Great service today from Tyler Scholes. He inspected my plumbing system and pointed out a couple of items that needed to be addressed. He made the repairs/updates quickly and explained and documented everything that was done. Left everything clean and tidy.
The technician was prompt and knowledgable. When done he fully debriefed us on what he had found, and what options we might take advantage of.
Shady salesmanship trying to off load cheap products at accelerated prices. I will not continue to do business with you going forward
Been with company for several years, never disappointed always been great. Mark was terrific, very knowledgeable and respectful.
We talked about installing a new circuit for a fridge in the garage as well as new gfci's for the kitchen but they are not interested at this point in time
Arrived for service Eval System requires a hard start kit Homeowner declined and will do the work himself
For this evaluation the customer stated the condenser was not turning on. Upon opening it up and inspecting it the capacitor was in tolerance however the board was throwing a "04 Locked Rotor" fault. This is caused by the hard start that was installed going bad. Once we removed the hard start the system came on and started working as normal.
Upon arrival Customer stated system was not keeping up whatsoever Checked Refrigerant levels and levels were low. Leak tested coil and found leak Set up CA appointment today 6-8 Rob g confirmed
After a little looking found a loose connection in the attic due to a broken switch that has now been replaced
2013 Carrier gas furnace attic horizontal 4 ton. Cleaned growth off condesate line with antibacterialspray, took system apart and checked for growth using my bore scope camera - no growth found on the inside airhandler or blower wheel. Homeowner is moving out and an inspector noticed slight growth on the condesate drain lines (located outsude of the airhandler). This is due to high humidity and heat in the attic mixed with cool condesate water flow. Homeowner is aware of the age of system, Carrier 5 year manufacturer warranty is expired. Homeowner is trying to encourage new buyers to use our services.
Arrived at eval Outside system wasn’t coming on Ran test and the cap was out. Reading 0 on both fan and compressor Replaced cap and installed compressor saver. Made member
On arrival outdoor unit was off and not receiving a code. Once the system was reset everything turned on. I found the air handler and blower door leaking air due to being broken. I taped them back on as best I could. I checked refridgerant on the machine and found a subcool of 17 and a superheat of 60 indicating a failed exv. The low side saturation temp started at 30 and moved to 15 within 10 min meaning the coil is below freezing. Between the exv and the condition of the air handler I recommended speaking to a comfort advisor about replacement before the refridgerant change in the new year. Visit is set for 12-3.
06/03/24 TS- cleared upstairs shower drain. Had a slow drain. Ran shower for 15 min afterwards and no sign of issues.
Performed super tune up Furnace components are in tolerance Condensor components tightened and are in tolerance Delta is 18 System is functioning good and clean - no recommendations System left on cool at exit
05/24/24 TS- waterheater in the garage is quite old and could go soon. Quoted for new waterheater. Attic waterheater is a newer model but due to the AC drip drain backing up into the waterheater pan. It has deteriorated significantly on the bottom. Due to its location cost will be high on replacement
