Attempted fraud, do not use this service provider or it’s technicians or supervisors. I spoke with both after completion of service. System check found capacitor was failed. Then technician said the fan motor was not working. I asked the tech if he is scamming me and he said let me show you. He went over to the Compressor and coil unit and flipped the switch and the fan motor worked fine. He was about to charge me $127 trip fee and $387 for a $30 capacitor and $800 for the compressor fan motor. The fan motor was fine and I didn’t need it to be replaced. The part number on the capacitor is “Titan HD PRCFD455A.” Look it up. My total bill was $506.40; down from about to be $1300.
Tested all components all measured within ratings and specs. Refrigerant level is normal. Washed and cleaned condenser. Changed filter. Recommend surge protection for either unit or home. Replaced uv bulb customer provided.

Upon arrival customer stated that she didn't know if the AC was having any problems she just wanted to check it out and make sure it was working properly Checked out system thoroughly and found no problems and system had an almost 20 degree delta after switching it to cooling Spoke to customer and let them know they need a new filter due to it being heavily caked and customer said we normally order her filters Customer also wanted to go ahead and get a compressor saver installed to lower the inrush amps on the compressor Returned for rec work and got new Aprilaire upgrade kits installed
Tech arrived at a tune-up. Upon inspection, the system was not cooling. The system was out of refrigerant. The outside components could not be tested. The return plenum was open to attic air. There was outdated ductwork present. The supply plenum was leaking air. The indoor coil was rusted. The blower area was very dirty and the blower capacitor was out of tolerance. The customer was informed of recommendations today. Due to condition, age and price of repairs; it is recommended that the customer speak with a Comfort Advisor about upgrading to something more reliable with warranties behind it. The customer agreed and the meeting is set for Tuesday the 16th 6-8pm.
Water on ground Infront of toilet. Dried up water noticed it was yellow in color Flushed toilet many times and never had water show up. Possible urine from pupper dog. Customer is going to watch it over night and call back if it comes water shows up
04/09/24 Tyler s- installed two new customer supplied toilets and then two new emergency valves for the small bar sink in the kitchen. Customer supplied toilets
During inspection verified that system was working properly Spoke to customer about some recommendations for the system and also duct cleaning for both of the systems Customers wanted to move forward with all the items and paid for the pan strips and Aprilaire upgrade kits today and will pay for the duct cleaning on the day they come out to clean the ducts Set appt for duct cleaning April 12th, 2024
03/19/24 Tyler S- customer is looking to have two toilets I stalled and re0lace 2 shutoff valves under the bar sink. I will do all this when she gets the toilets on hand and calls back for scheduling
Ran STU on both units. All heating and cooling components tested within recommended tolerances. Did findnunits to not have surge protection or hard starts. Also found water heater tank was compromised and needing a replacement. Customer will call back regarding water heater. Found no other issues at this time.
02/20/24 Tyler S- customer wanted quote on installing watersoftner and RO System. Customer declined quote and stated it was too high
Tyler L has completed an electrical tune-up I found no issues whatsoever she did not have a search protector though the workmanship was great it was an older Cutler Hammer she was not interested in the search protector but she was having trouble with her outside lights not turning on I found a GFCI and reset it and her lights have turned on now all of the plugs inside of her house or wired correctly gfci's were in the proper locations
Repair blue quest line (no warranty) recommend line replacement due to blue quest being present
01/12/24 Tyler S- snaked out the shower down stairs but couldn't figured out what was going on with the main drain. If the customer is serious about rescheduling, mark W and I will have to come out and assess with a locating camer
