Air conditioning repair for a residential homeowner. Inspected the A/C unit and found the condenser fan was failing. The condenser fan was replaced to resolve the issue for the customer. The customer was thankful for the service.
They are very interested in a generac and solar so we need a sales rep on Monday the 15th afternoon to talk to them about details. they have natural gas and would also be interested in a battery system for the solar There panel looked great they have gfci's where needed I did answer a couple basic generator question but will leave the rest to the sales rep
Descaled both tankless water heaters located in attic. Flushed lines after descale and made sure hot water was getting to all fixtures.

On arrival system was off. I turned the system on and it had a 2 subcool and a 40 superheat. I found the leak in the condenser coil. I recommended speaking to a comfort advisor about replacement due to the age of the equipment and the cost of repairs. I left the condenser disconnected to prevent further damage to the compressor.

Arrived at eval Customer stated that the system has been coming on and off I ran test and found out that the motor is pulling over the max amps Related information to customer that because it over the max the fan can do that. It will probably go out soon and I recommended changing it out. Customer wants to wait and see how much they can get out of it
Arrived at eval Customer stated that one of the upstairs thermostat was not working with the WiFi. Checked and confirmed and warranty out the nest thermostat and put in a order for a new one Will come back and do job once thermostat is in.
