10/15/25 Today I showed up to evaluate and start repairing the damage from a step through I got all the insulation out of the way and then removed the old drywall cut a clean hole and as I Was preparing to cut a fresh piece of drywall to put in the ceiling the homeowner approached me about 3:15 p.m. and expressed his need to leave his house as soon as immediately so I covered up the hole with plastic and tape and cleaned up all of my mess and tools replaced all the rugs and photos I will return Friday morning to continue originally this would have been second visit Friday final visit Wednesday however not getting the drywall and tape and bed done today will set us behind the homeowner is aware of this and he is also requesting that I show up as early as 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. on Friday morning I let him know that I am coming from Kennedale and I have to stop at the shop before heading out here his wife has a vet appointment to drop the dogs off to at 10:00 a.m. and she had previously told m
Showed up for a complimentary Plumbing evaluation set by another trade found a rocking and leaking toilet due to a busted toilet flange we removed the old flange replaced it with a new one installed a new extra thick wax ring with reinforced bolts and New China caps reused existing supply line everything is secure and flushed close to 10 times before leaving thank you for choosing comfort experts!
On this job I found the system frozen over. I thawed the system in heating mode. House temp 79 when system kicked on. Subcool 18 super heat 16. The system may have an air flow issue. I checked blower compents all is well currently. I told the home owner to keep clean filter in it. Also keep an eye on the blower when he knows it's suppose to be working.
Came to job for outdoor plugs not working found GFCI tripped and would not reset so talk to customer about replacing it and wanted to do it and swapped it out and GFCI definitely showed burns and swollen symptoms Reason for plumber visit: customer has toilet issue Next Friday the 10th anytime throughout the day

Today I showed up for an evaluation on the seven year old gas furnace system that was not cooling this is due to a clogged drain line tripping the float switch I cleared the drain line and verified it with hot water however at that time we discovered the house Plumbing has a clog as well homeowner opted to snake this himself system left running in cool mode
9/15/25 Came two job to look at lights not working and ended up fixing it with a loose wire and then also talked about replacing bathroom fan and adding a surge protector customer like the pricing would love to do it tomorrow towards the end of the day around 2:00 to 3:00
Came to job to look at light flickering on porch show customer why it was flickering and that it being an LED and everything probably couldn't be replaced so pulled The top off to show him and quoted customer to swap them out with newer ones but customer wanted to look to see if he can find the led piece and do it himself and if not he will call us to swap them to new ones
Today I showed up for an evaluation on the downstairs gas furnace system the AC was not running upon arrival this was due to the float switch being tripped by a clogged drain line cleared the drain line using a shop back down below and nitrogen up in the attic did not cut any pipe installed an antimicrobial pan strip to treat the drain line through the next coming season tested drain line with 5 gallons of hot water after treating with bleach everything is flowing as it should and AC turned back on thank you for choosing comfort experts!
