Brazed leak and pressure tested. Pulled vacuum on system and recharged. After repair on system started and compressor windings are shot. NEED COMPRESSOR AND REVERSING VALVE ALONG WITH TXV TO BE ORDERED. 9/8/25 Customer had to leave. Customer wants to reschedule for Wednesday afternoon. Cooling tune up performed today on a Ducane heat pump with air handler installed in 2024. ll electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Technician noticed that the bottom of the air handler was still wet after changing the coil on Monday. Adjusted the blower speed to hopefully prevent dripping from the evaporator coil. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.
2015 Trane Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer recently changed filters Drain was clear and draining at this time Drain has no drain safety Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable Supply plenum has heavy biological growth build up 2015 Trane Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual Run Capacitor is weak Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Waxed the top of the unit Recommended UV system for the biological growth build up in the supply plenum, drain safety as the system has none at this time, compressor saver and dual run cap due to the cap being out of manufacture tolerance.
Cooling tune up performed today on a Trane heat pump with air handler installed in 2022. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. ECM blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Customer has signed up for the military appreciation membership today.
Cooling tune up performed today on a two year old Trane straight cool with a Rheem air handler. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Blower wheel has some slight build up starting to form and should be cleaned. Evaporator coil is clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Customer would like receipt and membership info sent to his physical mailing address. Sending info in email provided but customer says he doesn't do email.

2022 Intertherm Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer recently changed filters Drain is draining but only when system shuts down due to no trap Blower motor and wheel have slight dust and dirt build up Evaporator coil has heavy dust and dirt build up 2022 Miller Straight Cool Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual Run cap was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Waxed the top of the unit Recommended adding PTrap for drain to drain properly, blower and coil cleaning, UV system, compressor saver, and gave price to install customer provided Tstat Customer will call to have coil and blower cleaned
Customer was concerned that repairs we made in March have failed. I tested toilet and tub drain for proper function and checked under home to make sure all repairs were secure. All repairs are sound and ground is bone dry under home. Everything is working as it should at this time.
Came out for water heater estimate. Gave option for replace. Water heater is not actively leaking at this time. Home warranty will not replace unless it is leaking. Customer wants to talk with spouse first. Explained that we could install new heater today
Upon arrival tech found that the system was out due to cap Tech installed a new cap. Tech did a tune up on the system tech found everything to be running properly and up to techs standards. Tech check refrigerant levels as well as delta splits system is working properly
Tech started on the condensers where technician washed and waxed units as well as vacuum them out technician then started up each system one at a time technician started with the Amana technician found a loose wire on the high voltage side technician fixed wire and everything is running perfectly at this time refrigerant levels are up to standards Delta's look good running amps look good at this time technician move to carrier which is original to the house technician found good refrigeration readings as well as a good Delta on the system everything is working fine and proper at this time as per manufacturers readings
Arrived onsite customer had a disposer leaking needed to be replaced. Installed customer supplied disposer also installed toilet seat for customer that she had in her master bathroom.
Completed AC tuneup on a year and a half old system washed out the outdoor coil changed indoor filter. Everything is working with manufacture specs the only recommendations I see RAUV light, a compressor saver and a surge protector.
Installed customer supplied breaker. I believe the burn up breaker was causing issues inside. Replaced breaker with customer supplied breaker. And cleaned off existing breaker from bus. Tested all connections and feel comfortable that fixed the issue. The tenant was not home and the landlords brother met me on site. Spoke to homeowner on the phone and said that if the problem persists the tenants will need to be home and we will have to drive in further.
