The wrong switch was ordered. This generator requires a normally open oil pressure switch and this technician was given a normally closed switch. Reinstalled the original switch. Returning new switch to stock. This is an intermittent issue and the system is running with green light at this time. Will need to return at a later time with the correct part. Oil pressure was tested and is reading at 48psi.

Upon arrival customer have system turned off Customer stated that she does not run system often and only really runs it if it gets above 78° in the house During inspection verified that system was operating properly and that there is no clog in the drain line and also swapped out filter with a new filter Discover the capacity outside was below tolerance and was causing the system not cool to maximum efficiency Brought this to the customers attention to let her know that's walking out the faster would cause this to cool more properly and that if it was not swapped out sometime this summer this system would stop cooling Customer wanted to go ahead with the repair to verify the system would keep working properly Left customer's house with system working properly

On arrival system running and cooling producing a 19 degree delta. Indoor unit was clean and drain lines flowed when flushed. Outdoor unit passed all electrical inspection. I recommended an iaq 200 to replace the burned out current uv system. Customer would like me back in October to install.

On arrival system running and cooling producing a 22 degree delta. Indoor unit had large amounts of dust on the blower. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. Recommended a level 2 duct cleaning to get his system performing at its best and to improve air quality.

Upon arrival customers stated that water had been dripping out of the secondary drain line on the back patio During inspection verified that system was working properly and also discovered that the drain line had the improper pressure causing it to drain slow from the primary and drain faster the secondary removed one of the caps on the vent stack of drain line to create positive pressure on the line to better drain out the primary Discovered that UV bulb was no longer operating and also discovered an excess amount of dirt build up inside of the indoor unit and on top of that saw that the compressor saver had been used up and no longer operable Brought all of these to the customers attention and she said all she wanted to do was replace the compressor savior to guarantee that the compressor was going to be working easier and extend the life of it Installed new compressor saver and had system up and running

For this super turn up I inspected both furnaces and condensers. During the course of inspecting the furnaces I noticed the blower Wheels were dirty and both motors were leaking oil. Additionally I was not getting a 20 degree Delta as expected while the system was in cooling. Due to it raining I was unable to gauge up however looking at the Delta as well as condition of the evaporator coils I believed there was a leak. Upon talking to the homeowner he requested me leak search where I found leaks in both evaporator coils. Customer say did he will hold off on talking to a CA for now.

Found generac out on lockout. Code read low oil pressure safety cutout. Performed a visual inspection and found no sign of an oil leak. Checked the oil dip stick while the engine was cold and it read fine. After running the unit a few minutes I turned the engine off and checked oil levels, again the levels read fine. Cleared code.
