We’ve used Comfort Experts in our other house and liked the service. But Colby was amazing on what he analyzed and his knowledge! I totally trusted their suggestions on addnl. Services. Garret was knowledgeable as well. They are the reason we had the extra services performed!

Blake (our tech) did a great job identifying issues with our systems as well as doing a good job servicing the systems
Arrived for Eval System would turn on for 5 seconds and the refrigerant was low. Ran some test and found that the downstairs eval coil had a leak. Showed customer my video of leak Recommend blower clean and drain switch on top of the new evap coil and refrigerant.
Tech arrived at a service call 45 dryer vent evaluation. Upon inspection there was poor airflow at the roof termination. The flap was adjusted to open better. The connection were evaluated. The brush was reinserted and retrieved more lint. The dryer was tested multiple times after reevaluation and no longer showed the error code. Infra red verified.
Tech arrived at a dryer vent cleaning estimate. The dryer vent was cleaned today and payment was received. The system was not evaluated, just the dryer vent.
During inspection verified that systems were working properly Spoke to customer about a whole home surge protector for the systems and house and customer did not want to move forward with the item due to her moving out of state soon
2 system super tune up Downstairs system is an Amana gas furnace with a straight cool condenser installed in 2016. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Inducer motor, gas pressure, and igniter are all acceptable. Heat exchanger is acceptable. Compressor and condenser fan motor are working as they should. Refrigerant levels anr delta T are in range. Upstairs system is a Trane gas furnace with straight cool condenser. Refrigerant levels are low due to a leak in the coil. Gas pressure, heat exchanger, igniter and inducer motor are all acceptable. No drain protection has been installed. No sediment trap is installed on the gas line. Flue pipe needs to be changed to double wall hard pipe in order to meet code. Suggest system replacement due to age of equipment and a refrigerant leak. Customer is also interested in adding a compressor saver, an IAQ 300 system, some attic insulation, and possibly moving a return vent. Comfort advisor scheduled to visit with customer on
Cooling system is functional at this time but the compressor has high inrush amps per manufacturer data tag specifications. Homeowner claims they've had many electrical surges in the past years. No surge protection. UV bulb is needs replacement. Found issues with heating. Pulled the blower and found holes in the heatexchanger. I told homeowners to turn off gas line going to the furnace. Explained the need for speaking with a CA. Provided options. Both homeowners are teachers and expressed that they won't be available at all until June. Only husband was home. Permission to reach back out at the appropriate time.
Arrived for a evaluation Replaced old board and ran new thermostat wire Tested system before we left and all components were running and working
On arrival system was running and cooling producing a 17 degree delta. The indoor unit has clear drain lines and a clean blower and coil. The outdoor unit now passes all electrical testing. I installed a compressor saver kit, an April aire media upgrade, an iaq 200 and cleaned the blower. When I left the system was running and cooling.
Install 36k downflow mobile home electric keep current filtration includes slab, disconnect, whip
Customer had a power lose and found that the generac didnt start. Upon arrival i found the generac displaying an error code for too many crank attempts. After resetting the error code i bled the air out of the gas line. I then attempted another start and the generac did in fact start up. This is a callback on the plumbing dept.
This compressor is grounded out. He wants to do some shopping around before talking to anyone about system replacement
Tech arrived at a service call. Upon inspection the system was running but not cooling. The refrigerant was checked and found to be low. The indoor coil was rusted and leaking. The outside disconnect was removed to avoid damages. The customer was informed of recommendations today. Due to age, condition and price of repairs; it was recommended that the customer speak with a Comfort Advisor about upgrading to something more reliable with warranties behind it. The customer agreed and the meeting is set for tomorrow 3-5 pm.
