Mark is an excellent Service Technician. Very knowledgeable, detailed, experienced and most of all concerned about the customer satisfaction. He really cares about me and the job he is doing. SMALL NOTE OF CONCERN: I am a very loyal customer (You-all are the best!). A member of the Annual Service Contract (monthly fee). My three high end "state of the art" Systems were purchased about 6 months ago (still under warranty). And, am wondering why I paid $79.00 for a service call for low voltage fuse replacement?

Really good advice. He came up with other options that solved some HVAC issues. He came back later on his own time to give my special needs son some rodeo advice.

Upon arrival customer stated the system was not functional. Customer also stated the he changed thermostats due to the previous thermostat not working properly. During evaluation found the low voltage fuse was blown, talked with customer about replacement of the fuse and installing new thermostat. The system is a year old and customer wants to check with the company that installed it before making any repairs. Was unable to complete and tune up due to the system being non functional at this time. Will pause for now till they hear from the install company. Customer will call us back to either do the repairs and tune up or just the tune up Completed tune up today. Checked all components of the Airhandler and found no issues all components are functional and within manufacture range All Heatpump components are functional but found that the compressor is slightly over its manufacture rating for inrush amps. Recommended UV system, compressor saver and HBPPLAN Signed up for HBPPLAN

I have made the estimate and provided a description in said estimate and sent it as an email
I have set up for a plumber and a HVAC tech to come out today the water heater does have power and is sending hot water out but the pressure is super low The AC has power but the thermostat won't work I tried to change the batteries to no avail
Everything looks great my only recommendation is a whole home surge protector that would go on the outside panel with a 20 amp double pole breaker but she wants to hold off at this time
Heat kit replaced and fixed all wiring. Performed function check. Heat kit is functioning properly at time of departure.
