S t u completed while performing STU on system I found water near TMP drain for water heater asked customer if I could perform a quick inspection on the water heater and I had found some corrosion on the exterior of the tank after further questioning customer explain to me that they go through water heaters every 4 to 5 years which is too often. Customer is not ready or prepared to replace this water heater so we decided to try to extend the lifespan as much as possible therefore we are going to install a electric anode rod, flush tanked water heater in the process, and bring electrical up to code. Need to return on the 27th to complete recwork, I will gather materials.
Upon arrival tech found that the duct system was clean a duct cleaning wasn't necessary, tech found that the UV light was working properly
Upon arrival tech found that the water heater needed to be replaced. Technician also noticed that there was no drain protection on unit the unit does have biological growth. Technician also found that the English amps is really high technician suggests a compressor saver to lower it technician also found the contactor is pitted and needs to be replaced homeowner discuss the new thermostat homeowner will pay Monday before anything get started Tech installed new water heater, IAQ 200, wet switch, thermostat,new contactor and compressor saver
Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Washed customers washable filters Heatstrips were functional and within manufacture range Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Blower Auxiliary motor starter is weak 7.5 reading 6.4 Blower wired have biological growth build up Evaporator coil has slight build up of dust and hair Straight electric Condenser Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run capacitor was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coil was acceptable Washed Condenser coil from inside out Cleared debris out of unit Recommended replacement auxiliary motor starter for Blower, uv system for biological growth, coil cleaning and compressor saver. Customer wanted estimate on relocating tstat gave estimate for that as well
Came out for plugs on patio not working and was a bad plug stopping from the rest of the outdoor plugs from working
Furnace did not come on do to reversed polarity on high voltage. Switched it and verified that furnace turned on.

Electrical to plumbing Grinder pump not functioning correctly and is backing up the house sometimes
Upon arrival we found that the grinder pump is stuck, cst was able to get into contact with supplier and is sending someone out to inspect
Replaced outdoor control board. Performed function check. System ran in cooling and in heating. System set to 72 degrees on heat. System operating normally at time of departure.
Need to order outdoor board for Amana Model : ASZC704810AB Serial : 2409070544 System is not communicating in heating only. System functions in cooling and heat strips will run if power to the outdoor unit is off. Was able to test the system in heating and cooling with the cool cloud app but will not communicate in heating from the thermostat. While testing in heat found the system to be shutting down on high pressure. Recovered 12oz of refrigerant and seemed to fix the issue. Will need to further evaluate once the board is replaced. Holding for parts. System is only operating with heat strips. Heat pump and cooling are down
