Great service the only thing I didnt care for was trying to sell me a Uv light for my system. They always try to sell me something like this every time and I just want them to come out and do their maintenance work or whatever they were called out for not to try and sell me something.

I called at 7am on a Sunday and my ac was fixed by 11:30 for a minimal fee. The ac guy was super knowledgeable and very polite. Signed a maintenance program with them because of it

Jose and Craig showed up about 8:30am and didn't leave until nearly 6:00pm. Jose was up in the inferno of an attic all day! Craig dealt with the electrical and disposing of the old unit and setting up the new one. These guys didn't seem to take any breaks or bathroom otherwise I was about to fall out and I was just sitting on the front porch. The house was being repaired and the electricians refused to turned everything on. In spite of that, I had no cold air coming into the house that my new thermostat said 97 degrees inside. Both of these young men are knowledgeable and very hard workers. Hobson is blessed to have them and so was I!

For this evaluation the customers house was 88⁰ and set at 75⁰. Another company had to come out and inspected the unit and replaced the fan motor in June, and this last time told them they needed to replace the evaporator coil or the whole system. I got there, the furnace was running, and blowing hot air and the condenser was running as well however when I gauged up I had a below freezing saturation temp indicating low refrigerant. I explained to the customer that it is a sealed system and the only way refrigerant is lost is by a leak. The reason it is blowing hot air is because there's not enough refrigerant in the system to absorb enough heat from the home. Customer would like to speak with a CA about replacement.
On arrival system running and cooling producing 20 degree delta. Indoor unit was dusty and blower capicator out of tolerance. Outdoor units start kit and dual run capicator out of tolerance. Replaced both, when I left system running and cooling with no issues.

Ductwork under house has sections that are no longer attached. Ri supply plenum has slightly fallen off unit leaking air into crawl space Gave estimate to repair duct work but strongly recommended for CA visit to replace whole duct system. Customers daughter is not home wanted to talk to daughter about what to do
For this evaluation I showed up to the customer's home and he has a mini split and window unit. The mini split was not keeping up nor cooling nearly as well as it was in the past. When I went outside the lines were sweating however I do not have the connections to gauge up to a mini split. This mini split was installed back in 2020 and I talked to the customer about possibly installing a very small furnace and condenser since that comes with a 10 year warranty.

Arrived for STU All components were working and in tolerance Customer stated that he had put refrigerant in a year ago The inducer and outside fan were out of tolerance Recommend IAQ 200, duct cleaning level 2, compressor saver, surge protector, inducer motor and fan motor, membership Customer wants to know what a knew system cost. System a R22 Pre approved for 25,000 Schedule for 06/10/24 3-5

Arrived for Eval System not running Ran test and found out it’s the outdoor motor. Recommend new motor. Advised customer that the motor may not be the only thing though Customer wants to call insurance and see if they will cover the motor.
