Found compressor saver bad replaced and unit came on. Fan is going out on thermal overload recommend replacing fan and then gave option for new system customer declined both
Completed tune up on system. Checked both indoor and outdoor unit checked all electrical

Refrigerant charge below manufacturer tolerance. I shared with homeowner all pertinent information and discussed age, performance, saftey and parts availability. Homeowner agreed to a CA appointment 5/26/25 @10a. System down. Slight language barrier. If possible, provide window units. I've informed homeowner the best I can that if he were to purchase window units then we would buy them back upon install. But I'm not sure he understood.

Electrical inspection. Emailed estimate to add 2 exterior outlets. And surge protection. Repaired kitchen outlet. And installed gfci. New member.

Homeowner needed information to give to his insurance company of the year of both systems so I made an estimate with that information and emailed it. I also encouraged him to not deliver the information to insurance company if he infact replaces the system. System is functional but heavily diminishing in performance.

Tech talked to home owner 5amp fuse kept blowing as soon as it was installed tech tried and the transformer popped. Tech installed a new transformer and unit was working perfectly fine tech made sure everything was running properly
