Responded to customer service call for disconnected sump pump discharge pipe. Discovered check valve was detached due to insufficient pipe length, causing the system to malfunction and begin filling to flooding point. Replaced elbow fitting and extended discharge pipe to proper length, ensuring secure connection to check valve and restoring proper sump pump operation.
