On arrival upstairs system was not cooling. I found the drain lines clogged. Once I cleared the drain lines I tested them thoroughly and they were flowing as intended. Both systems cooling as I left. Customer has a 25 by 16 by 4 filter.

On arrival upstairs system was running but not cooling. Found the dual run capicator reading 3.5 out of 40. After replacing it I found that the upstairs compressor was on the line of overamping on start up and the downstairs unit was overamping on start up. After adding compressor saver kits to both systems they were no longer overamping on start up. When I left both systems were running and cooling. On arrival system was off. I turned the system on and began my evaluation at the outdoor unit. I found a subcool of 8 and a superheat of 15 well within the design pressures. Compressor, fan, hard start kit and capicator passed all electrical testing. Moved to indoor unit and found the primary drain line clogged. I cleared it and tested functionality and it drained with no issues. When I left system was running and cooling

This is a 2 ton r22 system with very low system pressure. The home onwer has had many companies come out to give him a price on Evap and condensor replacement. He's already replaced a 5ton complete system. Prices on replacement are not cheap he currently has home warrenty which is capable of making a repair and should honor there agreements. The system could be repaired by identifying the leak and brazing it closed or replacing what is leaking under home onwer warrenty. The home owner has gathered as much information about fixing these issue between us and other companies. He's also made it clear he's not making any repairs thruogh us or anyone due to prices. The system is freezing up and will only cause more issues and this is something he understands as well.

Arrived onsite customer had a main line stoppage of sewer system. Went ahead and blew line out with blow bag to clear the line. Tested after repair was made everything working properly.

Upon arrival customer stated she set up the appointment just for us to return and check refrigerant levels due to the system not fully cooling from last time During inspection discovered that the primary train line had a blockage causing the system to trip the drain switch and kill power to the system Got drain line clear and alerted customer that they would be able to keep the drain line clear by using bleach or white vinegar Left customers house with system supplying 51° air

On arrival system ran and cooled producing a 19 degree delta. Indoor unit had clear drain lines and a clean blower and coil. Outdoor units capicator was out of tolerance and the unit was overamping on start up. I replaced the capicator and added a compressor saver kit. When I left system was running and cooling.
