Responded to service call for clogged floor drain in garage area. Upon inspection, identified water backing up around drain area with evidence of moisture damage to basement ceiling below. Determined discharge line was frozen due to winter conditions. Client referred to professional with jetting equipment for proper clearing of the obstruction.
