On arrival found system running and cooling. I evaluated the indoor unit and found blower motor working properly blower wheel was clean as well as the housing. I changed out the air filter for the customer. I noticed the UV bolt was bad and recommended it to the customer customer agreed for the replacement. Tested the furnace and found clean combustion. When inducer fan came on trash was present inside inducer fan housing. Pulled housing and vacuumed out dead wasp s. Cleaned out indoor unit closet. I evaluated the outdoor unit and found coils to be relatively clean. Contact her and capacitor look good no carbon was built up on contacts and capacitor was reading inside manufacturer specs. Refrigerant levels look good and were within target range. Outdoor fan motor blades were rubbing up against the wire sleeve only when it turned off or turned on. Zip tied wiring sleeve up towards the guard so that it wouldn't sag and touch the fan blades. Wash the outdoor unit. Less system running and
