This is the second time Derek has been to my home representing Comfort Experts. Each time he's been courteous, efficient and professional. He did his job checking out my heating unit cleaning my outside a/c unit and patiently answered all of my questions. I completed a level 1 duct cleaning here cleaned out all the vents and ducts
Was here to replace a motor so I took out the temporary motor put in the new X 13 motor system now heating and reinstalled our great value light up light the bulb is a lsk-24v-14 he would like us to come out Wednesday to do a duct cleaning
Arrived at customers house for heat tune up All components working to manufacture spec Recommended duct clean lvl 1 for dust build up Recommended anti microbial mist and pan strip for biogrowth Recommended membership conversion All declined as of this time
System was hitting high pressure check the refrigerant, when in cooling was within the range. blower motor was working intermittently causing system not to heat so I put in a temp motor till we can get the new one in. Will need to come back as soon as possible
I was here for a super tune up the system has good delta .Filter was just changed and I poured white vinegar down the drain lines.blower was dirty and some biological growth was growing in the system heatstrips were in tolerance. Capacitor was in tolerance ,and all amperage were in range. refrigerant was within range and the condenser was cleaned

Came out for an evaluation found a blown fuse in the indoor unit due to a fried UV system remove the UV system and replaced the fuse everything is running as it should
07/08/24 TS- waterheater was not working when I arrived. And did a quick dionostic on the waterheater to see the issue. Because of the age and issue with flame valve, I suggest replacing the unit. Customer agreed upon replacing unit tomorrow once the purchase a new customer supplied waterheater.. Schedule tomorrow 07/08/24 Tuesday for installing new unit

Tech arrived at rec work. The AprilAire filter upgrade kit and filter was installed today. The IAQ 200 UVC System and Air Cleaner was installed, tested and functional. A treatment strip was added to help keep the drain system clean. The system was functioning upon departure.
Tech arrived at a warranty tuneup. Upon inspection, the capacitor was within specs. The contactor was in working condition. The Delta was within range. The filter was dirty and allowed unfiltered air to enter the system. The blower area and ductwork was dirty. The drain was clear and bleach was poured. The customer was informed of recommendations today. She decided to move forward with adding an UVC System and Air Cleaner and an AprilAire filter upgrade kit to the system. The customer would like for this to be performed next week, any day except for Wednesday. The system was functioning upon departure.
03/15/24 Tyler S- waterheater bottom has blown out and gas smell is from the tank not being fully closed. Shows s8gns of rot around flame casing. New waterheater would need a new shut off valve, expansion tank, and gas drip line 50gal natural gas waterheater
2013 5 ton American Standard 410a HP. Drain line clear. Filter replaced. Blower wheel/ motor inspected. Evaporator coil inspected. Amps and volts inspected. Electrical tightned. UV bulb replaced. Condenser fan 10mfd capacitor replaced. Refrigerant levels acceptable. System is in healthy condition.
On this job I inspected the heating side of of the system. The heat pump and back up heat strips are within tolerance. The filter is clean as well. I would recommend ducts to be cleaned
