Responded to call regarding kitchen sink drain leaking into basement ceiling. Upon inspection, located source of leak in kitchen drain line. Removed section of wall to access the affected area, replaced damaged pipe section with new PVC fittings and secured with PROFLEX clamp. Observed water damage and possible mold on surrounding wooden framing.
