Brock provided excellent service. I really liked the service video which provided the a visual picture of the actual condition of my units. The before and after view of service done is great. He also explained the condition of my units and what is needed to provide more protection.

Service tech was on point

Mike came in and got right to work; both my wife and I were at home working and he just made it happen. We had been without AC for some time (waiting on a part) and so we were stressed, and I was super-happy that I didn't have to stop what I was doing to sign 100 pieces of paper before he went to work. He worked diligently, updated me when asked, and most importantly when he left my AC worked, I knew why, and the area was cleaner than when he got here.

Customer has to call city to mark her meter so I can turn the water off. Cannot find the meter to home. She will call us back out once the city marks the meter so we can shut of the water and work on the shower valve.

During inspection discovered that suction line has zero pressure and liquid line was sitting around 500 psi and this was due to a major restriction coming from the TXV Spoke to customer about the route of getting this problem fixed or the route of putting in a more reliable system with warranties and customers wanted to hold off for now on any decisions and give us a call once they decided which route they wanna take System had a 3.5 ton TXV

Tech arrived at a tune-up. Upon inspection, the capacitor was out of tolerance. The contactor was in working condition. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The filter was dirty and replaced. The blower area and ductwork was dirty. The drain line was draining slowly and had visible buildup. The attic insulation was low. The ductwork is outdated and is know to have durability and efficiency problems. The customer was informed of recommendations today. The customer decided to move forward with an AprilAire filter upgrade and treatment strip. These items were installed and functional today. She also decided to add a membership to thake advange of the services and discounts. The system was functioning upon departure.

Tech arrived at a service call. Upon inspection the system was not blowing cold air. The system was out of refrigerant. The customer asked about adding refrigerant but was advised against it. The customer will look into gathering some finances and will call us back about replacement. The system was left in the Off position upon departure.

Tech arrived at a 2 system membership tune-up. Upon inspection, the capacitors were within specs. The contactors were in working condition. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The filters were replaced. The drains were clear. The blower areas were dirty. The Deltas and refrigerant were within range. The customer was informed of recommendations today. She decided to move forward with adding treatment strips to help keep the drain system clean and install a compressor saver on the downstairs system. The items were installed and functional. She will revisit the surge protection on the electrical visit. The systems were functioning upon departure.

Both ystem are in tolerance. I've cleaned both condensor and changed both filters. I added the iaq200 to improve air quality on 1 system today. Td is 20 on both.
