Diagnosed and resolved heat pump operational issue with a recently installed Lennox system. Heat pump was not engaging during heating cycles, allowing only furnace operation. Adjusted High Balance Point settings on the Lennox thermostat and cycled the system to verify proper operation. Confirmed system returned to normal operation with appropriate set points.
