Mark is an excellent Service Technician. Very knowledgeable, detailed, experienced and most of all concerned about the customer satisfaction. He really cares about me and the job he is doing. SMALL NOTE OF CONCERN: I am a very loyal customer (You-all are the best!). A member of the Annual Service Contract (monthly fee). My three high end "state of the art" Systems were purchased about 6 months ago (still under warranty). And, am wondering why I paid $79.00 for a service call for low voltage fuse replacement?

Completed STU. Primary drain using premade trap and no trap on secondary. Found biological growth in air handler. Recommend cleaning and installing UV system.

I need Goodman igniter Model : GMS80805CNBB Serial : 1404345751 Arrived to no heat. Failed igniter was preventing the furnace from starting. Replaced igniter with universal igniter n could not get the furnace to fire on the first try. Furnace would fire on the second try every time. Need to order Goodman igniter and return. Requesting for Brian H or Mark W to return with me to further look at the heat exchanger. While system was running it rolled out twice. Found a small spot on heat exchanger and would like to get a second opinion.
Arrived to outdoor unit short cycling. System slightly low on charge and it it is only 60 degrees outside was causing it to short cycle. Customer just wanted to charge the system for now. Charges system with 14oz of r410a. System running upon departure.
Arrived to tripped 60amp breaker on the air handler. Tightened all connections and performed MD function check. Found the breaker to have very little resistance and trip very easily. Replaced 60 amp passthrough breaker and performed function check. system running normally at time of departure.
Heating tune up performed today on a down flow propane furnace with a straight cool condenser. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. X13 blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Inducer motor is pulling proper amperage. All safeties are working properly. Refrigerant levels are in range. Need to order a plastic clip for the furnace door. Customer states that we broke it and it has not been replaced yet.
Upon arrival techs inspected that all wires were tight and had no burnt marks. Heat strips were functional and within manufacture range. Blower Motor is functional and within manufacture range. Blower wheel has rust and heavy dirt build up. Coil has heavy biological growth build up. Techs washed condenser. Capacitor was within manufacture range and contractor was acceptable at this time. Home owners are selling the house and declined all recommendations.
Came to job to look at changing out smoke detectors and ended up also looking at a washing machine that wasn't getting power and it was a trip breaker and also customer was wanting to get a quote on swapping on a light in kitchen so gave quote on that and also swapped out smoke detectors while I was there but customer will call back when she wants to do the light in the kitchen
2013 Goodman Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Heat strips were functional and within manufacture range Drain was clear and draining at this time Changed customer provided filter Blower motor and wheel have dust and dirt build up Evaporator coil has dust and dirt build up 2013 Goodman Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run capacitor was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Defrost board was acceptable Defrost is functional Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Recommended blower and coil cleaning along UV system and compressor saver
Customer states that there is uneven air flow throughout the home. Found that animals have got under the house and shredded most of the ducting and insulation under the home. Customer also states that the breaker is on the electric furnace keeps tripping. Technician found very loose connections at the breaker panel and at the furnace. Tightened all connections. System is 12 years old and had some heavy corrosion on the coil however a leak in as not detected. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Comfort advisor is scheduled to meet with the customer tomorrow morning.
Discussed installing controls to prevent heat pump from operating in heating during weather conditions above 65 degrees ambient. Ordering parts to return next week to install them. Also discussed extending parts and labor warranty 1 or 2 years and covering maintenance plan costs during the same time frame. - Brian H
Arrived to no heat. Found that no voltage was being delivered to the inducer motor due to a bad connection. Replaced connection and performed function check. System running normally at time of departure.
Performed tune-up on upstairs and downstairs systems checked all components and functionalities of the air handlers without no issues with the air handlers all components and functions are within manufacturing range at this time checked all components and functions of heat pumps found no issues all components and functions of the heat pumps are within manufactured range no recommendations at this point UV systems are on and functional compressor savers or functional customer has search protection
Performed Tune and found heavy amounts of biological growth build up in Airhandler, found no other issues with the system at this time Recommended UV 200 or 300
Completed STU. Found failed dual run cap. Replaced under warranty
