a Lifetime Duel Run Capacitor to the main system. This item was installed, tested and functional. The customer was having issues with the main system cooling the area in the past. He recently added insulation about this area and will monitor the situation into the summer. The system was functioning upon departure.

After arrival the homeownertold me , there are a couple of things to wanted me to look at while I was here and luckily I was able to take care of them without having to grab my tool bag. Besides that I came across no other interest throughout the home except for the fact that the water heaters are both eighteen years old. The homeowner said that he wants some time to save up in order to replace them but is not looking to replace them right now since they are both working. Thank you.

On arrival the system was running and heating producing a 20 degree delta. The indoor unit had a clean blower and coil and the drain lines flowed when flushed. The outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. With the customers permission I installed a drain treatment strip and updated their memb3rship to the new home and budget plan. I am pausing the call to allow time to update the membership.
