Service was good. Communication with office wasn’t good though. I booked an appointment for the 8 AM to 12 noon window and then I was asked to pay the $99 service fee upfront to guarantee my time so I did. But nobody showed up until close to 130.

Came to job for electrical inspection and quoted him for a panel change and informed him on GFI protection and grounding and the importances of it He just bought this house soon was definitely wanting a thorough inspection and really wanted to know how his house was
This is a less then one year old system. The home owner just wanted to the heater checked. I gave the system a full evaluation. Refrigerant levels are on point . Subcool and 20 td. The heating side is in full tolerance. The system could use a soft start to increase longevity. Other then this the system is in good health.

Etu. Multiple issues. Recommended gfci protection for peninsula outlet. Recommended at minimum installing ground rods. Strongly suggested service upgrade with new grounding and surge protection. Customer was not interested in estimate at this time.

System at factory specs the delta is good and the filter will be changed on the first blower is dirty and heat strips are with in tolerance
Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the homeowner. System is a 6yo amana heat pump. I started indoors with replacing the filter, the system had a temperature split of 20 degrees, the entire cabinet was covered with biological growth and the system direly needs a level 2 duct cleaning. The heat strips were functioning within range and the drain line was clear. Outdoors the compressor and fan motor were operating within manufacturer range, the auxiliary motor starter was within tolerance and the primary electrical control was in good condition. I checked the refrigerant charge and found the levels to be acceptable at this time. I shared my findings with the homeowner and the system was cooling when I left.
Installed double cleanouts on main line in backyard. Customer has concrete main sewer line recommended replacing. Also after installing cleanouts cleared the main drain line out cause it was backing up into double cleanouts. I believe there is a separation of the pipe not far under home or the bottom of pipe is rotted out. Advised customer he said he would contact me back after he contacted his insurance company.
Arrived onsite customer thinking he has a leak at the meter. Left multiple estimates to fix. Customer will call us when he’s ready to have it fixed.

10/07/24 TS- pulled toilet and ran snake to clear line. Toilet has no flange so had to install a new toilet flange in half bath. Currently the drain is flowing but drains alittle slow when you run everything at once. Will be running a camera with Adam B later today. Leaving toilet off so we can reset toilet after running camera later Pausing job right now and will be back later today with Adam Pausing call for now. Cindy Thomas is not available today to fix payment and add membership. Will have to pause later in order to fix
