Performed comprehensive oil furnace tune-up service including replacement of oil filter, gaskets, nozzle (.65 80°B), and air filter. Inspected all critical components including transformer, ignition, control box, furnace board, wiring, blower, Beckett motor, sensors, combustion air, and venting. System purged of air from fuel line and successfully cycled, now operating normally.
