Mark showed up quick, told me what needed to be done and did it with minimal interruption and quick. The only negative, and it wasn't Mark's fault, was that I had scheduled the service the day before and it never got scheduled. So I sat at home for a day waiting on someone to come and nobody every did.

A Goodman rectifier is less than $5 bucks on Amazon I paid Hobson over $200. Hobson has done this more than once. Shame on you. Technician was fine

Pulled toilet installed new wax ring, shim and caulked toilet. Insured no leaks. Emergency shut off needed to be replaced. Installed new shut off as well Toilet is back to operating properly with no leaks

Installed new heat exchanger for water heater also installed new pump for loop as well. Might need to swing by when the sun is out and see if we need to change controller for the solar.

12/16/24 TS- both waterheaters are tied into each other. But both have good codes and are running with no issue. Possible problem is the shower cartridge needs to be replaced. Homeowner will do himself.

Replaced 80 gallon solar water heater located in garage. Tested after installation everything working properly.
Upon arrival customer explained to me that they had a slab leak, slab leak has been bypassed temporarily so that one bath has HW. Built estimate to re route HW line through the attic. 11/27/24 Need to return next Wednesday at 10am have to go by the supply house to get pump. The supply house was not open when I finished previous job because of the holiday.

Arrived onsite customer had a recirculation pump making a loud noise needs to be replaced. Wrote estimate to replace pump will need to locate pump and return to install. Estimate to replace current recirculation pump located at the top of the water heater in garage. Estimate includes all labor and material for replacement. Need to schedule for next Wednesday
