Responded to a service call for water leakage in a previously serviced area. Upon inspection of the copper pipe system in the basement/crawlspace, determined the press ball valve had not been fully pressed during prior installation. Corrected the issue by properly pressing the fitting to establish a secure connection, which resolved the leak.
