Customer has concerns about back bedroom being the most uncomfortable room. During evaluation found that the damper to that room was slightly closed, opened damper and will have customer test it out over the weekend. Will be calling Monday to get updates from customer and possibly talk about up sizing the duct for that bedroom
ELECTRICAL TO HVAC I have set up with dispatch to have a AC tech come out today He's having concerns with the air flow on the left side of the house I found that the fan was just spinning in the wrong direction and we did discuss possibly replacing it as the air flow it puts out wasn't up to they're standards
Arrived onsite spoke to customer about home filtration system. She is just moving into home and price is not in her budget at the moment. Will call us if she needs us.
Upon arrival tech found that the compressor had a high inrush amps draw tech recommends a compressor saver to lower the inrush Tech found that the running amps on the compressor and fan are in range Tech washed and washed the unit The refrigerant readings are up to standards Tech found rush at the bottom of the evaporator coil and suggest antimicrobial pan treatment tohelp with the drains for summer
technician arrived to customers home and introduced himself as well as Asking questions about home. Technician then grabbed tools and started in air handler in home. Technician checked indhcer motor in range, checked filter but customer said they had replaced it earlier so didn't need to be replaced. Technician checked plenums and blower wheel all looking good, took pictures of everything and added a PAN strip to the coil pan which customer had provided. Technician then moved to outside condenser unit and took panels off and washed thoroughly, after waxed it and cleaned it all up. Technician then took refrigerant readings all in range aswell as checking capacitor all in good condition aswell as contactor. Technician then took inrush amps. Technician wrote recommendations and talked to homeowner. Technician also informed homeowner about white vinegar to prevent clogs on the drain line, technician informed which drain to put white vinegar.
Technician arrived to customers home. Technician asked questions about home to homeowner. Technician started in air handler in home. Uv light was present no mold seen by technician. Technician checked blower wheel looks clean and in good shape. Plenums look good aswell as coil no rust. Technician did check filter and was In mid conditions, asked homeowner if they had a filter for technician to change and they said that they don't but they will change it themselves. Technician took pictures of everything and moved to outside condenser unit. Technician took panels off and started washing unit inside out aswell as top of fan and after waxing everything. Technician then hooked gauges up, superheat was 6 and subcool was 8. Temperature split was a 20 degree split. Technician also checked capacitor and was in good condition still I'm range. Technician then looked at contactor and looked in good condition. Technician took more pictures and finished with condenser unit and moved to write down r
Technician arrived to customers home and talked to homeowners Das and asked a couple of questions, after Technician asked where units and thermostat where located and then grabbed tools and started in 1st unit in attic. Technician took electrical readings and checked plenums aswell as checking filter which customer did not have filters to change and Technician told him size of filter so they can order and change. Technician then took pics of everything like coil blower wheel and other. Technician then moved to 2nd air handler in upstairs aswell as taking electrical readings and checking plenums gas line all in good condition, technician did see that filter needed change but again customer did not have filters for Technician to change. Technician then moved to outside condenser and started washing both units, after Technician waxed both condenser units and hooked gauges on both units, refrigerant levels all in range aswell as temperature split all good. Technician took capacitor reading

Technician then put sticker on unit and snapped a couple pictures. Technician wrote recommendations and presented to homeowner.
