System quickly assessed & safety assured. Quickly made an efficiency upgrade. Appreciated the fast response on this very cold morning! Mark was very knowledgeable & professional & much appreciated.
Riley provided straight feedback on my system’s condition without trying to exaggerate severity in order to get a sale. He was thorough and appeared to be trustworthy.
My current HVAC system was purchased, installed, and maintained by Comfort Experts AKA Dobson. There has been some minor issues over the years, but to be told I need to replace the whole system right after the warranty expired makes me feel both suspicious and lied to by these people. I will be getting a second opinion. My rating will be low until I get to the truth of the mater!
All I can say is that I will always ASK for ALEX DAWSON from Comfort Experts when I need work done on my units
Very friendly and professional. Listed options for repairs. He is an asset to your company
I would highly recommend Comfort Experts. They came out right away on Christmas Eve when we had lightning strike our house. Mark & Kellen completed repairs quickly. They are very thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. They have been incredibly helpful and I am grateful.

Super tune up performed today on an Amana heat pump with air handler installed in 2020. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Refrigerant levels are in range. Customer has turned off the outdoor water faucets for winter so technician was unable to wash the outdoor unit. Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts.

X-13 blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel is dirty and should be cleaned. Evaporator coil is clean. Compressor is amping high upon start up technician suggests adding a compressor saver to the unit to help the reliability and efficiency of the compressor upon start up. Arrived to no heat. Rheem heat pump with air handler installed in 2020. Found that the system would only run in cool due to a faulty “B” wire that controls the reversing valve. Was able to use a different wire from the air handler to the heat pump. Performed function check. System running in heat upon departure. Condenser fan motor is amping high and is leaking a considerable amount of oil. Technician believes condenser fan motor will fail soon. Customer only wanted to fix the wiring issue at this time. Technician is unable to determine if the system is under a parts warranty at this time. Customer has signed up for the home and budget protection plan.
Installed new pressure assist toilet and completed lavatory faucet install tested for leaks no leaks job complete
Customer states that she heard a scraping or fringing noise coming from the furnace. Checked blower assembly and motor, also checked the inducer motor. Everything is amping within range and all components are clean. Technician could not find anything that would cause the noise. Technician did find that the “W2” wire that controls the second stage heating had been compromised and the unit was only running in first stage. Repaired the “W2” wire and performed function check. System running and heating the home upon departure.
Tech jack in rush, running amps, as well as going under the house to see what was going on, technician cleaned, and washed and waxed unit. Technician went inside to check everything out and found everything was running up to tech standards. Unit is working properly at this time

Removed failed Defrost control board, install new Defrost control board. Started system in heat then forced Defrost and Defrost ran properly, system began to shut on and off like it did the first time. Checked all connections found no issues, tested thermistors and found that the thermistor were out of range. Thermistors need to be ordered.
