Wired O to W on accident so system would constantly have the heatstrips running. Rewired Tstat wire and left with system in heat Callback on me
Performed Tune up on system checked all functions of the Airhandler and found no issues performance wise. UV lamp was out and is passed replacement date Checked all functions of the heat pump and found the dual run cap was extremely weak on herm side. Replaced under P&L. Unable to wash the condenser coils at this time due to the home owner shutting off the outside water for winter time. Talked with customer about it and he did not want to turn the water on at this time. Installed UV 200
Heating tune up performed on a five year old Amana heat pump with air handler. Arrived to a failed 50/5 dual run capacitor that was preventing the outdoor unit from turning on. Replaced capacitor under warranty and performed function check. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Filter is dirty and needs to be changed. Customer is aware and will change it when the new filter comes in. Refrigerant levels are in range. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working properly. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage.
Heating tune up perfomed today on a two year old Goodman heat pump. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. X13 blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working as they should.

Found w wire shorted from Tstat to Airhandler and primary electrical unit making very loud buzzing sound. Relocated thermostat and replaced primary electrical unit. Left with unit in heat

Upon arrival system was set to 65 and thermostat was showing 63 and heating. Heatpump was not running and neither were the heatstrips, fan was running constantly. Pulled thermostat off the wall and jumpered the Heatpump, Heatpump ran in heat also jumpered the heatstrips and they ran as should. Nest thermostat has failed customer will replace it themselves NO CALLBACK

11/29/25 During tune up heavy rain started and became unable to perform tune up on outdoor. NEED TO RESCHEDULE FOR NEXT FRIDAY FIRST CALL TO FINISH OUTDOOR UNIT 12/5/25 9AM
Thermostat was in properly programmed. Reprogrammed thermostat and wired system to legacy low voltage. Left with system heating Callback on install

Ambient temperature was acceptable to run the heatpump today. Heatpump is still going out on high head pressure, moved TXV bulb and ran system for ten minutes. TXV is not working properly talked with customer about replacement TXV. Customer stated they will talk with homeowner arlo about the situation and will be in contact with us
