Blake was excellent! Checked my HVAC system and explained everything thoroughly.
Ryan the service manager and I spoke after a not very good experience, he went out and checked the technicians work and said it was done properly which I wasn't sure about, and told me I would receive a discount off the price I was charged and I was happy about that since they had been out 45 days prior for the same issue. Unfortunately I have yet to receive the credit. I just made my second call so hopefully he will take care of it.
