We recently had Comfort Experts out to service our air conditioning system, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. From the moment we called, their customer service team was courteous, responsive, and able to get us scheduled quickly—which was a relief in this summer heat.

Performed full tune-up. • Outdoor unit: Service port threads are damaged — could not attach gauges. Photos taken. • Refrigerant status: Based on history, system appears low on charge. No refrigerant added today (R22 is phased out). • Coil condition: Evaporator coil is corroded. • Leak likelihood: System is hermetically sealed; low charge + coil condition suggests possible leak (not confirmed today due to gauge access). • IAQ: Biological growth observed in the air handler. Recommendations / Next Steps 1. Repair/replace service port so we can perform accurate readings. 2. Schedule leak verification (nitrogen + bubbles or dye). 3. Given age, R22 phase-out, coil corrosion, and suspected leak: discuss repair vs. replacement with a Comfort Advisor. 4. Address IAQ (cleaning/treatment and UV option).
Came here for plug not working in house and found a breaker that was tripped from storm so explain to customer that some breakers will be tripped and you won't be able to really tell so you could run your finger over them and kind of just see if they're tripped or not but that was the issue and customer understands everything
Came here for apparently something caught on fire and the house was probably going to need a rewire so got here and that was not the case there were lights not working on patio and was caused by loose connection on a switch and also had issue with plug upstairs but plug is fine nothing wrong with it it was the thing that they had plugged into it which had smoked so they threw that away but everything is fine there is no need for a rewire and customers are super happy that lights work
Neighbor of previous call Rent house Clogged drain line Cleared and treated drain line System cooling at exit Recommend UV system and antimicrobial mist to clean the biological growth out of the supply plenum
IAQ estimate Resealed both systems, installed IAQ300s and removed value germicidal systems Anti microbial mist for whole home as well Homeowner will clean and seal his vents on his own Cooling at exit
10/30/25 Upon arrival unit was throwing codes for pressure switch failure to close in 1st and 2nd stage heating upon further investigation I found that the inducer was failing to turn on even while receiving the correct voltage talked with Joe and we will be back out tomorrow morning to replace the part under warranty pausing job for now
Came to job for electrical inspection and found a bad search protector that milestone installed and talk to customer about it and he may have a warranty with it but if not then he will be calling us to replace it so that it can be under warranty with us and also talked about adding two motion lights on the side of house for their walkway so customer will reach back out to us when they are ready to do that and if they choose to go with customer provided ones then they have that option
Install Amana 2 stage inverter system 36k gas upflow with high efficiency filtration, uv system with oxidation, 1500 sq ft R26 insulation and code kit
Here behind technician to validate diagnoses and get customer a clear and concise answer on what needs to be done, evaporator coil is the culprit, verified with leak detector and found noticeable oil stains. Customer would like to speak with ca about other options.
Super tune up Filters fine Blower and coil dusty and inefficient Sanitization mist recommended for trunk line ductwork Furnace running fine Condenser coil clean Refrigerant slightly low Condenser fan motor hot and barely in tolerance Compressor fine Capacitor fine Homeowner will budget accordingly and get back to us
On this on job I looked at this gas furnace. Tim happy to report the system test in tolerance. TD is 30° The gas furnace does have some junk in the inducer motor I recommend getting it cleaned out.
Today we performed a complimentary membership plumbing inspection after talking with the homeowner we realized that he is very handy and has been doing most of his own plumbing and electrical work for quite some time we did bring the age of his water heater to his attention and discussed the options of tankless versus Tanked also discussed possible replacement of all of his angle stops as they are old oval turn gate valve with corrugated lines unfortunately the homeowner did not take our recommendations today as we just recently replaced his HVAC system and he would like to pay that off first thank you for choosing comfort experts!
10/15/25 Today I showed up to evaluate and start repairing the damage from a step through I got all the insulation out of the way and then removed the old drywall cut a clean hole and as I Was preparing to cut a fresh piece of drywall to put in the ceiling the homeowner approached me about 3:15 p.m. and expressed his need to leave his house as soon as immediately so I covered up the hole with plastic and tape and cleaned up all of my mess and tools replaced all the rugs and photos I will return Friday morning to continue originally this would have been second visit Friday final visit Wednesday however not getting the drywall and tape and bed done today will set us behind the homeowner is aware of this and he is also requesting that I show up as early as 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. on Friday morning I let him know that I am coming from Kennedale and I have to stop at the shop before heading out here his wife has a vet appointment to drop the dogs off to at 10:00 a.m. and she had previously told m
