03/25/24 Tyler S- upon arrival, I checked the waterheater breaker and it was on. Afterwards I checked the voltage coming into the waterheater and all seemed normal. The hot water line going out was hot to the touch. Went inside and checked kitchen faucet and it pulled hot water immediately. Everything seems fine, no issues atm. Customer stated they never touched the breaker or tampered with anything.

2014 carrier 4 ton HP. 2014 carrier 2 ton HP. No manufacturer warranty as of Jan/Feb 2024. Leaks detected in both evaporator coils. Main coil is airflow restricting due to heavy biological growth. Both fan motors have heavy biological growth buildup. Both compressors inrush amp draw exceeded manufacturer data tag. Units have had capacitors replaced by homeowner in the past and main unit has a history of recharging losses refrigerant. I explained and gave video/photo evidence of all of my findings. Educated the homeowner on the systems performance. Homeowner claims they may only be in the home for another year and has 10 acres in Boyd so he doesn't want to invest so much. I mentioned apthe tax rebates offered through New system installs. Was talking about installing a geo thermal unit in his next home and asked if we do that. I was able to get an appointment se5 for 3/23/24 @10 with both homeowners to discuss further options.

Duct unattached, will need a 7 to 5 inch reducer to reaffix the duct.

Upon arrival to customers house system was cooling During my inspection I had confirmed with the customer that the system was operating properly as it should and the only thing he really needs to be aware of it the build up on the blower wheel and that he need to look towards getting that cleaned in the future

Upon arrival both systems were running. The indoor had a 22 degree delta. I recommended a coil cleaning, a blower cleaning, a uv system to kill the biological growth, and a blower capicator to replace the out of tolerance existing one. The outdoor unit was in good shape, the main concern was the compressor amps on start up were at 94 and the maximum the system is rated for is 79. I recommended a compressor saver kit to remedy this. As I left I ensured that both the indoor and outdoor unit were running and cooling effectively. Thanks for choosing comfort experts and have a great day!

AHC performed today, outdoor unit refrigerant levels are good at this time and the dual run capacitor to testing within manufacturer specifications, indoor unit filter is clean and primary drain line is clear at this time. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage and the system is working as it should in both heating and cooling, spoke with customer about indoor air quality and energy efficiency. Customer agreed to a free energy audit which will be performed this evening 6-8pm. Will follow up with customer about IAQ on Monday
