Techa arrived at a service call on the tech. Upon inspection, the thermostat was set up properly for HP in heat but needed adjustment for cooling as well. The thermostat settings were adjusted and the system regained functionality. Recalled techs service fee, not install. System functioning upon departure.

Tech arrived at a service call. Upon arrival, the customer mentioned that her electricity bills were very high. Upon inspection, the heat pump was not working. The outside system was not getting a call for heat. The thermostat was evaluated and was not set up for a heat pump. The system was reprogrammed and the outside system came on. The capacitor was wired poorly and both run capacitors were out of tolerance. The indoor system was very dirty with growth present. The customer was informed of recommendations today. She decided to move forward with replacing the outside capacitors and wiring. These items were installed, tested and functioning. She also decided to schedule a Level 2 Duct Cleaning. Install was contacted and the cleaning is scheduled for Thursday morning. Please inform customer. The system was functioning upon departure.

Tech arrived at a membership service call. Upon arrival, the condenser fan was not functioning. The motor was recieving energy but was not spinning. The defrost board had heat damage. The condenser fan motor and defrost control board were replaced, tested and functioning today. The refrigerant and Delta was within range. The system was left heating upon departure.

Tech arrived at a Free 1lb R410A tuneup. Upon inspection the capacitor was far out of tolerance. The condenser fan motor was pulling high amperage. The compressor was pulling high amperage. The refrigerant was low. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The filter was dirty and was replaced. The system and ductwork was dirty. The Delta was low. The drain was clear and vinegar was poured. The customer was informed of recommendations today. Due to age, condition and price of repairs it is recommended that the customer speak with a Comfort Advisor about upgrading to something more reliable with warranties behind it. The customer decided to add refrigerant and was informed of the disadvantages about adding refrigerant without repairing the leak. The customer also decided to replace the duel run capacitor and add a treatment strip. The customer decided to add a Cooper Membership in order to benefit from the discounts. Tech arrived for a service call. Upon arrival the customer mentioned that there was a error code on the thermostat and the system shut down for a couple hours then came back on. The drain was checked and was gargling. The customer had installed the drain line trap and the vent appeared to be in the opposite position. The customer will add one to the other side of the trap. The Delta was 21 degrees. The outside condenser motor was pulling high amperage. The customer would like exact pricing on this part. ECM 142R 1ph, 1/5hp, 230 V, 0.50A, 850RPM. The tech arrived for a tuneup*2. There was a ride along employee present. Main system- the capacitor was within specs. There was rust on the contactor terminals. There was rusting on the fan motor. The condenser coils were clean and were hosed off anyways. The sprinkler system was hitting the unit causing rust on the coils. The filter was dirty and replaced. The blower area. There was rust in the burner area. The drain system had no drain safety. The drain pan was rusted with rust on the bottom of the pan. The Delta was 19 degrees. Tech arrived at a STU. It was cold. The tech had a ride along employee. Upon inspection, the capacitor was out of tolerance. The defrost control board showed hot spots. The contactor was in working condition. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The filter was relatively clean as well as the blower area. The UVV system was functioning. The drain was clear and bleach was poured. There was no observed surge protection. The customer was informed of recommendations needed today. He decided to move forward with the Universal Defrost Board and 40/5 Duel Run Capacitor today. These items were tested, installed, and functioning. The customer's water heater was evaluated. It is a 2000 model. It had rust on the bottom of the pan. The TPR valve terminated in the pan. This is against current building standards. It is recommended that replacement/repairs be performed on the water heater. The customer is interested in financing and will call back in for a

Tech arrived for a free second opinion. The customer recieved a recommendation from Milestone indicating that the customer needed duct cleaning. The customer had a level 1 duct cleaning in Dec of 2020. The customer wanted the ducts and previous work evaluated. The return ducts were a little dirty. The coil and blower area was also dirty. The coil and blower cleaning is not included in the level 1 duct cleaning. There are many factor that can contribute to dust in the return ductwork. There was no observed indication that the previous work was not performed as intended. Invoice was reviewed and service fee was removed.

9 year old Goodman heat pump: thermostat not functioning properly, build up on blower wheel, evaporator coil dirty, duct cleaning, system is operating at this time. Sold lvl2 duct cleaning and installed new thermostat.
