Came to job for electrical inspection and everything looked good in house except for doubled up neutrals and grounds but customer had search protection already installed on panel a few years ago and pool panel looks really good and everything in the house is working as it should be and has GFCI protection where it's required

Came to job for looking at breaker tripping lights in front entrance and front porch and also change out doorbell transformer that's customer provided and put into plugs in a cover into a two gang box that is also customer provided came and gave customer a quote for it all but customer is a home builder and has his own electrician and said he could come out and do it for cheaper

For this job we performed an evaluation. There was a clogged drain line and the compressor was amping over the rated LRA on the data tag. Today we showed up for a clogged hall bath toilet. Upon arrival the homeowner had to plunge the toilet three to four different times. I hrabbed a toilet auger. I flushed a dozen times with and with a toilet paper and it was not backing up. Everything was working well when we left Also the homeowner will be calling in next week to schedule an appointment to get the tub drain and the hall bath redone. I have completed my inspection and found that everything looks great gfci's are present and functional but they do need surge lprotection as it is not present in the main panel but she is currently a little tight on cash and would like to take a rain check
For this job I performed a cooling tune up on all 3 units. None of the units have a soft start or compressor saver installed and are all amping over the LRA rating for their corresponding data tags. I recommended I stalking either hard starts or soft starts to bring down the inrush amps for longevity purposes. Home owner declined.
