For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on this gas furnace system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. When talking to the customer, I asked to the customer when was the last time she had a duct cleaning done or a cleaning in general, customer mentioned she has never had one and that probably it was time to get that done. I mention to the customer and showed her a couple pictures of her system, customer was really interested in getting a duc clean level two for all the components in her system to be clean.
