Garrett was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Friendly and ensured all my concerns were addressed. Great service!
No one caught that my unit was still under warranty and tried to sell me thousands in a new unit. I got a second opinion and right away saw my unit still was under warranty. Coils ordered, Freon filled up, and will be replace all for under $2k.
The tech was a fantastic guy who knew what he was doing. I highly recommend this guy. The only negative was way over priced ! A fair price would’ve been $350.00 but I paid $694.00. My opinion shop around for a cheaper rate of go on utube learn to do it yourself.
Service was good. Communication with office wasn’t good though. I booked an appointment for the 8 AM to 12 noon window and then I was asked to pay the $99 service fee upfront to guarantee my time so I did. But nobody showed up until close to 130.
Knowledgeable and kind. He was in our attic almost 5 hours in 100° heat and still was able to be kind and professional.
Daniel answered all of our questions. He gave us 2 options to choose from. Great job Daniel.
Cody Brooks was amazing—professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I will be asking for him by name next time.
Needed help with pipe issue due to winter storm. Quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it within minutes of arriving on site.
Zac solved all problems & provided a better, more cost-effective long-term option to protect my system & address my allergies.
Came to house for electrical inspection and found multiple issues in house and talk to customer about fixing those issues customer had Challenger panel and talk to him about it and why it needs to be changed obviously price was an issue bc panel changes can be a little expensive but informed them on it and also talk to him about other things that could be taken care of instead to help with the the panel's life and bringing back up to code

Arrived for CTU filter ok but should be replaced relatively soon Drains are clear Blower and coil free of dust but there is bacterial growth in the air handler that should be eliminated with a UV system Delta is fine Washed condenser coil Replaced dual run cap under warranties Compressor exceeding LRA slightly and should have a start kit added to start correctly Defrost board has a slight hot spot and should have surge protection added to prevent premature failure of components Homeowner will discuss options with his wife and get back to us

For this super tune-up I inspected the customers air handler and condenser, all equipment was measuring within manufacturer's specs and running well. I tightened up all the high voltage connections as some of the lugs were loose. All in all the system is functioning well in both heating and cooling modes.
Came to job to give quote on making junction boxes in attic And also doing a panel change or just adding a disconnect
For this cooling tune-up I inspected the customers air handler and condenser. All equipment was measuring within manufacturer specs and running well with the exception of the compressor overamping on startup. I highly recommend a start kit to lower and keep amp draws down especially during the hotter months.
