For this call I performed a evaluation. System was satisfying desired temperature upon arrival. During inspection heating elements were within normal limits during inspection. Power went completely out toward end of inspection. Homeowner requested electrician, they had solar panels installed recently and suspect that it may be related to install issues. Electrician scheduled for first call in am between 9-10.
