Service representatives came in to replace bulb and found the connection was loose. Thy re-wired and secured the connection, then tested and insured the bulb was working properly.
Ian quickly diagnosed the reported problem as no problem and the suspected oil leak was just water condensation on the black base.

Upon arrival system was not running, found that drain was clogged. After evaluation found that the drain tied into sink drain but the sink pipe had been blocking the Condensate drain and tripping the float switch. Cut sink drain pipe back enough for Condensation would drain properly. Poured a gallon down drain with no issue. System is cooling as should
Upon arrival techs were shown to air handler and condenser. Techs checked for sub cool and sub heat. Techs found contacter with alot of carbon build up. After checking everything outside, techs moved to air handler. Once opened up air handler, techs found biological growth on blower cage. Everything else looked up to techs standards. Tech recommended cleaning on blower cage and contacter.
Upon techs arrival the condenser was now running or coming on customer stated that the condenser would come on and off. When tech opened up the panel the wires where burned and the compressor was grounded ca needs to come out and give price on two units
Upstairs unit 2018 2t. 35/5 dual run capacitor has failed. Replaced and obtained a membership on just the upstairs unit for now. Unit is fully functional.
7/24/24 Straightened out the air handler. Will need to return when the supply grille is in.
Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the homeowner. When I arrived the system was on but shortly turned off and the thermostat went black. I headed to the indoor unit and found a clogged primary drain line the tripped the unit's float switch. This is a call back on Kellen who was here 3 weeks ago. I shared my findings with the homeowner and she wanted me to clear and treat the drain. I cleared the clog and installed a pvc union and an antimicrobial pan treatment bar inside the drain pan to help keep the line clear. System was cooling when I left.
Upon arrival techs where shown to condenser and air handler the unit was not keeping up with the temperature. Tech had found a leak in the bottom of condenser coil. Upon techs arrival we where shown to the condenser and air handler techs hooked up the gages and went to the attic to start our inspections. The heat strips where working properly as well as all the relays. The coil was a piston and our super heat was 17. The contacter was working properly as well as the capacitor. Everything was working properly and met techs standards. Tech recommended a pan treatment strip and surge protector
Upon arrival techs where shown to the air handler and condenser techs hooked up the gages and went inside. Once the techs got the readings from inside, tech moved to the condenser. Once techs got readings on everything, techs washed and waxed condenser. After the techs were done, techs recommended compressor saver because the in rush amps were at 129. Techs also recommended pan treatment strip.
