Aaron showed up, on time and prepared. He was professional, competent and personable. He started in the upstairs, made a few adjustments, replaced the air filter and cleaned the drain line. Then he headed outside, cleaned the outdoor unit, did the paperwork, explained everything to me, had me sign off and was on his way. Excellent service. Excellent experience.

Horrible service. Comfort Experts (Hobson AC) sent out a technician, Kellen M. who told me that my capacitor, coils and compressor were going out and that I had multiple Freon leaks that were leaking into our house and could possible kill our family. He then set me up a meeting with a salesman to discuss my options on replacing the entire AC and heating system. Three other technicians came out and could not duplicate his findings. The last technician fixed my AC and it’s been working perfect ever since for $300.

Alex and his helper, Jonathan, arrived, on time and fully prepared to do a tough job in not the best of conditions. They cleaned up after themselves. They at least acted as if they didn’t mind me hovering about asking dumb questions. They were friendly and respectful. Overall, a very positive experience! Oh, and the upstairs portion of my house is now 74 degrees, not 94! Thank you!

Quoted a level 4 24k heat pump horizontal with new supply and return plenum $15,336
Customer states she heard a slapping sound when the outdoor unit started up. Technician could not recreate the sound. Performed function check on the system ball amp draws are within tolerance. Refrigerant levels are in range and all electrical connections are acceptable.

Left estimates for water repipe and drain repipe are minor drain leaks in 4 in cast iron going into ground under house
For this job, I made a follow-up call to the customer about the double clean out estimate we gave her on Friday. Called 3 times, got no response, left voicemail.
Install 30k upflow heat pump, high efficiency filtration, uv system, completed duct system redesign
Customer states there is a musty smell in the kitchen that she believes is coming from the air conditioner. Level 2 duct cleaning performed last year. Technician checked the evaporator coil, the blower, and the drains. System looks very clean. Checked for any air leaks in the ducting. Poured some customer supplied bleach down the drain to ensure it was clear. Being that the smell is isolated to only one or two rooms I want to make sure there isn't a possible plumbing issue. Plumber is scheduled to come out tomorrow to check for any water leaks or a cause of the problem. A germicidal UV system could help with the odor and also help sterilize the air. Estimate has been sent to the customer via email.

Pump down system removed damage coil installed new coil had to modify case to fit coil pulled vacuum into 200 microns released refrigerant and adjusted charge to proper subcooling levels system is cooling filter sizes is a 20x20x1 and a 20x25x1 made sure that there was no air leakage in system and left system operating properly
Concerns about wire under sink. Spoke to customer about romex being protected from physical damage. I don't have any safety concerns with wire. It's old cloth that is black to begin with and some white paint was on wire making it look like it was burnt. Customer stated doorbell has not been charging. Diagnosed and found that transformer went bad. Replaced doorbell transformer. covered under warranty.
On technicians arrival technician found condenser to have loose wires technician brought this to homeowner's attention and shared photo technician tightened wire technician washed and wax system technician headed up to the air handler where technician found everything to be up to technician standards there is some build up in the drain system has two float switches
Was able to open one brick and located leak and repaired pat h concrete
Gave estimates for repair will schedule first call in the AM Please set electrical lead for tomorrow
Heatpump throwing L6 code (open start circuit) dual run cap failed. Replaced and reset system. System started and began cooling. Left with system In cool mode
