Zak did an excellent job getting my air conditioning back up and running. I have been a longtime customer of Comfort Experts. I called them that morning and by that evening my air conditioning was working again.
Truly excellent. Garrett Young and his partner Edwin were professional and knowledgeable- and completely honest about everything!!
Michael was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable about the systems.
Response from Comfort Experts Inc.:
We're blushing! Thank you for the wonderful 5-star review of our plumber, Michael! We're so glad they were able to resolve your plumbing issue quickly. We strive to provide top-notch plumbing services, and your feedback confirms we're on the right track. We appreciate your business!
Mike was pushy and would not leave until I made an appointment I do not intend to keep. Blamed my cat for getting out of the house when the cat has only gone out the door when it has been left open, not while we were walking out. Left the used filter out in my hallway for me to dispose of.
Technician was very nice, helpful and very knowledgeable. The UVC system price is a little high.
he did a great job and if I could give him 10 and I gave him to him for the job have a good day
Daniel was very helpful in getting the AC system on line in our new house,
Jerred came out and saved the day for us on a Sunday and he was very thorough in explaining everything that needed to be done and how we could keep our problem from happening again.
For this job I performed a cooling tune-up. Only significant abnormality noted was that the compressor is over amping the rated data tag lra. I suggested installing a compressor saver kit or a soft start kit. Homeowner declined either one of the suggestions being installed at the moment. No further suggestions were made I left the system on 74 cool as found upon entry. Thank you for choosing for experts, have a great day!
Came to house for free electrical inspection panel was in closet but had enough space and room to be fine house had GFCI protection but talk to them about the MC outback in the light that is not working and is hanging off so gave him a quote to fix that and also they said that that might be the offices stuff so they are going to reach out and see
7/2/25 Will need to return with safety equipment to be able to install on this customers roof due to the weather forecast of rain for the next four days it may be next Tuesday before we can get back out weather depending
Added supply and return ducts to each system to control humidity in the attic. Both systems cooling at exit
For this evaluation, The inside unit was Running so I immediately went to the outdoor unit, Upon inspecting, I noticed that the capacitor was out of tolerance Replace it with a new one and the compressor started working Connect to my gauges, Noticed That the low side was too low Change the filter, Went outside again, It was not going up in pressures Next step was to Leak detect, Found a leak in the evaporator coil Customer would like 2 solar attic fans installed Where the inside unit is located We will need to order a new evaporator coil, Also I will need a helper, Coordinate with Ryan To see who can help me Replenish with refrigerant until next visit to Replace evap coil
Light, fan, shower can, closet light not working in bathroom. Was able to narrow it down to wire that was compromised between two switch boxes. Opted to refeed circuit with nearby bath outlet. Everything working great.
6/30/25 Need to return with Brian H to further diagnose transfer switch issue. Set appointment for Wednesday or Thursday first call.
6/28/25 For this job I performed a courtesy inspection of the customers valve handles on the shower. The customer owns a condo in a building, that requires notification to shut the water off to the building. Customer is contacting management to get the approval for shut down. The customer will reach out to us to schedule.
6/26/25 Installed tankless water heater system in hall closet area tested after installation everything working properly. Also installed new flow tech water treatment system. Tested all through home everything working properly. Installed peninsula outlet fed off existing kitchen circuit. Install GFCI protected quad outlet to service 4 plugs on instant hot water heater. Job complete. All outlets tested and in operation.
Airflow is balanced throughout house. I suspect the nest thermostats are behaving weirdly or doing some efficiency thing One supply duct has a return vent and a return duct has a supply vent. They are not the same size Installed IAQ200 and sealed a duct in a couple places to prevent air leakage and biological growth forming from previous water issues Quoted two methods to handle the humidity of the newly spray foamed attic as the systems are already sweating and dripping water in the attic Homeowner will get back to us with his decision
On arrival mini split was running. Diagnosed system as very low on refridgerant. Gave estimate for weighing in new charge. Cust declined.
For this job I performed a cooling tune-up. No significant abnormalities were noted during maintenance aside from over amperage at startup. I recommended a compressor saver kit to bring down the initial amp draw. Homeowner opted to have estimate sent may have it installed at a later date. I recommended a membership for discounts and benefits. The homeowner stated they used to have a membership but retired and had to cut off a lot of expenses, they are not interested at the moment. Thank you for choosing comfort experts, have a great day!
Customer is having serious airflow imbalance, Living room vents are blowing too much cold air The grandchildren's bedrooms get hot at night. Even though system is working properly Customer. Had air flow issues at previous home and when a air flow specialist came out to his previous home and airflow issue was resolved. Ducts have been recently cleaned, Air handler was cleaned as well The main issue is that in the living room, the vents that feed it, Mainly the ones in the wall Are blowing out air too hard It is very likely that the ducts Are seriously mismatched and or restricted Customer would like for Zak to come out on Thursday June 26th scheduled for 10 am first call
Estimate to replace 50 gallon gas water heater located in hall closet. Estimate includes all labor and material for installation and flood protection as well. Need to schedule installation for Tuesday of next week All day job will need helper.
