Zak provided great service. He was clear on what needed maintenance or future replacement.
Garrett was very professional and able to get my unit back online quickly. Highly recommend this team for any of your home needs.
Performed inspection of heating and cooling system. Contacted comfort advisor because the homeowner wants a price to relocate AHU to closet and new ductwork. Checked volts, amps, temperature splits, refrigerant pressures including superheat and subcool, checked blower wheel and indoor coil both are dirty and need cleaned, dual run capacitor tested low should be replaced.
Float switch continuously tripping. Found no vent cap before trap causing negative pressure preventing water from drain properly. Added cap left system in cool
Completed AC tuneup on a couple year-old Goodman heat pump checked both indoor and outdoor systems changed customer supplied filter checked drain line checked all electrical and make sure all electrical connections are tight. Recommend replacing UV bulb due to age of it checked outdoor unit. Pressures are very good washed outdoor coil off Left system cooling.

I have performed my tune up and amthey are doing great I did end up fixing a short but that seemed to have been caused by the storm
Called Peter and left a message on his voicemail regarding his low price guarantee. I also sent him an email letting him know that Rob will be reaching out to him this afternoon to discuss this matter with him 6/2/2025 1:56 PM
Quoted a level 1 18k gas horizontal with code kit for $8,810
For this evaluation the customer's home was 80° inside and not cooling. The outdoor unit was not running and throwing an l6 code, I could see that the capacitor was bubbled up and was in fact dead. Replace the capacitor and after turning the system back on engaged up where I had a 7⁰ Subcool and a 16⁰ Superheat. I also forward two and a half gallons of water down the drain line with no issues draining.
Quoted a level 2 60k heat pump horizontal for $15,086
Found baddrun capacitor on condenser changed out capacitor unit now working properly free on levels good collect the payment by credit card
Today I showed up for an evaluation of an 18-year-old heat pump unit running on r22 as soon as I started talking to the homeowner he let me know that it was freezing up and he wanted us to figure out if it was low on refrigerant plugged up my gauges and saw a 12° suction saturation temperature well below 32° gave him a rough estimate for how much refrigerant would cost and he opted to sit down with a comfort advisor free of charge to discuss his replacement options comfort advisor scheduled for today 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. bracket
Found unit completely out of r22 Freon evaporator coil leaking spoke with customer about replacing equipment customer wants to be scheduled for Monday for advisor to come out
2010 4t hp closet upflow. Expired manufacturer warranty. System down upon arrival. Ecm blower motor failure. Evaporator coil - oil stains, rust and biological growth present. Courtesy leak detection discovered refrigerant molecules entering into breathable air. Compressor inrush amperage is high. Compressor 70mfd capacitor below manufacturer tolerance. As I diagnosed the blower motor, I noticed other discrepancies. Once fully understood the severity I brought homeowner to the indoor unit issues. I expressed what I found in detail, I explained multiple options and even shared an estimate of just the blower motor replacement. Due to the age, performance and saftey of what I uncovered, the homeowner agreed to a CA appointment 5/29/25 @1-3p to discuss replacement. We also talked about IAQ products and services which include duct cleaning. We spoke about industry changes, parts availability and warranties. Homeowner understands that we very well can replace said blower motor but agrees
Apon arrival tech talked to daughter and was informed this is the first time the ac has been turned on this year. I started with taking pressures and air temp readings and everything was within manufacture spec. Checked all electrical connections on the boards and checked amp draws. I also cleaned out the condenser and washed the coil. Recommen air filter to be changed. Blower wheel and motor are in working condition. Uv light is keeping the pluem free of Growth. Drain line is clear. Left system cooling
On this job i discovered the house plumbing is cloogged up. She wants to call her plumber.
