Today I showed up for a membership heating tune-up for two one year old heat pump units but it turned into an evaluation of one and a tune-up on the other because upon arrival the downstairs unit was a solid block of ice I got it thawed out while I was running the tune-up on the upstairs unit and put it back into heat mode and let it run Cycles everything was functioning as it should turns out we need to install a heat pump gutter at the roof line directly above the downstairs unit this unit also needs to replace the value germicidal light bulb as it has been over a year now as far as the upstairs unit the run capacitor was almost out of range and the start capacitor was no longer doing its job this unit also needs the value germicidal light bulb replaced there was some discrepancies regarding the coverage of their membership and warranty however we got everything straight and clear they are now signed up for the new home budget and protection plan with a five-star lifetime labor warra

I was here because there is water spot above the kitchen so I went up and poured two gallons of water down the drain line and could not find a leak in his drain or find any damage that could have caused the water spot customer stated it probably showed up about a month ago and so customer wanted a plumber to come out and check where it’s coming from.
