Pricing for all plumbing seems to be high these days…but it is what it is I guess

Mark showed up quick, told me what needed to be done and did it with minimal interruption and quick. The only negative, and it wasn't Mark's fault, was that I had scheduled the service the day before and it never got scheduled. So I sat at home for a day waiting on someone to come and nobody every did.
Mark is a real professional, courteous and was able to answer all our questions. Comfort should be proud to have someone like Mark representing their company as he truly represented what service is about.

For this job I provided the customer with a complimentary plumbing inspection. All major fixtures are fully operational and in good condition, only blaringly obvious issue was the angle stops. All stops are twist to stop, and need to be converted to 1/4 turn stops. I informed the customer of the issues with the existing stops and provided an estimate to replace all of the stops in the residence.
Today I showed up for an evaluation homeowner Express concerns about his drain lines and opted to have both of them cleared today I blue nitrogen through both drain lines and chased it with a half a gallon of bleach and 3 gallons of hot water ensuring that everything is Flowing free and clear also verified underneath the sinks after doing so there was no leakage and no mess thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Can two customers house to give quote on adding two fans on a patio and having to pipe them in from a plug Talk to customer about it and price was just too high customer got a quote That was a thousand dollars cheaper and we were just to much for that job
Upon arrival system was down High voltage was not running to system Main AC power breaker was off along side with 2 other breakers Power running to system and delta is 20 Filter replaced System cooling and functioning at exit
Returned to pick up hand tool
On arrival all three systems producing 20 degree deltas. Indoor units mostly clean and in good condition. Drain lines flowed when flushed. Outdoor units passed all electrical testing but condensers overamped on start up. Recommended compressor savers to extend life of compressors and drain treatment strips to keep drain lines clean. Systems cooling as I left.
Came to job to add plug under sand did that and customer is happy with everything
5/9/25 Came to job to look at adding plug under sand talk to customer about what would need to happen and gave him a quote.And we'll be back tomorrow to do it later in the day after mine and tyler's rec work

System had a bad disconnect breaker. I changed just the breaker. I washed the condensor because it tripped on high pressure. After all that found the system low on 410a. He wants to talk to home warrenty to make repairs from here.

For this evaluation the customer system was not cooling and when I gauged up the customer had a 1⁰ Subcool. A previous company had come out and added a refrigerant to the system 2 years ago and the customer stated she paid $100 for that however they could not find a leak. I like search the evaporator coil for well over an hour and eventually found the leak at one of the capillary tubes that was rubbing against the coil plate. I showed the customer what I found and she wanted to just add refrigerant because right now she cannot afford to replace the coil and also does not want to replace the system because they are putting the house on the market for sale as is. Customer wanted to get another quote for refrigerant as I quoted her for 2 lb of refrigerant since her system held close to 8lbs.
