Responded to service call for furnace leaking water and shutting down with red indicator light. Diagnosed failed condensate pump causing water accumulation. Attempted replacement with Little Giant pump, but persistent GFCI tripping indicated electrical outlet failure rather than pump issue. Reinstalled original pump per customer request and scheduled electrician follow-up to address faulty GFCI outlet.
