Great service the only thing I didnt care for was trying to sell me a Uv light for my system. They always try to sell me something like this every time and I just want them to come out and do their maintenance work or whatever they were called out for not to try and sell me something.

I called at 7am on a Sunday and my ac was fixed by 11:30 for a minimal fee. The ac guy was super knowledgeable and very polite. Signed a maintenance program with them because of it

Jose and Craig showed up about 8:30am and didn't leave until nearly 6:00pm. Jose was up in the inferno of an attic all day! Craig dealt with the electrical and disposing of the old unit and setting up the new one. These guys didn't seem to take any breaks or bathroom otherwise I was about to fall out and I was just sitting on the front porch. The house was being repaired and the electricians refused to turned everything on. In spite of that, I had no cold air coming into the house that my new thermostat said 97 degrees inside. Both of these young men are knowledgeable and very hard workers. Hobson is blessed to have them and so was I!

Arrived for STU filter fine Flushed drain with vinegar Blower and coil clean Furnace components fine Biological growth present in the supply plenum - UV system recommended Washed Condenser coil Replaced capacitor with warranties Motors and refrigerant fine Compressor saver kit recommended because compressor is exceeding LRA Declined all today as she is planning on selling the house this year
AC Maintenance the Colby F completed.
On arrival furnace running and heating as intended. Indoor unit clean and in good overall condition. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing but overamped on start up. Recommended a compressor saver kit to address this.
Arrived onsite customer has a faucet out front with a slow drip. Wrote a couple estimate for customer. Felt like the hose Bibb was loose in the wall recommended cutting sheetrock behind faucet and replacing cause of how loose it felt in wall. Also recommended frost protection for all her faucets on exterior wall. Customer will call us when she’s ready to move forward with repairs.
Arrived onsite customer had another company at home When arrived. Just wanted an estimate emailed to him for reference. Wrote estimate and emailed to customer.
I was here for a super tune up.the filter was clean and the blower was a little dirty the evaporator coil was clean the inducer motor amps were in range the outdoor condenser capacitor was in tolerance refrigerant was in range all amperages were in range condenser was cleaned
I was here for a super tune up the filter that was installed before I got here was crumpled up in the air handler. Therefore, the blower got pretty dusty. I poured bleach down the drain line. inducer motor intolerance. All safeties are working on the furnace. Capacitor outside is intolerance and the contactor has no signs of failing at this moment. The fan motor compressor amperage’s are all in range System had a good delta and I wash the condenser.
Customer wanted pilot light lit I could not get the gas to ignite disconnected gas flex to check for gas, there was pressure but did not smell like gas oderant I did not want to continue purging the gas line into the house. Customer does not want to replace at this time as they do not normally use the space that uses this heater. They will call the gas company to evaluate the gas pipe to the home. Left the gas shut off to furnace off.
Called customer and spoke to homeowner wrote estimate to perform leak locate and open wall. Customer did not want to move forward said the leak locate fee is too much for her at this time. Emailed customer the estimate. Looks like there is a leak behind the wall where washing machine drains inside wall. Cannot repair leak or see where it’s coming from unless we cut the wall open.

Outdoor units passed all electrical testing but Coleman condenser overamping on start up. With customers permission I installed a compressor saver kit to address this.
Ran small hand auger through drain and cleared stoppage. Tested after repair was made everything working properly.
