Super tune up performed today on a carrier heat pump with air handler installed in 2017. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Reversing valve, defrost control board and emergency heat strips are all working as they should. System operating properly at time of departure.
2017 Lennox Gas Furnace Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer recently changed filters Drain was clear and draining at this time Ignition system is functional All safeties are functional Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable Heat exchanger was acceptable 2017 Lennox Straight Cool Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run cap was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable Dusted all electrical components Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable at this time
11/17/25 Found small leak at discharge flare fitting. NEED TO HAVE INSTALL COME BACK OUT TO FIX THE LEAK AND RECHARGE R32. Room is also a wine room and would like it fixed as soon as possible Alex D 11/18/25 tightened flare connections and recharged system 20 degree delta Left system on in cooling.
Arrived to a no coo due to a clogged drain. Cleared drain and added drain treatment. Ensured that the drain and the sump pump were in proper working order. No secondary drain line has been installed. Need to install secondary drain. Line to ensure drain safety. Condenser fan motor is very loud due to grinding bearings. Checked bearings to find movement from side to side n condenser fan motor needs to be replaced.
Two system tune up performed today. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. All amp draws are within tolerance. Refrigerant levels are in range. No drain switch present on smaller unit. Both compressors and condenser fan motors are acceptable. Outdoor units were washed and waxed. Customer has signed up for the multi system home and budget protection plan. Customer had plans and needed to run. Need to schedule to return tomorrow to install drain switch on the smaller unit.
Job is to reroute drain line jet existing home main line cap off original drain and put some poison in opening will return wed for rec work
Cleared and treated drain. Replaced thermostat wire from wall to condenser Setup plumbing visit for bathroom sink, kitchen sink and plumbing inspection 12/2/25 confirmed by the office
11/14/25 System was out on high pressure upon arrival. Reset system and checked pressures and refrigerant levels were within proper range. Could not run in heat due to weather being too warm at the time. Need to come back when weather is colder to check system in heat mode. Pausing job for now and setting up an appointment for 2 weeks out when the temps are hopefully colder and the system can be properly checked in heat mode. Setup heat check for 11/29/25
11/15/25 I will return on the 18th to install power supply Need 20 amp double pole breaker 12 3 And struts to mount the box too
I have completed 2 estimates for the work asked for which includes the power supply for the new building and a plethora of wiring inside said building
11/13/25 Found leak in suction line at the king valve. Gased up system and will be back to fix leak

Super tune up performed today on a three year old carrier heat pump. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. X13 blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.
Defrost control board Mn LRP16hp24p-1a Sn 1618m04706 Techs found that the unit is getting in properly voltage to the blower motor causing the noise from the system Homeowner was not home at this time to get signatures
Heating tune up performed today on a Carrier heat pump with air handler installed in 2020. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. ECM blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Biological growth is starting to form on the inside of the air handler. Highly suggest adding a germicidal light to kill existing bio growth and prevent it from coming back. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working appropriately. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.
