Homeowner reported loud noise from the indoor unit. On inspection, found an out-of-tolerance blower fan (indoor) run capacitor and a weak/low compressor (outdoor) run capacitor. Replaced both capacitors with properly rated new parts and test-ran the system. Result: system starts and runs normally; operation sounds normal; no additional issues noted at this time.
