Diagnosed 25-year-old Trane gas furnace with no heat and burning odor. Found seized blower motor and identified multiple cracks in the heat exchanger via inspection camera. Although cracks were not severe enough to require immediate system shutdown, advised customer of potential carbon monoxide hazard and scheduled follow-up consultation to discuss replacement options.
