Michael was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable about the systems.

We're blushing! Thank you for the wonderful 5-star review of our plumber, Michael! We're so glad they were able to resolve your plumbing issue quickly. We strive to provide top-notch plumbing services, and your feedback confirms we're on the right track. We appreciate your business!
Mike was pushy and would not leave until I made an appointment I do not intend to keep. Blamed my cat for getting out of the house when the cat has only gone out the door when it has been left open, not while we were walking out. Left the used filter out in my hallway for me to dispose of.
Technician was very nice, helpful and very knowledgeable. The UVC system price is a little high.
he did a great job and if I could give him 10 and I gave him to him for the job have a good day
Daniel was very helpful in getting the AC system on line in our new house,
Jerred came out and saved the day for us on a Sunday and he was very thorough in explaining everything that needed to be done and how we could keep our problem from happening again.
Tyler was super helpful and solution oriented. I would love to work with Tyler again!
For the super tune-up we inspected the customer's air handler and condenser, all equipment was measuring with the manufacturer specs and running well. We recommended to the customer installing a hard start kit as the compressor is starting to pull higher amps on startup. Additionally the customer currently has a germicidal UV system and with an upgraded UV system and iaq200 it will serve as a whole home air sanitizer and purify the air as it bypasses the UV light. Customer may call us back out to install components later.
Performed evaluation System delta 9 Failed TXV refrigerant metering device Holding for parts Part to be ordered - OEM TXV (P&L WARRANTY) Installed IAQ300 UV/Oxidation Goodleap documents signed and submitted w/service titan form System left on at exit - Fan run on to cycle air
Finished panel change all good
I have made and sent an estimate regarding replacing 4 ceiling fans and one light fixture
For this cooling tune-up we inspected the customer's furnace and condensers for the upstairs and downstairs. Both systems were functioning well and measuring within manufacturer specs. We did recommend clearing and treating the condensation drain lines as both of them were starting to have clogs develop, customer allowed us to do so and we also installed water treatment strips. The customers should be ready and prepared for summer.
We came out to do some new duct runs cut in a return and do a duct cleaning
Today we showed up for a complimentary Plumbing evaluation homeowner expressed his concerns about the drains in the master bathroom presented estimates and discussed options homeowner opted to unclog both of the Jack and Jill sinks in the master bathroom we did run into an issue with a corroded packing nut for the pop-up assembly on the left side we cleaned this up a bit and added some Teflon to stop the leak but the homeowner is completely aware that the entire assembly needs to be replaced at some point thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Returned and installed condensate pump and flex line through attic. Condensate pump functioning as intended.
Copper drain line eaten through, need to add condensate pump and run tubing through attic. Please schedule return visit as soon as pump is available. System will cool in mean time as I placed the wet switch at unit level.
On arrival system running and cooling. Unable to access indoor unit. Outdoor unit cleaned and running as intended. Compressor slightly overamping on start up so I recommended a compressor saver kit to help compressor start easier and last longer.

Blew out drain line to remove clog, reglued and redesigned drain line. No other issues with system at this time.
For this super tune-up I inspected the customers upstairs and downstairs air handler and condensers. The downstairs system is from 1990 and covered in biological growth on the blower wheel and throughout the plenum and ductwork. The secondary drain pan is rusted as well which could lead to twarer leaking into the ceiling if the water backs up into the system. I only had a 7⁰ difference from return to supply because there is a leak in the evaporator coil. With the system being 35 years old my ultimate suggestion would be complete system replacement as any repairs would just be bandaiding the problem. I spoke to the customers about what I found and they would like to speak to a CA Monday between 3-5 about replacement.
Arrived at home to look at electrical and panel. Looked rough and needed to be updated, so have Panel being scheduled for the 21st to be changed and need Disconnect reconnect scheduled for the 21st on Monday it's a 125 amp panel change. And need the disconnect reconnect for 8 am and 3 pm or 4pm But simply doing a panel Chand needing a Disconnect and then reconnect at the end. Thank you.
